We're very satisfied with the results...

Using email, I contacted several companies for estimates. Several said that driveway was too badly cracked to be repaired and recommended replacement. May said he could repair the driveway with a hot patch and then apply sealer. The price was good so I told him to go ahead. He sent a crew the next day but they were missing a tool and couldn't complete the job. They came back over the weekend while we were away and did patch some of the worst cracks, but not as may as I thought they should have. Then they applied sealer. He told me that my daughter could drive on it a day and a half later and had me take down the flag tape. In several spots the patch/sealer remained soft for over a week and consequently in several places there are now tire tread impressions in the driveway. I also contacted Mike about a week later and asked him to take a look at a crack that I felt should have been patched and wasn't and had gravel in it. He said he would come by the next day and take a look. I have not heard from him since then. Nice guy, but I think he underestimated the needed repair and underbid the job. Driveway will probably be okay for a year or two, but will then probably need to be replaced.

They arrived on time, were very polite,cleared the driveway, and put a fresh layer of asphalt down.

May Sealing did a FANTASTIC job on my very long driveway. They sealed all the cracks and jagged chips on the edges of the driveway. They edged the driveway so that weeds/grass were removed from the border of the drive. I had two coats applied. They did a FAR SUPERIOR job than was done before. (Don't remember who they were). Will DEFINITELY hire them again.

Wonderful contractor. Easy to communicate and work with. Did a really nice job. Our driveway looked wonderfully clean and new when he was done!

As I told the owner, I was impressed with the workers attention to borders and did an excellent job. I know what other work looks like from viewing other driveways in my neighborhood and this was top-notch.

Uriah, Jerry and Max came to our home on time on the specified date. The job was completed very well and the coat of sealant was heavier than our previous jobs done by other companies. I recommend May Sealcoating without reservation.

Always a great job done by Michael May's crew. May Sealing has sealed my driveway three times (every 3 years or so) and it always goes well.

I bought sealing service deal and May Sealing, LLC came to Columbus the same day I purchased (very responsive). May Sealing's service is for asphalt and my driveway is cement. (to be fair to me.....I had tried to research this but got bad info about cement and asphalt being the same). He followed up with a phone call explaining that he couldn't do the job and made a recommendation of someone who may be able do it. He was so pleasant about the whole thing. If his work is as extraordinary as his professionalism it will be excellent. I wish I could hire May Sealing, LLC.....I am so impressed by my experience with him.

The owner made a personal visit and estimate. He provided a rational explanation of what he proposed. Rain got in the way, but we rescheduled promptly. His team of 3 young men were on time and gave me confidence with their experience and work quality. I had seen another recent job they completed, in my neighborhood. I liked their quality look, and my driveway had the same quality and appearance after completion. I will definitely have them back in 1-2 years.

I didn't end up using this company because I decided to replace my driveway. Let me first say that the owner handles everything. I spoke to him numerous times and he was extremely punctual with responses. Unfortunately they do not do tear outs and new drives. I would use this company in a heartbeat

I received an estimate in a timely manner after calling. When I noted that this year's price was 35% higher than last year's price, Mr. Mays came to an agreed price that was fair. They came as stated and the work looks well done.

Everything went pretty well. I had to initiate communication most times to find out when things would be scheduled or to get information on items that were going to be followed-up on, but overall they did a great job and his crew noticed a spot that needed more than just a layer of seal coating.

Great work - very clean and just what I agreed to. I plan to use this company again to keep my driveway as nice as possible and to extend it's life.

Mike May's crew did an outstanding job of applying crack filler and two coats of driveway sealer. This is the third time that I have Mike seal my driveway. Mike's crew took their time to apply the sealer in a very professional manner. I like to explain how Mike worked with me to complete the job. My wife had fallen and spent some time in hospital. When Mike called to do job, I explained that my wife was using a walker to Walk from car to house. Mike said that's ok and I told Him to call me in about 4 weeks. When Mike called he said that he could complete the job on Friday. I told Mike that we had to go out of town for the day. He said that they could still do the job on that day. He said that he would leave me a copy of bill and I could mail a check to him. When I returned home the job had been completed. Mike even gave one week to mail my payment. One last thing, my wife is doing just fine with walling on her own again.

I paid on the day of sealing 6/7/17, but I had some concerns. I called Mike May 6/9/17 and asked him to check it. He came 6/12/17 and I found out that most of the concerns were actually normal. He sent Uriah and Chance first thing 6/13/17 to redo some. They did an excellent job and they did way more than I expected. Uriah did an excellent job of seal trimming along garage and the concrete approach and sidewalk. I will ask for Uriah and Chance when I order resealing in 2 years to maintain it. The fact that Mike followed up with me after I had paid in full, shows his integrity, honesty and commitment to his customers. It is wonderful to be able to trust a provider like May Sealing and Mike May. He took a loss so that what he promised was done right and really much more. It looks terrific! I give May Sealing and Mike May A+++++++! (there are 7 +s since 7 is God's perfect number.) I am going to put this review on my Facebook page!

The driveway looks great. Mr. May was very professional, and his employees were polite and did a good job.

Crew was professional and very happy with results. We will have them come back next year.
