Only one hiccup. The windows have blinds between the glass the problem was the adjustment for the blinds was on top of the window glass and my wife is to short to reach the adjustment. Mr. Smally contacted Sunrise Windows and they sent a representative to see what could be done. Sunrise Windows said they had another glass that would have the adjustment on a rod that could be reached for adjustment and ordered new glass for all the windows at no cost to us. The windows look great and with the new adjustment rod can be operated by my wife. We now are looking at residing the house and Exterior Home Improvement is working with us on this project.

This company replaced all our windows two years ago. We had to call them for service on a minor issue. The saleperson, Matt McQuiston, attended to the service issue promptly. While he was there I asked him to give me a quote on replacing my two exterior doors. We made an appointment and Matt showed up promptly with catalogs and samples. We made our choice of styles and Matt priced the job at what I considered to be a very competetive price. He gave us a completion date about 6 weeks out and the work was completed on the 5th week. The installer, Dave, had been the crew chief on our window installation, so we were familiar with him. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. His workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for additional work.

They gave me a good price for quality roofing, believe me I checked all over! They came to do it when they said they would. They did the entire project in 2 days. They did trample the flowers around the base of the house when removing the old roof. Other than that the job was good. I had some one inspect the job after they left and he said they did a good job.

Very well. The gentleman was very nice and showed me the problems with the existing door. As with the rest of my house, it was poorly installed. The fix was quick and the quality was excellent. We're very happy with the job he did. He also cleaned up the area inside and out.

They did a great job! The house was built in 1975 and nothing had been changed from then. There was a large amount of energy lost in the house prior to the replacements. Already we have noticed that the house is much warmer and more comfortable. Several of the windows and doors had to have extra work done because of water damage. Their crew did a great job of taking care of the damage. Matt and the crew were a great group to work with.

They gave us an estimate that was a little higher than some of the others we had, but as I said above, we were both impressed with everything about the company and Matt. We also had them install some Cedar between some windows that had previously only had aluminum between them (they were also damaged by the storm). Matt came out every day and he and his crew were great, they cleaned up every day before they left and worked to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend you strongly consider using Exterior Home Improvement for your siding needs.

They did very good work. They were prompt and the windows are a perfect fit. They were just good. Their price was competitive. They were here when they were supposed to be.

Roof looks great. We had severe winds just a few days after the job was completed so I was worried but everything looks like it held. The job was completed promptly and on schedule. Crew cleaned up when they were done. Price was as quoted. Everyone I had occasion to speak with was professional and courteous. Would definitely hire them again. Wish all of my neighbors who had storm damage had hired them, too. The neighborhood would look a lot better now if they had.

We love the products that we got and they were great. They were pretty responsive to our phone calls. We didn't have any problems with the blinds not fitting into the windows and they fixed everything. Their price is pretty competitive and average.

They replaced a giant window in our great room by removing the old one. They were responsive, on time and were very clean. They were very easy to work with. I don't have anything bad to say about them. We had about 20 companies for installing windows, but we chose Exterior Home Improvement to get the work done. So, they were good too. The price that they charged was expensive and they took forever to get the window in which is related to their responsiveness as well as their punctuality. I would use their services in the future too.

He tries very hard to please his customers and he does a lot of research for you. He is willing to compromise and work with you. The quality of his work is excellent.

Matt McQuiston and the staff of Exterior Home Improvement provided phenomenal service and did excellent work, giving us the best home improvement experience we have ever had. Matt listened to us, then explained our options and answered our questions such that we could make an informed decision. He displayed remarkable patience, revising the proposal several times as we deliberated, and again when we expanded the scope of the project from just the front to the whole house. This was no easy task with the variety of materials available, but after getting estimates from EHI and 2 other companies, we felt comfortable with our choice. Now, several months after the installation, we couldn't be happier with our new windows. They open easily, insulate well, and look great. We have 5 sets of casement windows and 7 double-hung. The double-hung windows did not require complete tear-out, but the casements did. If Matt had not inspired our trust, we would not have chosen Exterior Home Improvement for a job so risky and invasive. We were not disappointed and have not had a moment's regret. Exterior Home Improvement was the only company we found that installs Marvin Infinity Windows. The Marvin windows are an excellent product. The windows are maintenance free, will never need painting, and have an excellent warranty. Matt was responsive throughout the proposal and installation process. Everything went so smoothly that we rarely needed to contact him, but we felt very secure knowing he was readily available. He even returned a call on a weekend. He also arranged an attractive deal for financing, once more going above and beyond our expectations. The installers were thoroughly competent and respectful. They took great care in minimizing and containing any interior messes, utilizing drop cloths and vacuuming frequently. Exterior cleanup was likewise impeccable. Matt recommended painters who are particularly skilled at applying stain to the interior fiberglass, and they were excellent. (See separate review for McAtee?s Painting Company.) Not only did Matt work with our schedule to arrange installation, but he also coordinated with McAtee to paint as soon as the window installation was done.

Overall it went very well. The only complaint is that they did not admit to scratching and slightly denting an outside aluminum siding panel during installation. Not a big deal, just annoying that they would have charged me an additional $100 to repair/replace it.

They only replace broken glass. They were unable to help me with my request. However, if I ever had to have glass replaced, I would consider using them.

They were one of the only companies who could and would do both the windows and the related carpentry work. They were very reasonably priced although a big part of that was because we had it done in the middle of the winter. They were supposed to start sooner than they were actually able to - it didn?t really matter to us but we were anxious about when the work would start. I would probably use them in the future.

Fantastic. They were here on time, cleaned up everything when they were done, absolutely no damage to any part of our house, made some recommendations on things not to do with the windows, finished in a quick amount of time. Two guys came out for the job and they were very professional. I was thrilled and will do work with this company again.

It looks excellent; we have gotten a lot of compliments on it. I got three quotes, and I liked the guy from this company the best. The price was also good. We set up a time, and everything went very well. The job took longer because it was in the winter, which lowered the price a bit.

Overall they did pretty well. The windows look well. It hasn't gone through winter yet. They were fairly professional when installing. They do not operate with a sense of urgency. They take there time. All things considered I think that is all right. Their price seemed to be a bit higher than others. The windows are built in Iowa. When giving the bid they told me the price was only good for a month and that the prices could go up after that. All that said, I went with them anyway. It took them three days to complete. They got there around eight and worked till three

I am very picky about the people I work with, but, they were very good and I was really very happy with their work. They were right on the money with everybody else in terms of price. I most certainly would use them again. They said they would send out their A team and they did. We had a few glitches, so, we called them up and they responded right away.

They were great. They came right out and gave us the estimate. They also met with our insurance agent. When they did the job, they were fabulous. They were well-equipped and they also cleaned up really well. They were very respectful and professional.

Our project manager, Steve Cunningham, was very good to work with. He first met with us to take a look at our damage, and discuss our plans for replacement materials. (We wanted some additional work done to the house while repairing the damage). He then worked up a contract with actual prices. We then met to discuss the contract in detail including costs, colors, styles etc. Steve was very good about keeping us informed about the status of our project and made sure we were happy with things as the work moved along. He was quick to resolve any issues and went above and beyond several times. The work crews were courteous and did very good quality work. I would not hesitate to call on Steve and EHI again for home improvement work.

This was the biggest job I have ever had done to any of my homes and was by far the best experience I have had. The salesman (Steve Cunningham) went out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the job. Steve came out to the jobsite daily to make sure things were moving well and I was pleased with the work and progress. He was always available by phone and even met me during lunch hour at work because that was the most convenient time for me to meet him. The workers were top notch. Professional, highly skilled, friendly, and always willing to make last minute changes if I found something I didn't like. Each day they cleaned up the site so things never got messy. Steve delivered on all of his promises and more. I would not hesitate to use him again for other work.
