Description of Work: Let me preface this by saying, my husband and I are NOT what you would call "handy" people when it comes to anything house related. We do not have "green thumbs" or a knack for fixing anything whatsoever apart from computers. We had Ductz come out to run a camera through one of our vents to make sure we didn't have decomposing leaves rotting away in there. They did a very thorough job and went so far as to check the furnace. There in lies the root of our problem. After the technicians left, I assumed the furnace would kick back on when I turned on the heat. I generally like to keep the house cool but before bed, I clicked it on and went straight to sleep. At about 2:30am I woke up freezing. Long story short, with one call to the after hours Ductz answering service the owner himself came out to our home and fixed the problem in literally 2 minutes. He was courteous and efficient considering the hour. Overall, despite the inconvenience of waking up freezing, their service and response time was excellent. We will be switching over from sears.
