Generally, the cleaning was good. They emptied the trash, as well as cleaned the house. Arrival times were somewhat unpredictable but since I work out of my home office, it usually was not a problem. My daughter is a very messy teenager and they did a great job in her room by organizing, making the bed and cleaning. The bath tub was always a slight problem because we have hard water and they had difficulties dealing with that situation. Never had any majors problems with the cleaning but small cleaning issues could be found after most cleanings (like an area that was not dusted or throw rugs not put back properly). Generally, when the small issues arose, we just took care of them ourselves and did not complain to cleaners. I did have a problem with what I would call "professional courtesy" in the way this company terminated their service for my home. I was finally comfortable with this cleaning service and decided to provide them with a key to my home to be kept by their service on 9/2/2014 (prior to that I put a key in a "safe spot" on the day of cleaning for them and picked it back up after the cleaning was finished) . Brooke was actually one of the cleaners for my home that day since they were trying to catch-up after the Labor Day holiday (normally there were other cleaners and not Brooke herself). After giving Brooke the key to my home, I informed her that she could keep the key at her business so that the cleaners would have access to my home when they arrived and not have to get the key from the "safe spot" and she acknowledged that this would be done. That day's cleaning was completed as normal. On 9/12/2014, I received a letter from Haven's Cleaning Service that stated that they were no longer able to clean my home; no other reason was stated in the letter and the letter was dated 9/3/2014 (the day after my last cleaning). I called Haven's Cleaning when I received the letter and asked for the reason for the termination in a voice mail message (no one was available to answer the phone at the time of my call). I received a text at 5:30pm that afternoon stating "We received your voice mail and we never took you key....The decision is not personal, it's jut not a good fit for us." Based upon this answer, it would appear that Brooke made this decision at the last cleaning because she "never took the key" although she acknowledged my key request and did not mention anything about quitting. Found that the key was left in the "safe spot" for 9 days and that anyone could have gotten the key and broke into our home! After several more texts back and forth, I finally asked Brooke to call me directly to discuss the situation. Seems that they are having personnel issues and do not have enough staff to cover the house cleanings that they have taken. Prior to that, we have been customers of Haven's Cleaning since June 2013 (about 15 months total). I expressed my displeasure with the vague letter and the fact that my house key was available to the general public for 9 days. Brooke did apologize but it is my opinion that she is not a very professional business proprietor based upon the way this situation was handled when clearly she knew the situation when I personally gave her the key at the last cleaning of my home.

They do a good job on helping keep my house clean. I have been using them since the end of last year and have been pleased. They lack on consistence if a different crew comes out. They are always willing to pay attention to certain areas if I ask them to.

I have used them twice now. I hired them a second time because I was desperate to get someone. They did not use newspaper to clean the windows because they did not want to get their hands dirty. The windows come out, and I was telling the girl who was doing the top floor to clean the windows and she said she could not do that because the cleaner would freeze. The second time they came, they did not clean the rings on the toilet and they said they tried to clean it and couldn’t get it clean. I don’t think I’ll be calling them again.

I initiated contact over the week end and they still got back to me within 12 hours. They came out the next day to give me a quote. Kerri was bright and cheerful as well as highly professional. She provided a quote and sent ladies out on Wednesday. They arrived on time and were every bit as cheerful and professional as she. After making friends with my dog they got right to work. My house not only sparkled it smelled wonderful. I will be calling them again and would highly recommend them even to my pickiest friends. Thank you so much.

Cleaning team is always punctual and attentive. We will likely use them for a deep-clean of the entire house in the coming months and we have not hesitated to recommend them to friends and colleagues, many of whom have signed-up for service.

Rugs were thrown on the beds and furniture and left there multiple times. Trash was emptied sometimes and sometimes not. Once the whole middle floor was skipped. Sometimes the shower doors were spotless. Other times terrible. In the master bath the floor wasn't swept or mopped for several cleanings in a row. All this being said they did an awesome job many other times. I guess inconsistent is the best description.

Performed all services as requested in a timely manner. The quality of the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend their service to anyone considering hiring a house cleaner.

Everyone that works for Havens Cleaning is awesome! It's a very small, family-owned company. They are easily reachable, and on the rare occasion something gets missed, they are quick to correct on the next visit! In the past, we have had Havens Cleaning do a garage clean for us as well. They basically emptied our garage, took care of all the cobwebs, wiped down both windows, and swept and hosed out the floor. Once they had it cleaned out, we helped them put all of our stuff back in an organized fashion and were able to actually get both cars back into the garage! We strongly recommend Havens Cleaning! They offer wonderful services at a great price!

The owner is very nice and easy to work with. I have used them only once and they are coming tomorrow again; actually I am giving them a final shot. The owner is very nice, but I had couple of issues with the cleaning, so will have the best remedy tomorrow. I will use them again in the future.

I hired the owner about a month ago and she is fabulous. I will use her again in the future.

Overall, they have done a great job although they have missed the light fixture above our dining area last time. I have referred Amy to some of my friends. Now, they come to clean my house every other week.

I like everything about them. They do a very thorough job. They take instructions well and pay attention to details. They are very trustworthy.

Brooke Havens has cleaned my office for over a year, and when I needed a new housecleaner I called her for an estimate. She and her sister came out to my house, reviewed what they would do, and gave an estimate. I have a very friendly dog, and they were not intimidated by him. Heavenly Havens gave me the best price of all my estimates, and so far, they have done a very good job/ After the first clean, Brooke contacted me to find out what I thought. When I had a little criticism, she corrected the problem immediately.
