They were fantastic. They were good about scheduling and arriving when they said they would. They give you information about how to prepare for the mulch, it was a massive amount. The guy who came was very, very nice and it was for a good price. I would definitely use them again.

They brought their truck and dumped the mulch where I wanted it. They seemed competent on the telephone and the truck put the mulch exactly where they were supposed to. I went with the cheapest one I could find, but I still think it is expensive. It was a simple process.

Everything turned out very well. They were able to come out the very next day, and they were punctual and prompt. The price was the lowest of the three that i checked. they were really good. I was very happy with them and I would probably call them first the next time.

Person who answered the telephone was very professional/ courteous and answered all of my questions. Offered immediate delivery if I wanted it the same day which I did not. Established a time/date to unload mulch. Mulch was delivered 30 minutes earlier than scheduled and placed precisely in the location specifed. Driver was helpful and courteous. I am satsified with the product and order/delivery process.

We used this company last year and the service, delivery and quality was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience this year was average at best. Both types of mulch we supposed to be on the same truck. Instead, the truck showed up with only one part of the order which was the AA mulch that we wanted to spread last. The driver attempted to drop the mulch in three locations for us like they did last year, but he wasn't as skilled so most of it ended up in two locations which made more work for us during the spread process. The biggest disappointment was in the quality of the mulch. The AA had some large chunks which was not consistent with the grade we purchased. I also found a half of a plank from a pallet in the mulch which made me wonder whether the mulch was truly natural hardwood mulch. When the driver returned with the playground mulch, it had a lot of large stones in it which he apologized for and tried to remove as much as he could. He said another rock pile at their yard had fallen into the playground mulch by accident. Overall, we had a very mediocre experience this year. We may try them again to see if this year was just an anomaly.

I have ordered from them earlier. They were very punctual and professional. They asked me where they need to drop off the soil and they did exactly what I had asked them to.

Easy to use website. Ordered topsoil and mulch, scheduled delivery and paid on line. Delivery arrived on date and time promised. Extra care given to placement of materials on driveway so that the mulch would not mix with topsoil or get in the yard. Delivery man was very nice and took pride in his work. This service provided was excellent! We have never used them before, we scheduled delivery and they were there as promised. Dirt was clean and in great condition. Will use again!

I called around and checked many websites to find the best prices. Their delivery charge was the best out there and I live approximately 22 miles from their location (I was hoping to get their Tuesday delivery special of $10 that they had a coupon for on their website but I understand that I do live far away and was more than happy to pay the $30). The cost of the mulch was great and the quality was just what we needed; not ultra premium but still very nice. Their special compost mix is made up of lots of different things and has worked great for our new plantings so far. I called on a Friday and set up delivery for the following Tuesday. I was not hope but they placed in 2 separate piles at the end of my driveway exactly where I had specified. I found the total charge to be about $75 less than any other companies out there.

I asked for delivery but had a flexible schedule. They had mulch to me within a week anyway. Mulch was dumped neatly on our tarp right where we asked. Homeowner Special mulch was just as described. Delivery charge is lower on Monday or Tuesday.

Timing - great. Delivered mulch on wrong side of driveway. Gave credit card for mulch but we rec'd bill with $0 balance. When we called, we still owed the balance. Irritating.

Company is friendly and responsive, their product prices are competitive and the delivery charge is the most reasonable around. Their marketing strategy of reducing their delivery charge on their least busy days is most clever and effective.

Delivery of the mulch was made right on time and dumped exactly where I requested. Musselman's price per yard was a little higher than others in my area, but I saved some money by taking advantage of their reduced delivery fees on Mondays and Tuesdays. With the lower delivery cost, Musselman's overall cost was the same as other suppliers in my area.

No problem ordering and it arrived on time. I requested that they did not back over the curb because we were worried it would crack. They did back over the curb, but it didn't crack. There was a lot of mulch in the mix that we bought as well as rocks. It was not as "nice and fine" as I was told to expect - but it worked fine and the grass is growing well.
