Description of Work: Had issue with leak over bay window. They were very helpful in finding the leak and who to call for resolution. Stated they did not do this kind of work but were very helpful in steering me in the right direction to the people that do. Very much appreciate the assistance and will definitely consider them in the future for other needs.

Description of Work: WE WORKED WITH STEVE SMALLEY FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE CONTRACTING. WE DECIDED TO USE HIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF HIS KNOWLEDGE OF FULL-FRAME WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM. WE WERE SO HAPPY WE DID. THE WORK WAS DONE BY EXCELLENT WORKERS AND SOONER THAN COMMITTED. IN FACT IT WAS DONE IN 2 1/2 DAYS, WHEN STEVE HAD QUOTED US 4-5 DAYS! WE THOUGHT THE CREW WAS VERY POLITE HARD WORKING AND VERY CONSCIENCIEOUS ABOUT THE WORK WE DID. EXCELLENT JOB.

Description of Work: WE RECENTLY HAD EXTERIOR HOME IMPROVEMENT TAKE OFF THE OLD LP SIDING AND PUT NEW CERTAIN-TEED SIDING ON. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID, THE CREWS THEY USED AND THE WAY THEY CLEANED UP EACH NIGHT AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE IMPORTANT DECISIONS ABOUT TRIM WORK AS SOME OLD TRIM WAS ROTTED AND NEED TO COME DOWN. THEY MAKE SUGGESTIONS AND DID LITTLE EXTRA THINGS NOT EVEN ASKED FOR. WE THOUGHT THE CREW WAS VERY HARD WORKING, SOMETIMES WORKING 11-12 HR DAYS.
