I called Todd Lewis for an estimate. He was prompt and priced the job accordingly. He stated from the start that this would be a tough job but he would see that they did the best to their ability. As promised Lewis Berry arrived on time and spent 3 days pouring 3 layers of epoxy on the floor. He called or left messages at the end of each day with a run down of the work he had performed and what to expect the following day. When finished the job beat our expectations. I found Epoxy Flooring Specialists at the Home Show in February. The young man in the booth explained in detail how the job would be done. I called the company and asked if they would give an estimate. Todd Lewis came out, looked over my garage, and gave us an estimate. He helped us choose color, degree of coarseness, etc. He said that his company would arrange to have a POD sent to our house so that we could store the items in our garage while the job was being done. We agreed on a date for the POD and the application. The application was to take two days with an additional 3 days curing time. Everything went smoothly. The POD arrived on Friday, we moved stuff out of the garage on Saturday, and Epoxy Flooring showed up on time on Monday. The man finished the job in two days and again explained each step. When finished, the floor was beautiful. It worked out better than we had hoped. The people were courteous, cleaned up after the job.

Epoxy flooring completed a basement flooring painting project for us in March of 2007. From the estimate process to the completed job, they were efficient, professional, and on time. The completed project looks great and they left detailed instructions on how to care for the new flooring.

One of the company owners came to give an estimate. He gave us a written copy and later sent an email version. They arrived on the specified day to begin a 2 day job. Day one took about 3 hours to sand, clean and apply the first coat. He arrived promptly on day 2 to apply the finish layer. The work was done efficiently and was completed as promised. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Our garage floor was very uneven and had lots of cracks in it. It also had been painted previously, and the paint was chipping badly due to the painter not preparing the floor properly. Epoxy Flooring Specialists diamond sanded it first and took everything off the floor. After the epoxy paint and the flecks, our floor has never looked better. It looks great, and we are so glad we had it done. Their price was very good, and the cracks are gone.

I worked with Todd Lewis, and he did a wonderful job for me. It was probably my favorite thing in my new home! We have a crack in the cement in our garage that is showing through the floor. They told me that they would patch it in a year after the winter passes. I would have liked to known that before hand, but they've been very fair about it so far.

The owner of the company was prompt in coming our to our home when we called to get an estimate. The entire process was explained clearly. Very congenial and businesslike. We selected the color we wanted on the floor, paid a small down payment and set the date for start of the project. The worked showed up on time and performed the work as had been explained by the owner. Overall, we were very pleased with this company.

Great company to do business with. Todd came out and discussed what they would do, how the would do it, and when. Paid a portion down before work began. They sent out a very polite young man by the name of Lou. He did his work, cleaned up and left. I paid the remainder on day 2 when he was finished. Our garage floor looks fabulous!

They were very punctual. They floor looks beautiful and I did not need a small repair where there was a bubble. They came back and corrected the problem. Before the work was started they did have to grind off the finish which is dusty and powdery.

They gave us a firm estimate, arrived on time for both the estimate and the work. When they were finished, they floors looked great and they left no mess. I would highly recommend them.

FIRST, THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE WAS QUITE INFORMATIVE AND EDUCATIONAL. SO, BY THE TIME I INVITED TODD LEWIS TO GIVE ME A QUOTE ON THE FLOOR JOB I HAD ALREADY A GOOD IDEA OF WHAT WAS INVOLVED. THE PRICE TURNED OUT TO BE PRETTY FAIR, AND INCLUDED PODS STORAGE DELIVERY AND PICKUP. TODD WAS VERY GOOD AT COMMUNICATION BY E-MAIL & CELL PHONE, AND RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY. SECOND, THE PERSON WHO DID THE TWO-DAY JOB WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND CLEARLY COMMUNICATED INSTRUCTIONS TO ME. OVERALL, ALL OF NEIGHBORS (AND I) ARE SO FAR IMPRESSED WITH THE JOB...BUT, TIME WILL TELL, OF COURSE.

COMPANY APPLIED SEALANT WITHOUT FIRST POWERWASHING THE DRIVEWAY. I UNDERSTOOD THAT POWERWASHING WOULD BE INVOLVED, BUT THE WORKER STATED THAT THE DIRTY SECTIONS OF THE DRIVEWAY COULD NOT BE CLEANED WITHOUT DAMAGING THE DRIVEWAY. WELL, MY EXPENSIVE DRIVEWAY LOOKS LIKE CR*P COMPARED WITH MY NEIGHBORS IN THIS PLANNED COMMUNITY, WITH THE DIRT NOW SEALED IN. I HAVE ACTUALLY HAD OTHER VENDORS OFFER TO CLEAN AND SEAL MY DRIVEWAY, NOT REALIZING THAT IT WAS DONE JUST A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. THESE GUYS MAY BE GOOD WITH FLOORS, BUT KEEP THEM OFF OF YOUR DRIVEWAY!

LOOKS GREAT AND IS SHOWING NO SIGN OF WEAR. VERY PUNCTUAL, AND WORK SITE WAS ALWAYS LEFT CLEAN. VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PROJECT.

THEY HAD DONE A PREVIOUS JOB FOR ME AT MY OLD HOUSE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WORKED US INTO A BUSY SCHEDULE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR TIGHT SCHEDULE. THEY GAVE COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING COLOR AND FINISHES. THE SHOWED UP ON TIME, AS PROMISED. THE WORK WAS PERFORMED PRIOR TO A LARGE DOUBLE LAUNDRY SINK BEING REMOVED, AND I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN THE SINK WAS REMOVED, THEY WOULD COME BACK AT NO CHARGE AND TOUCH UP THE FLOOR. THE FOLLOW UP WORK WAS PERFORMED AS PROMISED. OVERALL, THE COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

NEEDED TO GET IT DONE BEFORE WE MOVED IN. THEY WORKED QUICKLY TO ACCOMMODATE OUR SCHEDULE.

THEY WERE GREAT!!! A++ TODD REARRANGED THEIR SCHEDULE SO THEY COULD START THE DAY WE CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE. LOU AND CHAD WORKED ON SATURDAY AND TODD PAID THE MEN TIME AND HALF WITHOUT CHARGING ME. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.

EFS INSTALLED CONTRAST COLOR CHIPS THAT DID NOT MATCH THE SAMPLE COLORS PROVIDED WHEN THE JOB WAS QUOTED. WHEN I CALLED TO DISCUSS THE MATTER, EFS INVESTIGATED AND FOUND THE ROOT CAUSE FOR THE DISCREPANCY. THEY THEN OFFERED TO RECOAT AND REAPPLY THE CHIPS FROM A MATCHING DYE LOT. THEY RECOATED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME AND NOW THE FLOOR SURFACE FULLY MEETS MY EXPECTATIONS.

EXCELLENT! TODD WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL... CALLED BACK PROMPTLY AND WAS TIMELY IN ARRIVING FOR AN ESTIMATE AND ON WORK DAYS. HIS CREW WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL... HELPED US MOVE OUR 'JUNK' OUT SO THEY COULD PAINT.

CAME BACK AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. PRICE WAS 25% BELOW NEXT BEST ESTIMATE.

OF ALL THE FLOORING PEOPLE THAT CAME TO LOOK AT OUR PROJECT AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE, TODD WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAME PREPARED WITH INFORMATION AND SAMPLES IN HAND. EVERYONE WE WORKED WITH WAS WONDERFUL AND WE WOULD NOT HESTITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN.
