Description of Work: Mr. Bailey cleaned the carpet in our office, which was stained and dirty. The result was great. He also gave us his opinion regarding carpet cleaned poorly by another service in our rental unit (leasees hired the service). He re-cleaned a small test area with some improvement. Ultimately, however, we decided to replace that carpet.
