It took two trys to get the downspouts correct so that they could handle the amount of water flowing through them. Did a great job on the screen door.

What he asked for was far less than what he should have received and I had to tell him to be fair on the price. He did a lot of work. We used him many years ago for several things that had to be repaired around the house and he did an excellent job. I remembered him as outstanding and I tracked him down for additional work. He again did an outstanding job. There was some delay and he didn't respond several times but his wife was in the hospital for a serious illness. I thought enough of him to hold back and wait for him. It balanced out and I have been very pleased with him. His price was appropriate. He understood the problems and he was outstanding. I would use him again.

He responded very promptly to my request for service. His price was extremely competitive. He took the time to even send me a thank you note thanking me for using him and his business.

Our previous favorable impression was reinforced. He was professional, hard working, and the results were excellent.

Don came in and looked at the work needed, offered to do all or part of the work, and gave me some advice on how to get some things completed. I had the materials ready so he started that day, and then came back the next day and finished up. He does good quality work, much better than I could do, so it was worth it.

It went very well, he did what needed to be done and nothing more, which was greatly appreciated. He was very courteous and sociable.

Took several attempts for him to come out and estimate. Original estimate was $600 - $700. Halfway through the job re-estimated $800 - $900. Asked to let me know if it was to exceed $900. Final Bill was $985. I got the idea he was charging more because of the neighborhood. Repairs seem fine.

When getting the estimate, he didn't show up when he said he would. However he started and ended the job on time. His work was very well done and did a great job cleaning up. He was very pleasant and easy to work with.His estimate was right on target.

I HAD TO LEAVE MESSAGE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS OVER A PERIOD OF 4 DAYS, I'M RESPONDING TO A HOME INSPECTION SO THERE IS A TIME DEADLINE. THEY FINALLY RETURNS CALL TO LET ME KNOW HE'S TOO BUSY TO PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE. I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.

HE IS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. HE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. HE EVEN CALLS BACK AFTER HIS WORK TO MAKE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED. HE HAS ALSO COME OUT ON SHORT NOTICE AND BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE.

WE HAVE NEVER HAD OUR GUTTERS CLEANED LIKE THIS BEFORE, TOOK DEBRIS AWAY, AND IT WAS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE HIM DO IT!!

DON WAS VERY PROMPT AND CAME OUT WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THERE WERE NO DEBRIS OR OTHER PROBLEMS AFTER HE LEFT. HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK AND I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.
