Description of Work: I CONTACTED MR. JOHNSON AND SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE AT 6:30 P.M., HE NEVER SHOWED. NO CALL TO RESCHEDULE OR ANYTHING. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

+ -1 moreHE WAS ABLE TO INSTALL THE SPOUT AND HE INFORMED ME IF I HAD TROUBLE TO CALL HIM. THE FIRST TIME IT RAINED IT WAS LEAKING SLIGHTLY, I CALLED, AND HE CAME OUT AND CORRECTED IT. IT IS WORKING FINE NOW.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED DOUG TO INSTALL A NEW DOWNSPOUT. THERE WAS A DRAIN FOR THE SPOUT TO BE INSTALLED PROPERLY AND HE INFORMED ME IT WAS CLOGGED WITH ROOTS AND OTHER MATERIALS.
