The process was very smooth from my end of it. I contacted the company via email, received prompt replies, and they led me through the process every step of the way. Since I hadn't purchased a home in 18 years, I was a little rusty, but the owner was with there to answer all my questions at every step. He was proactive in getting the home inspected and let me know what types of tests to ask my lender about (because requirements are different if you're going with VA or FHA, etc.) After the inspection, the owner continued to provide my with answers about some issues we were trying to get fixed, he recommended several experts to call for various repairs (well water issues, electrical, termite inspection, etc.). He always responded courteously and quickly, and even went a step further by calling a vender to ask how hey would resolve an issue, without giving the vendor our name or contact info. I really appreciated that, because it saved me from getting unwanted sales calls.

David was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me my options and the validity of each, while providing suggestions about what give the most accurate readings. He offered his own personal experience with one of the products and it really helped me in my decision making process. Although I am not purchasing anything from DPB the advice and expertise was much appreciated. I would recommend him to anyone in the area that is looking for a honest and upfront approach to their concerns.

Never have I had such an experience regarding a home inspection. He was very professional and personable. He was patient and lead us thru every point imaginable even things we did not think of. My elderly mother-in-law was completely happy. He answered all our questions and never tried to dismiss a question or concern but answered everything satisfactorily. He not only pointed out defects but also the good points and explained why they were good. He also gave us a detailed report of his inspection (instead of the usual check list). I would not hesitate to recommend and will definitely use him again if the needs arises.

HE WAS AWESOME! HE GAVE US AN EXTREMELY THOROUGH REPORT ON THE HOME THAT WE ARE PURCHASING. IT WAS AN IN-DEPTH, DETAILED REPORT WITH DESCRIPTIONS AND PICTURES. WE WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
