I have used him many times. Whenever I have a list things to do I call them.

Responded the next day and took care of the repair quickly. I had an estimate from another company. Handyman performed the task for less than half of the other company. Handyman has done other work for me as well. They are professional, efficient, and do quality work.

He did a great job, and his price was reasonable. I would highly recommend him, he did great work. It did take a little more time than he originally thought, but the work was good.

We called out Handyman by the Hour to install a lamp post for us. Also during the process they encountered a problem and they needed to pour concrete. We were a little worried about it at first but it turned out to be beautiful.

Don't hire their services. The window trim that was changed out was not the proper size, the guy installed it anyway and then just painted the window shut. Then my husband complained and said this isn't done properly, the window is going to leak. The guy replaced it with the correct size, and then emailed him and said he refused to do the rest of the work and just to pay him for what he already did.

We have used Tim's company before. He came highly recommended. He's always prompt on returning phone calls and getting an estimate to you. The quality of work was excellent. He works for a customer as if he is doing work on his own home. We will be using him again on our next home project needs!

They person that came was very professional and very knowledgeable.

They were very professional and they came out right before a holiday. They were also very prompt, and great at discussing the various options that I had.

Tim & his partner did a great job. They showed up when they said they would be here. Cleaned up well after the job. Also had siding replaced a year ago. They do quality work. It's worth paying a little more for great work.

Everything went very very well. They are perfectionists and do exemplary work. Everything they did was at or beyond my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. And Tim Patrick went a step beyond by putting me in contact with the manufacturer of our windows to get 4 large windows replaced that were defective (and this work is under warranty). Bottom line here is if he does not do a specific job, he knows who in the Indy area is best to do that job. I will definitely use them again, although there is a small charge for travel outside of Carmel (the quality of the work makes this travel charge insignificant).

Tim and Ed are great! Tim answered his phone the first time I called and we set up an appointment for just a few days later. I emailed him my list of repairs, and he emailed back an estimate. Tim and Ed arrived at my house right on time and were extremely polite--from introducing themselves, to wearing shoe coverings, to interacting with my two young children. Ed didn't even mind when my son, who thinks he's Bob the Builder, got into his toolbox! Their work was impeccable, they were very neat (they used drop clothes when necessary, and I can honestly say the rooms were cleaner when they finished the work!) I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a handyman.

Came to location about one hour after my initial call, diagnosed problem, went and ordered special hinges, installed them on the second business day (parts had to come from Chicago). They also followed up every day in between with a status phone call. Final phone follow up after the repair making sure everything was acceptable. Invoice sent via email promptly after the repair, price was less than our expectation.

Absolutely wonderful. Tim responded to my initial email very quickly. We set up a time for the repairs to be completed, he showed up on time, and completed the work exactly as requested. We will use Tim for all our projects in the future!

My first impression was excellent and continued throughout the process of hiring this company to job completion. Tim Patrick answered his phone right away (no phone tag!), was noticeably friendly & polite. He explained the cost & that the customer has 30 days to accept the quality of the work performed. If something was not right then they would take care of the issue. Customer satisfaction seems #1 with them. Sent an email of their policy & my appt. time. I received a confirmation call from Ed (Tim's partner) the night before which is reassuring. Ed arrived on time. He was also exceptionally polite & personable. I felt comfortable having him working in my home right away. He not only did the work perfectly, but I felt went beyond what would be typically expected by coming back the next day (on a Sunday at a time selected by me) with some extra needed supplies from his home to finish the job. Couldn't be more pleased & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Tim & Ed are true professionals. They do what they say they are going to do and do it when they say they are going to do it. I received other estimates from highly rated Angie's list handymen. The difference was Tim didn't just provide a quote, he looked for cheaper alternatives to get to the same result I was looking for and provided excellent advice on other areas of home repair even though he knew he wouldn't be doing the work in those areas. I won't even consider using anyone but Tim in the future.

Tim responded within a day and provided an estimate. One task was outside their expertise (repairing rotted door frame)--Tim provided (and followed up on) a referral to another local company. After the work was complete, we found that not all exterior caulking was completed and we discovered a miscommunication on our part (we didn't correctly identify the 2 faucets needing repair), Ed returned to complete the caulking and fixed the faucet we hadn't identified. Tim was very fair in rectifying the entire situation. It is often how folks respond to problems that demonstrates their true nature--Tim proved himself in our case. We would highly recommend him for handyman tasks.

He went over and beyond when he contacted another client of his to find out who did their septic tank system so that he could put us in touch with them. He is the absolute best. I have come to rely upon him. His prices are always honest and fair. I would never use anyone else.

Excellent experience. Mr. Patrick and his associate came earlier than expected, were very friendly, but most importantly, did an exceptional job in a very timely manner, at a very reasonable price.

Saw truck in neighborhood - I knew Mr. Patrick's daughter was one of the girls I helped coach track at Westfield High School. I introduced myself, explained my problems. Mr. Patrick came to my home two days later and we discussed problems further and possible solutions. I was pleased that the entire set of doors did not need replacement. Mr. Patrick emailed me an estimate for labor which seemed most reasonable. His partner came out the next day and did the work. I supplied matching paint. Both men were courteous and friendly. I would strongly recommend them as they seem very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise, are prompt, helpful, and fair.

They've done work for me 2 or 3 times. They've done the work well, have been very pleasant to deal with and their prices have been fair. I will continue to use them for small jobs.

Excellent job! Neat as a pin! He is a little high priced, but he knows what he is doing and is very honest and capable. It's worth it.

They returned my original call the next day, then Ed called the day before he came to the house to confirm. He arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. and started working. All the jobs were completed quickly and with a minimum of mess. He cleaned up when he was finished and checked to make certain that I was satisfied. Both Tim and Ed are very polite and extremely pleasant to talk to. The bill was rendered a few days later after calling to again make sure that I was satisfied with the work. I have some work to be done in the Spring and will definitely use this company again.

He's very responsive, answers all his calls, prompt, picked up paint, and took care of the problem and left. An absolute pleasure.

However, he walked me through exactly what needed to be done and even offered to give me support over the phone if I decided to try the repair myself and got in a jam (pun intended...).

He was punctual, efficient and pleasant. He did all the work to my satisfaction or above.
