Old door frame was not true and square. Some time spent working out the best installation. The work was done and the results were excellent. We have used these people several times before and they have always done a good job.

He did a great job of fixing the mistakes of another electrician. He even tried to help us remedy the situation with the service provider. He did everything he promised. He is very thorough and professional.

I emailed Tim midday on a Wednesday and he called me back a couple of hours later. We talked briefly and he emailed me an estimate that included using scaffolding. He also indicated that due to the weather (stormy), he would have to put off outside work he had scheduled for the next day and he could complete my work then. I had an early-morning meeting that day, so he agreed that he and Ed would be there at 7am. They showed up promptly and decided they could complete the work using a ladder, which would lower the cost. They were completely professional and worked quite well together. They cleaned everything up and disposed of the old fixture for me. I would highly recommend them!

He was wonderful and managed to work with moving the snow and getting the post into the ground. His pricing was very reasonable.

Tim is always great to work with. He is very punctual in returning calls. He schedules asap and if he's going to be late always calls. We will definitely be using him again.

Mr. Patrick was professional from start to finish. He evaluated my problem over the phone and provided me with written estimates prior to his first visit. He was on time for our appointment. He was thorough in his diagnosis of the toilet repair and provided suggestions for follow up should I have any future problems. He also advised me of a few other minor plumbing upgrades I should consider when installing new appliances in my kitchen and laundry room. His price was fair and his follow up was exceptional. I highly recommend him.

Everything went very well. They were prompt, courteous, and even covered their shoes when they came inside so they wouldn't soil the carpet. We couldn't have been happier.

He worked for 1.5 days. He did good work and he worked his tail off. His performance was excellent and he couldn't have been better.

The estimates are a bit confusing...not quite "nickle and dime" but close. I'd consider using the service again, but I might check around first.
