HOT SPRINGS SPAS-INDIANAPOLIS

When I could not get my old sauna repaired, I opted to purchase a new one and I wanted a local company so that I could possibly get it repaired if it broke. It turned out that Hot Spring did not have any demo models set up, but their salesman came to my home and between his visit, measurement of the space, brochures and the Saunatec models on the web, we came to a good choice of a sauna. He arranged for installation, although I needed to hire an electrician to add a 220 line to the basement. The sauna was built in the basement and the crew quickly set it up. They did not, however, put in any lights, run any electrical lines, install the audio speakers, or set up the heater. They said that was my electricians job, even though the understanding with Hot Spring was that they would install it. And so I paid quite a bit more for installation than I was planning (an additional 1500). Since all electrical work was done by my electrician (Jeff Edwards of Zionsville), it is not under warranty from Hot Spring, so my idea that a local company would service my sauna if it broke may or may not be useful. The Minnesota company, Saunatec, that provided the sauna sold through Hot Spring was great! They answered all questions and were very helpful. The sauna is well made and I am happy to have it.
