TJ has been great to work with - he has also done siding and gutter work for us since. He is very fair and has a great work ethic.

Overall, they did a very good job. We had a leak a few months after they installed the roof, but promptly came back and fixed the issue.

His whole staff is highly professional and technical experts. Their work is fabulous. You may pay a little more but not only do you get the product that you order, you get the highest quality you can expect. I would recomend them and continue to use them again in the future.

This was the first time I had used their services. It went ok. It took longer than expected to get the door ordered. It took about six weeks for it to come in and then they installed it. The installer did a great job and was very thorough.

Matt was punctual and very helpful in choosing a door. They found that a header needed to be built for the door which was an additional cost but well worth it. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend using them.

Steve came out to inspect my old door and windows and helped me understand what options I had as to their replacements. It did take about 6 weeks to go from ordering to installation, but the installers were there on the date and time they said they would be there. There was a defect in the door which was caught by the installer. A new door was ordered and installed with minimal additional hassle.

It went just fine overall. The installers were professional and competent. They worked during some of the worst hot, muggy weather we had during June, 2008, and completed the job in two days. They cleaned up and hauled away all the considerable debris. It was a pleasure to meet them and we would recommend this company to our friends, or use them again ourselves.

Salesman was very professional. Work was scheduled and was begun almost immediately. They also repaired the exterior part of our chimney which had also been damaged. The entire roof was done in two days (with an additional day for the chimney). They cleaned up very well, leaving nothing for us to do.

Excellent. Made contact and within a few days was contacted and an appointment was set up. Estimate was the lowest we received but the ratings on Angie's List was the deciding factor. I was kept updated as the order progressed and all promised dates were met or beaten. The crew was very professional and took time to explain what was going on as they installed the window. Also they took no shortcuts and took time to do the job right. Overall, they keep you informed, meet or beat estimates, and do quality work.

We worked with Chris G from Exterior Home Improvement when replacing our old wood door. Chris met with us and showed us all our options. After deciding, Chris had the measurements double checked and the door was ordered. When the door arrived Chris scheduled an install date and time. The installation team was very nice, professional and got the job done quickly and with top notch quality. The installation team cleaned up after the job was completed and the new door looks amazing!

When we decided to add shutters to our home we called Chris G from Exterior Home Improvement (EHI). Chris came out and showed us various shutter options. He took some measurements and ordered the shutters. When the shutters arrived Chris called and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Everything went smooth and the new shutters look great.

Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) installed new windows in our home. Chris G was our sale rep and he was always available to answer questions and meet with us when we had the time. The windows were easy to pick out as we kind of already new what we wanted, but Chris made sure the measurement were taken and every last detail of the order was correct. The installation crew was fabulous! All the mess that was made was picked up and each room placed back to the way they found it! It was a pleasure working with Chris and EHI.

Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) installed new CedarMAX Thermal Siding on our home. Chris G was our sale rep and walked us through every aspect of this project. Chris was always available to answer questions and meet with us when our schedules would allow time. Chris over saw the entire project and keep us informed. The installation crew was GREAT! They even stopped the job because they noticed the material they were using not up to their standards. The crew called Chris and let him know what the issue was. Chris then contacted the regional sales rep who came out and reviewed the material. It was determined that there indeed was a quality issue with the product and new material was ordered. The way EHI and the manufacture handled this issue was amazing. At the end of the project a cleaning crew came out and cleaned our property. The cleaning crew did not clean to our expectations. However, all we had to do is call Chris and he was on it. A crew came back out and finished the clean up. It was a pleasure working with this company!

The work was completed quickly and the roofers even came back to replace some damaged drip edge without being asked. EHI is a Master Elite Contractor and therefore can offer the Smart Choice System Plus Warranty. This covers material and labor should something go wrong. I was impressed with their work and would use them again.

Very good. Salesperson Matt McQuiston was extremely helpful. The project started over a year ago, was put on hold for nine months, then we proceeded. He was with us from the start; very attentive, punctual and responsible. The crews were very professional. The grounds were clean and there was very little damage to foundation plantings.

He was prompt and here within a couple of days, extremely professional, his estimate was a little too high compared to the company I chose.

The experience went really well. They showed up when they were supposed to and didn't have any problems installing. The work is still lasting. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

This experience overall was great. There was a little confusion with the original bid. They had seen additional rotting spots after the work was under way and apologized that the price would increase, but they worked well with us to fix it. The work was good and the finished product is still lasting.

The experience was great! They showed up when they were supposed to and at one point worked directly with our insurance agent. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

I thought Matt did a nice job discussing my replacement options. He said I could wait on my garage windows since that area wasn't a heated area. This saved me money which I appreciated. He also didn't insist on replacing an octagonal window in my bathroom, which also saved me money. When it came time for the installation, Mark and Jake showed up early and did a fantastic job. They made a great team and completed all windows in two days.

They did a super job. We sent them an email and he called back to set up an appointment. He showed up in the afternoon. He was a good listener. He came back a second time to discuss with my husband what we discussed. The communication was fine. I knew what he was going to be doing and when. There were three crew members who were here, two full days to get it finished. I never felt invaded, it was just very nice. They cleaned up when they were finished and we payed the bill.

I contracted with them on 4/21/08 to remove and replace an exterior door and old storm door, the work was not completed until 6/26/08, I knew the work would not be completed quickly, but it did take them a little longer than expected. However, I am very satisfied with my new door. I had a concern after they left - after the installation. I thought the inside door might be cracked, they were very responsive to my concerns, actually the door was scratched, I did not ask them to replace the door, it was not needed. Around a week later I noticed that the (outside) siding framing was not meeting as it should above the door. I called them and they came out right away and fixed it. The man who fixed it said that it was a mistake made by the siding people, from what he told me and what I saw I believe he was right, he did fix it anyway and they did not charge me. The only issue - which is one I can deal with - is that they work door jobs around other bigger jobs. It is worth the wait in my opinion to get a door installed correctly. I plan to put a new door on the front of the house next year and will be calling them to do that job too.
