Fluid Waste Services was terrible to deal with. The company overcharged for sub-par service, and they made a complete mess of my yard, including spraying mud all over my mailbox. Company refused to clean mess they left. I would not recommend this company for any work.

Crew arrived the next day following the assessment. Crew completely removed all sewage and pea gravel. Adequately cleaned up the site when finished.

From start to finish the whole company was very responsive. Kevin (contact person and job "foreman"per se) made sure I was kept informed of the job details including where he was coming from, unanticipated delays (they run a 24/7 service for emergencies) and approximate cost of the job. They made sure they kept everything clean, covering all inside tubes with plastic and cleaning up when done. They were right on time on the day they said they would be there and were done rather quickly. I was very pleased with the result.

While having a plumbing company replace my sewage lift pump, I ran into a scheduling issue. The plumbing company could install the pump, but could not get their preferred vendor to come for 3 to 4 days to empty the well, which had to be done first. I immediately began calling companies to see if anyone could do it for a reasonable price, that same day. Fluid answered the call and offered to reroute a truck to do it within a couple hours. They understood my urgency and their driver was there within an hour. Not only did he clean the pit, but he also pulled the old pump out to assist in the installation process. He was friendly, professional and best of all, did a great job. I could not be happier with the results. To top it off, Fluid's prices were better than the others I spoke with. I will use them every time I have need. I am a customer for life.

They were very polite and professional when I called, fit me in that day, were right on time, and cleaned up after. Very satisfied with their service.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT ABOUT THEIR WORK, AS WAS THE PERSON WHO HANDLED OUR PHONE CALL. CHARGES WERE BASED ON TIME -- DRIVING TO OUR HOME, PUMPING THE TANK, AND THE TRIP TO DISPOSE OF THE SLUDGE -- PLUS A CHARGE FOR THE NUMBER OF GALLONS PUMPED.
