+ -1 moreIt went very well. Mr. Thompson could not help us so he referred us to ITR Electronics which went well also (I submitted an A report on them also). I will call Mr. Thompson again for any of our appliance or TV needs again. He is an honest person who will refer you and not come out and take a fee and then refer you. He has always been very helpful to us!
Description of Work: We have had Mr. Thompson come out in the past when he fixed our large tube TV so we called him again for our plasma flat-screen when it was broken.

+ 1 moreI called and talked to Tom Thompson about my TV problem and he was kind enough to send me to someone who he thought could better address my specific problem. However he talked about what he could do in other areas and i will call him next time i have an appliance repair need. He will either come fix it at a great price or refer me to the right place . i really appreciated his approach.
