Sales rep was very helpful in instructing us on our options an what to expect in the process. We a little disappointed in manufacture delay in delivering door unit, this was outside of the company's control. Company did not finish door unit; however, they recommeded a guy who did an excellent job finishing the door.

This was a pleasant experience. There were no delays; work was finished in less than two weeks. The responsiveness of the management personnel, those in charge of project as well as owner was exceptional. All were professional and punctual. There was an additional cost of $550. which was for labor and material that was required to replace the plywood under the siding of the chimney. This had rotted due to moisture under the Masonite siding.

THE WORKMAN WERE POLITE AND DID A GREAT JOB.

EHI employees were professional, punctual, and very neat. All work was performed when promised, and all items we ordered were ready to go at installation date. The installation crew completely tore out 27 of our windows, insulation, old trim, etc. They reinstalled all windows, new trim around ALL of them, and installed our beautiful new front door with not a scrap of material left to be found. We did not have to haul away old windows or pick up trash around our house/lawn. All windows are square and look like they were installed when the house was built! We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products and people who take pride in their work. We invested a lot of our hard-earned money in this project, and we won't hesitate to call them again!

Jeff was exceedingly professional. He came out to do the estimate in a timely fashion. They quoted us a price and date on the spot. He then was on the job-site during the job itself since we could not be there until about 1-2 hours into the job, to be sure everything went smoothly until we arrived. He then came back the evening of the job to make sure the windows looked okay and we were satisfied. They cleaned up after themselves. There was no damage done. We paid 30% upfront with the remainder after we signed the satisfaction paperwork. I would highly recommended this company, especially during the busy months, due to their promptness.

THERE WAS A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SALES REP AND THE SUBCONTRACTED PAINTERS, BUT THE FINAL JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE.

Matt was always on time in meeting or calling with updates. Visited the house during all stages of the work performed over several weeks. He was able to provide excellent options to meet our needs. The work was done quickly and professionally. One or two small problems were pointed out to us and fixed right away. We will be having the rest of the windows replaced by them in the near future.

I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the workers. They completed the work quickly and on time, kept the work area and my yard neat and clean, and somehow managed to avoid damaging the shrubs and plants around my house. The construction supervisor, Matt, was wonderful and made a point to stop in to talk with me each day to provide me with a progress report and to ensure that any concerns that I might have were addressed. Since having the siding replaced, I have contracted with Exterior Home Improvement to replace a patio door and would not hesitate to recommend them for siding, window and door installation. They were a little more expensive then other quotes that I had received, but now that I compare the appearance of my house to others in the neighborhood that have had their LP siding replaced, I know that I made the right choice in contractors.

Brant personally came out to touch up the paint around the windows where I noticed a few spots. Our old 1967 house looks like a brand new home.

They missed a rotten board that they shouldn't have. When I called them they were out right away to take care of it.

They addressed all of my concerns. It's got a lever handle, so if the door into the house is shut, the handle will only open the door if you push it up. If the door into the house is open, it works up or down. I don't know whether they could've done anything about it or not.

Our sales person was very responsive providing the estimate and returning calls. The installer was informative and did excellent work. And, he cleaned up the site and keep it tidy during the job.

Was told they now charge $100.00 for an estimate. They say their work is so good that their bids are at times up to 30% higher than some other bids, and insurance companies sometimes balk at these bids. They say they are not gaining as many jobs as they would like from these free bids. They probably are a great company, but I will not pay for an estimate. I believe it is fundamentally wrong.

Excellent job. Would definitely hire them again.

Everything was perfect. Crew was on time, extremely polite and knowledgeable - they cleaned the area (even moved furniture back in place) after the installation. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use them again and have no reservations about referring to others.

Excellent all-around. Matt was professional and attentive to our needs. The crew was superb. We were concerned about replacing the windows in Jan, but it went extremely smooth. Highly recommended.

Exterior Home Improvement provided the work through subcontractors that had no professionalism. The gutter installers left dozens of nails & debris in the yard. The painters painted over areas to be repaired & damaged the window screens.

I worked with representative, Steve New. He was incredibly diligent in working with me to ensure my needs were met financially. I highly recommend this company due to their work and service.
