The representative was punctual and professional. He also offered various options for the patio door replacement. The estimate was much higher than other estimates for the same product and warranty.

I have been working with this roof for over a year. This is the third time I have had a roof put on. This time I had a inspector come out first. He came out before the roof was done to tell me what was wrong with it and he came out after the work was done. I had a leak over the back stairs which they finally came back and fixed. A major problem is the subcontract out to other companies. The company they brought in had a lot of Spanish speaking people and only one person could speak English. All of the houses in this addition have lightening rods except for mine. When it stormed I tried to get them down from the garage. I used all the Spanish I knew. Then one of the workers brought his child to work. I have a pool. I had my insurance guy over and it was finally rectified. There were several things, mainly I could not get the leak fixed after they put it on and I am still dealing with the leak above the windows they put in. The president came over and tried to make amends. I called them to come back and fix the problems I was having only to find out he was not there anymore. The experience was just like a disjointed necklace; you just could not get it all to work. It was just horrendous. After the roof was put on a leak burst through in my bedroom like Niagra Falls. They came back and fixed that. Then I contracted with them on my Bay window. They kept jacking me around on this window. Someone else came out to take a look and they said there was nothing they could do about the ceiling because it had a duct in it. Which was stupid because the duct was in the floor and this protruded outside and had roofing on it. I told him to get it out of my house.

It was great. Kevin and Ruben did an exceptionally good job. I'd definitely hire them again. It took them about 2.5 days. They cleaned up well after themselves each day. I was kept informed as to progress.

They worked with me on price. I had allowed a certain amount that I didn't want to go over, and they worked with me to reach that amount. I also did not want a sliding patio door. I wanted a French door, and they worked me with me so I could get the French door at the price I had allowed myself. They were extremely good at that.

Good job, good people. Recommended by Angie's List. They did a good job putting siding on our house so we called them back to do the roof. People were easy to talk to and deal with. They got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Steven was very good about staying in touch with me and offering appropriate services. I was very pleased with the expertise, professionalism, assistance and responsiveness was handled. There was an issue with the door handle that needed an adjustment and he was quick to find a resolution without hesitation and was very supportive with that and all of my questions and needs. He's a good business man and a good service man.

After discovering that our recently purchased home had roof damage we decided to replace the entire shake roof with 50 year shingles. We received a detailed contract that explained everything so that we knew exactly what to expect. The job was large and it understandably took a couple of weeks to complete, so we were happy to be working with Exterior. Mark managed the entire job very well - he was professional and courteous and he made sure that everything ran smoothly. We are pleased with the results and recommend Exterior for roofing.

The replacement of our windows went very smoothly and without much disruption to our household. The final product looked great and Mark was very helpful throughout the entire process. We are pleased at how much the new windows have transformed the look of our home.

We discovered extensive water damage to our home's wood siding and replaced it in some areas with cement fiberboard and in another area with faux brick. Damage was also found under the siding so Mark made sure that all areas were properly repaired. Mark was great to work with and we appreciated his professionalism and oversight of the job. We are very pleased with the final result.

Overall it was a great experience. Steve, the owner, negotiated a solid price with me. They were a little bit more expensive then my other bids but was the only company to offer an entire roof system (GAF) and was definitely worth the extra bucks. I am overly joyed at the results. The production manager called my attention to many problem areas that were greeted by the original roofers and how they were going to rectify them. They were in constant contact with me letting me know what was going on during the whole process. After they were done, I noticed the pipe to my water heater was pushed down. I called the production manager, Matt Hopper, and he came out the next day and reset the pipe boot and sealed it in. This company was professional all around. I could not have asked for a better company to do my roof.

The workers were pleasant and the job got done to the best of their ability. The roof project was finished in one day and so far has been in good order. We were told that the siding and windows could be installed during the winter months for a discount but that turned out to drag the project on due to weather. We have had to have a few repairs because of the temperature when they were installed. As a consumer it made us concerned about the use of the product at that time of the year. It was unfortunate but they did come and correct the problems that we noticed. They were always pleasant and have followed through with everything. I would recommend this company but would recommend the company to only do certain jobs in the warmer months.

There was some delays do to personal changes. It ended up costing more than expected. In the end we are happy with our sunroom and deck.

I am very pleased with the overall results from the work done. EHI price was the lowest among all the estimates we received. Steve Smalley, the president, was extremely thorough and professional. We had never had windows replaced and Steve was excellent about explaining everything in great detail and giving us suggestions. The quality of work is wonderful and the men who completed the job were very professional as well. They were able to save all the trim around the inside of our windows - there was hardly a scratch!

It went very well. The owner got involved and was very nice, and if there were any problems they came right back out and fixed them. Just made sure there were no problems.

Excellent experience, overall. EHI Vice President and our sales person, Matt, recommended fiberglass windows so the interior could be stained to match our existing dark woodwork rather than having stark white vinyl next to the woodwork--an issue none of the vinyl salesmen even considered. We got the higher quality fiberglass for less than the cheaper quality vinyl quoted by other companies. Matt was thorough in assessing our needs and presenting options that would result in the best possible finished look, but never used high pressure tactics. The quality of the windows is excellent. The installer, Kevin, worked carefully and did an excellent job. He arrived on time or earlier, was polite, considerate of our property, and cleaned up completely. The sliding glass door and one window were not standard installations, and both Matt and Kevin worked with us to come up with creative solutions that worked well. There were several windows and doors that required additional work to correct rotted wood or missing trim, and Kevin did this work at no additional cost. We would definitely recommend this company, and will consider them in the future when it's time for a new roof. The only slight glitch was that Matt underestimated how many days it would take to complete the project, and it ran into a time period when we were preparing to go out of town. However, Kevin graciously agreed to work both Saturday and Sunday so the job could be completed before we left town.

The project manager and the installer did everything possible to make this installation as easy on us as possible. We are extremely pleased, not only with the beauty of the door, but also with Exterior Home Improvement that did an excellent of helping us pick out the door and keep within our budget. They put the hardy plank on the exterior walls of our home. It was an extremely complicated job and they did great. I have used them multiple times since and I would highly recommend them.

It was an excellent experience. They were outstanding. Everybody took ownership of the job. It was a really hard job, the house is old and has plaster and stucco walls, and it still had the original windows. They were able to cut out the windows with very minimal damage to the plaster inside and the stucco outside. It was amazing. They were timely each day and completed the work. They never left big gaping holes, they wouldn't start anything they couldn't finish that day.
