Everything when great. Travis arrived on time first thing in the morning. We free'd up my stuck windows and then he got to work on a couple areas of vinyl siding I was having trouble with. Travis was very friendly and knowledgable. He showed my what was wrong and why I had been having trouble. Overall he did an excellent job! I would definitely use HBTH again.

It was fine. The way they communicated was probably the best. The work was okay and the cost was maybe a little higher than we thought it was going to be but they were within the reasonable category.

The company owner, Tim Patrick, came out in a timely manner, recommended fixes to our problems, and estimated the cost of the work. His two employees, Travis and Terry, came to work on time and along with Tim planned how to accomplish the many scheduled tasks and then promptly got to work. The staircase posed unusual problems in that the home's builder never properly installed and secured the balustrades, which is what caused them to wobble and lose support. Despite this major flaw, Travis developed solutions to the problems posed in securing them, and we are very pleased with how sturdy and secure he was able to make them. Tim arranged for us to get a stain and putty that perfectly matched our house's wood trim so we could do minor touchup repairs ourselves in future. All other tasks on our list were performed flawlessly, as both employees stayed busy all day. We find HBTH to be extremely punctual, using highly skilled craftsmen, and overall a great value for the cost. We have used them before, and there is no comparison in quality and service compared to other handyman companies we have used previously. My wife and I have recommended them to family and acquaintances in need of handyman services, with full faith they will be as pleased as we are with HBTH's quality, service, and price.

HBTH crew cut drywall, installed conduit, ran wiring through the conduit, repaired the wall, connected the TV and painstakingly re-hung the TV to it's new (and fully connected) place above the fireplace. The work was performed on December 23 and 24 when most contractors wouldn't be taking your call. The project went very well, and the finished product is amazing. One last thing... to finish the job, Tim came over on his way to a Christmas Eve church service (in a suit and tie) to help hang the TV. How's that for great service? Tim Patrick and his crew are awesome to work with. They treat your job like it's their only job.

It was wonderful! Travis was very meticulous and did an awesome job. He went so far as do a little extra shimming so the door fit just right. We use them all the time, they are wonderful!

It went great! He scheduled around my availability. The removal of the old door and installation of the new door was done in less than an hour. The person who showed up was quick and did a great job.

Provider responded to initial call in timely fashion. He thoroughly discussed problem and options for effecting repair. Estimate was concise and clear. Repair work was done as scheduled and in professional manner. Invoice was less than initial estimate. I am pleased with service provided and will contact again for future work needed.

He is professional and punctual. He is right on budget. They come in and get their job done. I would give them an A all the way. I've recommended them to other people.

Handyman by the Hour did an excellent job of coming out in a timely fashion to fix my problem. They showed up when they said they were coming and were ready and able to fix the sump pump battery. At the last minute I thought of a few other things I needed done and they were happy to include those repairs as well. Overall they were incredibly easy to work with and I would call them again in the future!

It went well. We worried that cold weather was soon to set in and they got us fixed prior to that happening.

Tim Patrick responded to my calls and e-mails timely. He was very nice to talk to. Chris the handyman vented two bathroom ceiling fans out the ridge vents which was my main priority. I also added on some lighting requests and he was able to complete that in a second visit. (I had to purchase the lights.) He installed 5 light fixtures, (two pole lights outside, two vanity lights and one bathroom light/fan). Chris was on time, very polite and professional. He covered his shoes when walking in my house. He cleaned up his mess and removed all boxes and debris. I don't have the final bill yet but will update my review once I do. I would certainly use this vendor again!

Two-man crew were punctual & friendly. They worked non-stop, but seemed to really enjoy their job. Always let me know prior to turning off electricity what area they were doing so it would not interfere with what I was doing. Tim came over about midway through job to see how things were going. Apologized that it was taking longer than he had anticipated. Very happy with Tim & his crew, & I plan on using them again in the future.

HBTH has worked on our house for years. Tim always fits me in...they are always courteous, on time and excellent at what they do. If they can't help you with a problem, they will find someone who can. Please don't hesitate to use these guys. They are the best. I had tried to put in a lock myself and stripped a screw, resulting in a broken front door with no lock. Tim fit me in and came right over, not wanting us to be without a lock on our door that night. Tim's crew is very diverse, from excellent carpentry to electrical. Great service overall.

Tim Patrick and his crew of HBTH, including Travis, Chris and Terry, did an excellent job on all of the outdoor projects we asked them to undertake at our home in Noblesville recently. All of them are skilled carpenters and repairmen as well as courteous and professional workers. Tim was prompt in returning our phone calls and emails/texts. He provided us with honest and accurate estimates for the projects we requested. They worked in the summer heat as well as some rainy days on our outdoor projects. They showed utmost respect for our property and dogs. Their craftsmanship on our decks and porch was outstanding. The work they did for us was extensive and overdue in our 35 yo home. All of this work was certainly not inexpensive, but we have always believed that "you get what you pay for". Our decks and screen porch now look like new. In summary, we are very pleased with the above noted work done by HBTH on our home. We would recommend them highly to others with similar repair/carpentry needs in this area. I left a message during an afternoon and Tim Patrick returned my call that evening with an appointment 2 days later. Then he was able to schedule the job within a few days after our meeting. Tim sent me a quote with pictures which I signed and returned. He also reminded me about the day his crew was arriving to do the work. His team lead called me the morning when he arrived at the house. Since I did not have to be present for the exterior work, they completed the job on their own. When I came home, I could see the siding pieces were replaced and the work area was cleaned up. Handyman by the Hour is reliable, trustworthy and a very easy company to work with.

.Very well. Matched color of windows. Performed services in specified time. Workmen were careful not to harm plants. We have used Handyman By The Hour before and plan to use them again. Always prompt, perform tasks per quote and invoice per the quote. We are very happy with the work.

It went really well. We’ve used them twice now: we had them come back a second time because they did well the first time. They're a good company, and their people seemed knowledgeable. They come with a large truck that has a lot of supplies on it, so they are well equipped to handle a lot of different tasks. We'll use them again, I'm sure.

It could not have been any better

We had a pot rack hung in our kitchen, they replaced two outdoor lights and an outdoor electrical outlet. They were on time and completed all of the projects to our satisfaction. They cleaned up after every project and took all trash with them. They were courteous and verified we were satisfied with the work. We will use them again when needed.

Tim the business owner personally inspected the two rotted windows, then emailed me a quote which was lower than two other companies I contacted. He came out with his master carpenter promtly on the date we agreed on for the repairs. The HBTH carpenter efficiently and expertly performed all required repairs, painted the window frames, and cleaned up the work area thoroughly. The end result is the windows look like new. HBTH is far and away the best handyman service I have ever contracted with, and I would definitely use them again. As a bonus, since the work proceeded smoothly and was finshed ahead of schedule, my final invoice was less than the quoted estimate. This is truly a high quality customer-focused company that I strongly recommend to any homeowner requiring handyman repairs.

I have used Mr. Patrick's company in the past but on the last 2 projects, the cost of the project is more than his estimate. This is with substantial information upfront and looking over the project on the 1st project. The other was a simple mounting of a TV This company has "small" print where they will charge you for additional items even though a review of the project is know upfront. I would NOT recommend anyone use this company in the future. You just can not take advantage of clients.
