Description of Work: Ductz of Noblesville owner, Carlton Mills, came to our home and spent about one hour. He provided very clear information about the process of cleaning our ducts and what separates his company from his competitors. After reading the reviews of the company on Angies' List, my wife and I decided to use his services. His team promptly came on Monday morning as scheduled. Aaron and Cameron were complete professionals and worked in our home. They were quiet and their presence did not interfere with the regular ongoing activities of our home. After they completed the job, they cleaned up the areas as promised. It was a real pleasure having them here. The men were polite and skilled. I definitely would use their services again.

 + 0 moreDuctz arrived on time, and set up their equipment in about 20 minutes. They took steps block off all the return vents, and the entire process took about 2 hours. We had asked them to clean our bathroom fans and dryer vent, and they took care of those as well. About two days later, then sent us pictures of the inside of our vents so we could see what was circulating in our house, and they followed up to see how their crew did.
Description of Work: We recently used Ductz of Noblesville to clean our air ducts, dryer vents and bathroom fans. We are getting ready to have our first child, and I was concerned about the air quality of our home. This was our second time using Ductz, and we were again very pleased with their service. The crew was friendly and professional; they took steps to minimize any dust or debris while they were working, and they started and finished on time. One feature that I really like about Ductz is that they give you pictures of your air ducts and furnace so you can see what is circulating through your home. I would recommend Ductz to anyone.

 + -1 moreI was able to get a quick appointment but due to an emergency situation on their end, they had to cancel that appointment. I was called and told of the situation promptly, they rescheduled for the next day and they worked around my schedule. From the people I spoke with on the phone to the two gentlemen that showed up at my door, everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be using them again.

 + -1 moreWe only had our ducts cleaned because we thought we should. As far as we know, it's fine. They showed me pictures of the clean air ducts, but that could've been a picture of someone else's ducts. During the work, I could hear them working. I have allergies, and while they were working, I wasn't uncomfortable. I can't recall any real negatives about the experience.

 + -1 moreThey called earlier than expected and asked if they could come earlier than expected. I said yes. They arrived and where efficient in the work they done. They informed me of where the clog occurred and what signs to look for to know when the vent was clogged.

 + 0 moreExceptional service. I was skeptical of the need for such a service, but have been breathing much easier and allergies are much better. I suspect this was the result of the cleaning of a large amount of pet hair (we and the previous owners had pets in a 14 year old house). As an added bonus, the house doesn't need to be dusted nearly as much. Would highly recommend them.

 + 0 moreWent well. I haven't had my air ducts or dryer vent cleaned for over 3 years. Called for estimate. Gave in person quote. Booked the job and no hidden fees. Nice owner, Carlton. Great GM, Ian. And the crew was efficient and nice. Referring to my parents and possibly a couple other people I know need their services.
Description of Work: Called Ducts of Noblesville and the owner Carlton answered. I let him know that I had an appointment with Alpine but they had me booked out until Dec. I did not want to wait that long and he described his process of cleaning the air duct system to me. Their process seemed more efficient and timely than what i was explained by Alpine. Alpine also quoted me over the phone. Nothing against Alpine as they are also a good company with good reviews. While I asked Carlton for a quote he instead had his GM Ian come out and do an in person quote so they could see the job. This makes a difference as any quote done over the phone can lead to extra costs once on the job. That is the best part about these guys. No hidden costs because they do an in person quote. They were able to fit me in sooner and just finished the job this morning. Crew was two nice guys that informed me on what they were going to do. I am having my mother who is also an Angie's List member call Carlton for dryer vent cleaning.

 + 0 moreWhen I called to find out about the duct cleaning, I spoke to Carlton and he gave me some basic information and set up an appointment for an estimate. When we decided to go ahead and do it, we were able to schedule a day for the next week. Jerry and Aaron were very friendly and hard working. They answered all of our questions. It was not as disruptive as I thought it would be and we will certainly call them again.

We agreed to clean the returns and not the supply and to adjust the price. Arrived right on time. Knew exactly what they were doing and had proper equipment. No mess.
Description of Work: Home air duct cleaning. One and a half story house built in 1934. Three hour job.
