They used the same manufacturer for all the pieces and parts required. This way there is nothing wrong with the warranty. The shingles themselves were a little bit lower quality than I would have preferred.

The windows were good. I thought that their price was good. They completely let us down. The quality was not so good. They never called us back. It took a lot longer than we had hoped. The salesman quit in the middle of the project, and the owner did not get on the ball.

They were excellent. They did great work, kept me updated on the work and what needed to be done. They were prompt and I think they did a very good job.

I would use them again and recommend them to others.

The installation wasn't such a great experience. We found out rather quickly why they were the lowest bid: there was some sort of misunderstanding with the project manager and he thought we only wanted to replace boards on the north and south sides of the house, not the back of the house. We had a very uncomfortable moment while we decided how to handle the discrepancy. To their credit, they offered to do the work in the back of the house without making any profit, which we felt bad about. One issue that came up during the siding installation was that they boarded over the vent for our gas clothes dryer on a Friday afternoon and left it covered over the weekend. They didn't seem to think it was a big deal that we might have been venting carbon monoxide fumes into our house; luckily I noticed what they had done and cut a hole in the siding for the vent. Overall the siding fit is just terrible. Some of the siding is not properly nailed down on the edges because the nails aren't aligned with the house studs underneath, which has caused nails to pop up. We even found a trim board that wasn't nailed to the house at all. We also found nail holes without nails, where it appears the installers were pounding in nails in the hope of finding a stud, and had to fill these holes ourselves. There are places where the nails were pounded in so deeply that the fiber cement siding has cracked.

It went quite well. I was very pleased with them. They were very informative and if they didn't know something they found the answer because I had a lot of questions. I felt very comfortable with them. I didn't have power, so the salesman went to his home and brought his own generator, so that they could do the work, which was nice of him.

EHI came out to provide an estimate for the work. We live in a historic neighborhood governed by specific guidelines for the type of restoration that can be done. EHI worked with use to assure that we were in compliance with regulations. The person who worked on the estimate was very professional and routinely followed-up on the progress of the project. It took about 6 weeks for the products to be ready for install. A team of 3 came for the install and had it all done in one day. They were extremely professional. They cleaned up the entire area, and you would never know they were there (except for the new door and windows). Overall it was a great experience.

Needed new patio door and new windows in dining room. EHI came and replaced both and did a very good job. Found and removed some rotted wood, installed and leveled new door, and installed 2 new vinyl windows. Matt McQuiston called after work was complete to see how everything went. Promptly responded to a couple concerns with screen and patio door.

They were very prompt. They were true to their word as far as how long it would take, how much it would cost, and they cleaned up well afterwards. We had no issues!

All of the gentlemen I worked with from start to finish were all very professional. When I had my initial estimate, I was thinking of piecing out the boards (only replacing some of the bad boards). Brant Denning from Exterior Home Improvement recommended a handyman for the job if that was the route I wanted to take. After talking to this gentleman and a few others, we decided to have Brant and his crew replace all of the siding. The men who worked on my house worked for just over a week taking few breaks during the day. They were all very nice and hard working. Their skills working with the siding was truly amazing. I could not have wanted a better experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a similar service.

Not bad. Actually, started 2 days after original completion date. 3 man crew worked hard, long and fast not necessarily a good thing? Perhaps should work a bit slower, more cautious. Some issues with weather.

They replaced 35 windows and doors in 5 days. They also had them stained and sealed in that period of time. They did an outstanding job and were very professional in all aspects.

It was fine. They did a fine job. They were friendly and professional. They were personable. They cleaned up after themselves after the job was finished.

They were competitively priced and out of all the people we talked to they seemed the most eager to do the work. Their design matched our desires and needs. They did the work when they said they would. They cleaned up well, and it was a positive experience.

The actual installation of the windows went well. The old windows were removed and the new windows installed very quickly and the installers cleaned up after themselves. The finished interior woodwork is nothing special. Not bad, just not special. But keep in mind they say that interior woodwork is not their specialty. One problem we had though, was that the installers did not leave us with any documentation about the windows... no warranty info or Owner's Manual. We eventually received the documentation later. Also, although the casement windows are absolutely perfect, we had a problem with the double hung windows: when it was really windy we could hear the wind whistling through these windows. We had them come back out and they discovered that the installers did not install plugs over the holes where the installation screws are located. We would probably hire them again to install windows, but we would pay closer attention during the installation.

They were very prompt in returning the call, they came out when they said they would. Unfortunately, the job was beyond their scope and they are not going to be performing the work that is needed, but they were so nice. I appreciated how prompt and honest they were with everything they have done.

They were very friendly when they were there working on the door. They were very professional about the job when they were working. They ordered a door that they did not have on hand.

I had called on a Thursday and they made an appointment with me on Monday. The representative, Mark, was the person that came out to give the estimate. He was a bit arrogant stating his estimate. He proceeded to just tell me how much the windows, labor and the company's profit would be. He just threw out a figure without measuring the windows and also stated that they would all cost the same regardless of size. I did not like his attitude and now I am on some mailing list from this company. I have received propaganda about their company in the mail. Very unprofessional.

They were fantastic. The gentleman that came out was very professional. He explained everything in great detail. He went through the quoting process very thoroughly. The quality of the workmanship was fine. They cleaned up after themselves well and they were very confidant.

It was fine and they were fine. They quoted me and then we signed up for it and then after that we saw that they had a ten percent discount on Angie's List, so I called and asked if I could get that and they said no because they had already quoted me as low at they could go. The work that they did was good.

They measured the existing windows and provided a quote to replace the existing windows. They showed us what the new windows would look like and provided specifications on the windows. We ordered the windows they were not a standard size so they had to be custom made. They installed the windows and did an excellent job with the installation, we are very happy with the finished product. Our only complaint is the installation crew did not do a good job of cleaning up the debris from the windows that were replaced.

It wasn't a very good experience. They had to come back twice to repair leaks.

Professional rep. and the workers were fast and efficient. They did the job during the cold weather but it was completed quickly and without freezing us out of the condo.

Overall, the project went well and on schedule. The Project Manager, who was very personable and honest, communicated with us on a regular basis, to update us on the construction progress and if there were any anticipated hiccups. The owner even came out to check the progress and addressed a situation involving another sub-contractor working on another project, which would effect their progress. They did a fantastic job, kept the site clean of debris and did what they said they were going to do ... superior work,

It could not have been smoother. The work was scheduled at our convenience and performed on time in a professional manner. We felt that the price was very fair and competitive. The work crew was friendly and kept things cleaned up as they went along. A couple of minor corrections were attended to as soon as we reported them to the company.
