We are very satisfied. Our salesman, Bret Wells, was very professional, friendly and prompt. He provided us with an accurate estimate, so the final price was as expected. The workers who installed the roof worked hard (one didn't even go to lunch!) and they completed the job in one day. They did a fine job cleaning up (used a magnetic device to pick up any stray nails) and left with only the new roof as evidence that they had been here. Our only wish for improvement would be if some material other than plastic drop cloths could be used. It was a sunny day & some of our plants close to the house ended up with brown leaves due to the plastic covers. However, we consider that minor, As no permanent damage was done. All considered, they did a great job! As a side note, we did have other estimates from companies on Angie's List which were a little lower, but our preference was to spend a little more and get what seem to be higher quality materials.

Overall experience with company was pleasant except misunderstanding with owner. Quality workmanship. Ask the contractor to clarify any promises and get in writing.

Completed in 1 1/2 days. Workers were punctual & polite, hard working. Protected our new gutters and landscaping from damage. Took care to handle valleys properly. Very happy with results.

This is the second time that I have used this company. Matt the project supervisor and Brant are super to deal with. They also sub contracted out the gutters. I would not hesitate to call them again for work on my home.

I have used this company before for my windows. The window installation was a fiasco, but at the time my initial representative left the company in the middle of the estimate-to-work transition. I chalked it up to bad timing; they were gracious at the time and sent me a generous gift certificate to a local restaurant as an apology. This time around, I'm not so sure it was an issue of timing.

Last year EHI did extensive work on my home (roof, siding and windows) with no problems. I was completely satisfied and the cost was as listed above. This year, I'm having water coming in at one door due to poor drainage. They came to look, agreed to take the job, but then never followed up. I called multiple times, each time Matt promised that the man responsible for performing this job would call and each time weeks went by and he never called. It seems they do not follow through with the small jobs. I've given up and gone elsewhere.

Matt McQuiston was the lead on this job from the start and he was excellent to deal with. He was exceptionally timely, responsive, and provided several alternative suggestions that other estimators did not. He worked hard to get us the best price possible and was a pleasure to deal with. After placing the order, the windows came in several weeks sooner than expected (which was great with us). The work crew was immediately scheduled and they were onsite for one week installing. All installation went as expected and was very clean. They worked with us when ants and some wood rot were discovered in our porch wall and they also did the work to repair the back wall of my porch at a reasonable cost. The installation crew of Ben Sr., Ben Jr., and Dale all were excellent, well informed, personable and very respectful of us and the home.

One of three companies, they arrived very promptly to give a free estimate; we like to compare estimates. We liked their product better than the alternatives so we chose them as we had also had previous good experience with them. They arrived as agreed and proceeded tearing out the existing door and replacing it with the new one. The job was great and looked fantastic; finished detail was great. They cleaned up thoroughly as well. Very Happy with this company.

Steve said he would bring a quote, and never showed up. I was not happy that he poked a hole in my siding to show me it was rotten.

They did a fine job. They had to come back a couple of times and they did. I really have no problem with them.

Jeff Federspiel has been an absolute delight to work with. Our initial scope of work was to repair our siding. As the damage was found to be more extensive we decided to also replace our windows and doors. What easily could have been a major headache was instead a very stress free experience. Jeff kept us involved at every step and I never felt in the dark about what was going on with our home. His professionalism and commitment to doing the job right kept us at ease throughout the process. He definitely went above and beyond for us on several occasions. When we found our roof was damaged due to hail, our first and only stop was Jeff and EHI. We love all the new changes to our home. I can't imagine how the work could have gone any better. I highly recommend Jeff and EHI for any work on your home. I sent my parents their way and they are happy customers as well :)

We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall experience with EHI. Project mgr, Jeff Federspiel was a great rep to work with. He coordinated his schedule to be on site when the insurance adjuster was to inspect the roof. Jeff made sure all details and areas of damage were not overlooked. At the first sign of fair weather, production mgr, Matt Hopper called to prep us for material delivery and plans to get started. The sun peeked out as the team arrived, jumped out of their vehicles and worked like busy little bee's. Nothing but compliments for the crew. Good workers, professional, respectful and appeared to know what was expected of them. Although there were a couple bumps along the way on the day of the project, Matt and Jeff did their best to do a great job and keep us satisfied. Both men showed integrity and a desire to please the customer. On a follow up visit Matt even attended to a few minor repairs near but unrelated to the roofing job.

Mr. McQuiston was the only estimator who suggested having the double windows in our dining room and kitchen fabricated as a single unit. Given the age of our house and the frailty of the wood between the windows, we thought that was an excellent idea. He also was the only one to detect some minor problems with the way the previous owner had installed the windows in the front of the house. While we could have done the fix ourselves once the problem was called to our attention, he offered to do it at no added cost. So we chose this company and the higher priced windows at a price $100 over the highest bid from another company. Mr. McQuiston said it would take 4 or 5 weeks to get the windows. They arrived in three. David Mitchell, who did the installation, was pleasant and professional. The work took about 6 hours on one day and 3 hours on a second day. Everything went smoothly. The windows look great. We're really happy we had the double windows fabricated as a single unit.

There were communication problems with the contractor involved in my project. The final results are satisfactory, but there were several problems during the process. The company took care of the problems, and stands by their work, though it was frustrating at times.
