hardwood floor
 + -1 moreThey were a little careless, it seems. We found some knicks in the trim of our molding after they left. This could only have been done when they were carrying wood through the house. Also, one of the workers got grease from his lunch on our wall (they did take care of this, however). The flooring itself was done fairly well, though we did find one gap by the front door. I can't rate their price because it was worked into a larger job.
Description of Work: They replaced our hardwood flooring after we had a water leak.

ceramic tile
 + -1 moreWe ended up buying our product from the local hardware store, and had Keystone Flooring install. They were timely and efficient. We had a few patterned tiles, and had many good suggestions on how to place them for a pleasant visual effect. There was no pressure to buy from their showroom, and they were happy to install our purchased tile.
Description of Work: We wanted a tile backsplash installed in our rather large kitchen and butler's pantry. We had toured Keystone's showroom, but couldn't find the type of tile we desired. This is understandable as showroom's would not be able to keep up with the ever changing smaller tiles. We knew this was a flooring showroom, but wanted a good installer.
