Paramount Garage Doors

We called the company after reviewing Angie's List on Monday afternoon and spoke with someone from the company. They gave us a time of arrival for the following day. They arrived within five minutes before their planned time, immediately began working on the door and had it fixed within the hour. The price was fair, the technician was polite and the job was done well.

TJ is professional, friendly and flexible.

It went well and everything was taken care of. There was one other item that was bad that had to be removed and replaced which they did. They checked everything and took care of everything and they replaced the seal on the bottom of the door. I would use them again.

Scheduling was very easy. He showed up when he said he would. TJ was extremely professional and explained everything in regards to repair and how the door functioned, as well as, what to look for in age of a door, etc. He laid out the options and was very detailed to the work being performed. Could not have had a better service experience. Probably the best home repair service I have ever experienced.

Very pleasant communication. The salesperson found exactly what we wanted, and the color. He made sure we knew all the prices. The install was great. We are very pleased.

They did okay. They were prompt and polite but for what they did, it was expensive. I would probably not use them again because I know now that there's somebody closer here in town but if they could here then I would call them again. In fact, I just cleaned my kitchen drawer and found their card and so I saved it because I was pleased with them.

We were prepared for the worst when our garage door wouldn't open. We've used Paramount before, so we called them again. They came out on time and fixed the opener quickly, making it work better than it has in years. Every time I open it, I'm amazed at how quiet it is now. I definitely recommend this company!

Install went really well. It was easy to set an appointment. TJ was on time and installed the device in a few minutes. He answered my questions/concerns and showed me how to program the device. He was knowledgable and friendly.

Proprietor was at our home at the scheduled time. He did a thorough evaluation of the problem and resolved it. This is the second time we have used this company for service, albeit for different issues and found the proprietor to be, honest professional and efficient. Service is great. We have used him before when he had an Angies list coupon offering a special price on overhead door service. I managed to knock the electronic out of adjustment later after this service and he stopped by and fixed it a no charge. Nice person to deal with.

Business owner was nice on the phone we set an appointment. He showed up 5 minutes early. Did everything I asked. Answered all of my questions. Very friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend this business for all garage door needs.

TJ is awesome. I called on Friday and he was at our house Monday morning. He is super responsive and does great work. He has also installed two openers for us and replaced garage door remotes. He has become our go to guy for any garage door needs. Thanks TJ!

I started my quest for a new garage door opener by searching the internet for what I wanted. Then I called a few of the well-known garage door opener places. Some were short and just did not want to answer my questions. Others said they would call back and didn't. Those I did talk to gave me miss information about the unit I wanted and the prices were vastly different. Frustrated I would not find what I wanted at a price I could afford, I almost gave up, but then I remembered my Angies List membership. I quickly looked on there and Paramount Garage Doors was the best by far. I called and spoke to TJ and not only was he pleasant to talk to but answered all of my questions. I explained that I had called several companies and received quotes, but I received mixed info regarding the app that the website says comes with the garage door. He explained everything and then gave me the best price I had heard all day. I scheduled an appointment with him right away. He arrived on time. Was incredibly professional and very polite. He removed all of the old garage door opener gear that was there and started to install the new unit. He suggested a new place for the opener button due to the way the new united worked with the light in the garage. He gave me the unit to plug into our router so the app would work and then told me how to get into it. The door is so quite you can't even hear someone come home. Several months later I had some problems with the door working with the button on the wall, but when I backed out the button in my car would not make it close. He came back and checked it out. Two of the wires had rubbed up against the metal garage door rail frame and there was a splice in the wire. It wasn't all the way cut, but it caused a short and it wouldn't shut. He fixed the problem and didn't charge us. I will NEVER go to anyone else for my garage door and/or opener needs.

It was great. TJ was on time and professional, did the work quickly and my garage door has never sounded better.

They didn't charge me anything above the $99 of the big deal. They did what the big deal was. We have since replaced the garage door.
