Description of Work: We used them in 2012. We used them for roofing after hail storm. They did a good job for us.

Description of Work: Called for estimate to repair leak around chimney. All he wanted to do was sell me a new roof which I told him up front I was not going to do at this time. Would not repair the roof. Had to listen to slide show about total roof repair for about an hour before telling me that they would not do a repair. Waste of my time.

Description of Work: New roof, gutters,siding, painting, porch awning, lights, window screens. Hail storm on May 1st and Elbert contractor stopped by day or so after. I gave them 1st check about June and job wasn't completed until December. Felt like I had a new husband; had to continuously call aka nag them to get work done. I went through several "point of contact" contractors due to turnover. Roof & gutters look good. Paint job on the new siding and porch is horrible. Its already chipping and peeling from the porch. I will have to repaint this year. Don't sneeze on the siding because the paint will come off. They used Porter paint but obviously didn't use primer on the aluminium siding. They tried to get out of putting up the awning because of the difficulty. I haven't heard from anyone to see if I was happy with their work. Guess they don't care.

Description of Work: I signed all the paperwork with Elbert construction then waited for them to start. At this time I'm still waiting. They never returned and I never got a response to my emails.

Description of Work: There work was great. They did not communicate well. Didn't return calls in a timely manner. It all worked out in the end but I feel they really need to work on communication skills as that is a big part of running a business. Work was excellent no problems with that end of it.

Description of Work: They put in new windows and did a complete tear out for 18 windows total.

Description of Work: Replaced 4 large windows with double hung windows.

Description of Work: They repainted the exterior of my home (cedar sided)and inside of screened-in porch, fixed multiple soffet areas that had rotted out and reinstalled flashing around 2 fire places and multiple other locations that had not been installed correctly when the home was built. I was very pleased with the overall result of the work and found them to be very professional, responsive and courteous throughout the entire project. Work was completed in time and in budget.

Description of Work: Elbert Construction put a new roof and rain drains on my home in September. The job was done with the most professional treatment that anyone could expect. They were on time and completed the job in a very timely order. They cleaned up the mess just as efficiently and I would most definitely use them if I were you instead of those other people who farm the subdivisions and they don't even exist in Indiana.

Description of Work: He put his boots on, went waiding through my flooded yard. He replied quickly to my original call, he showed up to my house quickly. He was very honest and a superb person, I wish his service would have covered the service I needed. His honesty was very polite and told me that he wish he could have done the job but it wasn't a service that they did. He gave me guidance on what type of company to look into to have the service done.

Description of Work: Took care of some misc items that the buyers of our home wanted done.

Description of Work: Installed new windows on the front of my house. The windows were customed made by a company in Iowa. Installers were proficient, courteous and knew how to handle specially designed windows. They installed all the windows in the rear of my house two years earlier. The windows are resin based and need no exterior painting.

Description of Work: Removed old and installed new siding on two sides of the house and painted the entire house.

Description of Work: Spent an hour or so looking over areas of concern and making notes. Provider then NEVER provided written estimate. After an email and phone conversation, an estimate was promised within the week but, again, no further contact was made. Just left it alone after that and went with another company.

Description of Work: I asked for an inspection and estimate of hail damage on our roof. They came out quickly and told me that they saw no damage. After our neighbors told me that they were told by their insurance adjuster that they had damage all over their roof I contacted my insurance company to inspect my roof. I was told the entire roof had damage as well as some of the downspouts!

Description of Work: The re-did our roof. The service turned out well.
