Very well. The job went just as Todd said it would. Their employees were very courteous and experienced. I don't think any of the installers had worked for the company for less than 5 years. They are very prompt. The whole process takes 4-5 days and they were there each day at the time or before they said they would be at my home. They also guarantee their work and I spoke with a customer that the initial epoxy application did not adhese properly but the customer told me that Todd and Mark did not hesitate to make it right. They solved the problem and started over from scratch. When I spoke to that customer our decision was very easy. My husband loves his new garage floor.

Todd the owner looked at our floor and provided us with an estimate and full explanation. He is a kind, responsible man. We had the floor done 4/20/2009 and it looked stunning. We followed all the drying and cleaning instructions to the letter. Within several weeks we had small areas where the paint peeled off. They were good about coming out to patch these spots. The problem continued and continued and they were very nice about patching it. Todd came out to look and he decided the entire floor need to be removed and replaced. This occurred 6/17. There was no charge due to the warranty. Within less than a month the paint started coming up again. Two of the guys told me that high performance tires sometimes can cause it. We wish we had not paid nearly $2300 for epoxy paint that is peeling off and obviously not compatible with our tires. Just be aware in case you have cars with high performance tires.

Completed work according to schedule. A couple cracks developed in the floor shortly afterwards. EFS re-coated the floor at no extra charge under warranty.

I had called about adds I had seen on the company and after checking out on Angie's List. Todd Lewis called me back promptly and met me in a couple days. He gave me an estimate and a very fair price based on my square footage and Angie's List affiliation. We set up the appointment for the following week during a thursday and a friday and was completed when promised. John did a fine job, explained everything and closed up the garage and cleaned up when finished. Whole process was very painless and we have a beautiful new floor.

The work turned out beautifully. The owner of Epoxy Flooring Specialist, Todd Lewis, visited us to assess the project and provide an estimate. He is punctual, professional, and well-informed. He gave us a detailed description of each phase of the project and the project was completed in a timely manner according to the schedule gave us. Their estimate was not the least expensive, nor was it the most expensive. However, after meeting Todd Lewis, I was convinced that they would be the most conscientious company. Everybody who has seen the floor says it is beautiful, and we are very happy with the work.

Todd showed up on time for the initial visit and explained the work very well. His estimate was right on. The work was done in a timely and professional manner.

Todd was extremely responsive and met me the same day that I called. He was able to work our floor in right away as we were under a time crunch. He offered some suggestions on colors and explained the entire process from start to finish. The installers were courteous and did a great job. We are very happy with the floor.

I called Todd to come and refinish the floor. I am a repeat customer but I had damaged the epoxy floor and it really needed to be redone. Todd is always accessible when you call the office line if no one picks up you can redirected to a cellular phone. He set my appt. for 2 weeks out. They came out and within a couple of hours I had a new floor. This time Todd recommended adding color specs on the floor, I took his recommendation and I am very very happy with the results. I recommend them to anyone considering Epoxying their garage floors.

Todd came to my house one day after I called. Four days later, I have a brand new garage floor. No mess, no fuss, just good old-fashioned service at a reasonable price.

My initial phone call was promptly answered by one of the owners (Todd). We set up a time for an estimate and he arrived on time and walked me through the entire process. We agreed on terms for the work and scheduled it at that time. The day before work was scheduled I was contacted to confirm they would be there the next day. They performed the work to the agreed upon specifications and on the agreed upon schedule. As a follow-up to questions I had, they came back and addressed my issues at no additional cost and without any hassles. I was very impressed with this company in every respect and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The entire process took two days. They did not require us to be home, which was convenient. The floor looks great, and there was no mess left behind. Of course, epoxy paint REALLY smells bad, but that passed after a couple of days. We love our garage floor.

Our house is 50 years old and the garage floor was in bad condition. The floor had been painted. It had partially worn off in areas and was unsightly. What hadn't worn off had to be ground off before they applied the coating. There were also many areas where the floor was badly pitted due to salt from automobile tires. These were not small pits. They were areas about the half the depth of a ping-pong ball. Todd warned us that the epoxy would partially fill the areas of pitting, but that some would still be visible after the coating was applied. The areas of pitting are hardly visible. I can already tell that the floor is also going to be much easier to maintain and help the reduce tendency to track dirt into the house. The men were very neat in their work and did a very good job cleaning up after themselves. The garage walls are drywalled. They did not splash any of the epoxy on the walls. Only regret I have at all about this job is that we put up with that unsightly garage floor so many years before calling in Todd and his team. I wish I had taken before and after photos, because it is hard to describe how much improvement their work made in the appearance of our garage. Outstanding work, start to finish!

They did a real nice job. I plan on using them again in the future. The concrete was very bad before the epoxy coating; it was falling apart.

Todd came out to look at the garage floor, take pictures and give us a price for the job. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his business. His sample book and overlays allowed us to choose different combinations of colors and decorative flecks and see what the final product would look like. He also helped us choose the colors that complemented the color of the house. His team of workers were neat, professional, prompt and friendly. They cleaned up everything each day. The floor looks great! Exceptional company to hire.

Very well. Professional, flexible. Worked in our time frame (which was very odd- we were moving back from overseas). Communication good. Prompt, courteous, did everything a week ahead of schedule. Final result is outstanding.
