Arrived on time and did a professional job.

Chris arrived about 20 minutes after I called him (about 7:30 at night) and got right to work removing the old pump through 4 inches of water. He removed the old pump and replaced the old pump efficiently. The majority of the water was gone in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly and professional throughout the night, and I would not hesitate to call him in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They were a subcontractor on my kitchen remodel. They were the last to work on it doing the final plumbing work. Chris and Wayne arrived at about 8:00 PM on a Friday night. Instead of being unhappy about working at an hour when we all would rather be home with family, they seemed happy to be there. They performed diligently and quickly. And they were very friendly and endearing. These two were perhaps my favorite service people I have encountered in my 60 years. I would not hesitate to engage them again or recommend them.

We have lived here for 30 years. We went to church with another plumber but he sold his company to a national company. We didn't want a national company so our daughter-in-law told us to try Lew's. We really believe in local companies who serve the local people. For less than $350 any potential breakage of plumbing was corrected and we can leave our house with no fear. It was well worth what we paid for it.

I highly recommend Lew's company. I have been very pleased with the professionalism of this company. They maintain a clean worksite and are always willing to go the extra mile. I have also used them in the past with great success.

He was originally scheduled to come out on Thursday but due to installation problems with our granite we were forced to reschedule at the last second. They were very understanding and said to call when we were able to use them. The granite people were not able to finish their work until Saturday which we thought might be a problem, but Lew's came that day and finished the work we needed done. They were extremely flexible with their time and simply asked us to call them when the granite company completed their work. They were very professional.

Lew's Pluming gave me a free estimate on the work that I needed performed, after receiving the estimate I decided to use Lew's because they were straight forward and I also had a referral from a friend who used them for the same services. On the day of the work they called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and they arrived on-time. They did quality work and a great job. If you're wanting a plumber who is honest, straightforward, and who has integrity then call Lew's Plumbing!

Chris said he would be at our home at 3pm -- he was here at EXACTLY 3pm. He checked our broken septic pump, and then explained to us our options. We choose to replace it, and he had the part on his truck and even installed a more quiet model. It was good that we choose to replace it, since there was a mophead (or something) stuck up in the pump impeller. He did the job quickly, and he and his colleague had to withstand a stinky job! We have used Chris 3X since moving to our home 2+ years ago -- he's replaced our water heater, installed a water softener, and replaced our sump pump, and also ran water lines for installation of a sink in our laundry room. He is always professional and cheerful. His responsiveness has been great -- on very short notice when our new sump pump broke and he came right away on a Saturday (in 2011). He's our go-to plumber now! He was recommended to us.

Chris W came immediately, after hours. He explained in detail the problem and got right to work. It took them about an hour and a half to clean all filters and flush all lines. Basically, a couple hours after the call, what looked like a hopeless situation was behind us. Cost was extremely reasonable as well considering there were 2 men and this was after hours. We're very satisfied and Chris Wilson is definitely our go-to plumber from now on. Absolutely recommended!

Work completed faster and cheaper than estimated. Work done is very nice and actually improved the look of my sump pump area. Will definitely use again.

He is very reliable. I thought his price was extremely reasonable. I had them out on Saturday, emergency call. He did a great work. He didn't charge us a service fee. He came out within a couple of hours of being called on a Saturday morning because of that I thought there would be a huge surcharge. He stayed for three hours, and stayed until he got the problem fixed. The work was messy, and he was great.

He changed dry water pumps and put pressure tanks. He can do all the work. He is pretty responsive. He is personable and he knows what he is doing. He is very knowledgeable. My neighbor also used him. She was afraid of the situation and she was told before that she had to put a new sump pump. He did not do anything and he did not charge me anything that day. Overall, he is very good.
