Very well. Mr. Small gave the bid promptly and could schedule us quickly and he was the same person doing the work! We liked that. When he arrived he came promptly. We liked how he took great care of his equipment and had a methodical process. The family enjoyed watching his skill. He was careful and cleaned up the area well. He has a lot of experience and is a simple family operation. We gave him a tip, too. We would hire him again.

great service. Dickie is a sharp guy when it comes to trees. he was prompt in his communications and came when he said he would come. price was very fair, I felt. I would hire him again and recommend him without hesitation.

When he bid the job he said it would be 2-3 weeks before he could get to my job. He called and set up the appointment during the third weekly. He arrived on time and completed all the work that day. I will hire him again.

Dickie Small is our go to guy. I live in the city with about 80 trees on our property. He has dropped a Cottonwood right next to our house with expertise. Two years ago, we had a huge ash tree struck by lightening. Rather than chop it down, he suggested we try a few things to see how it does. He cabled the tree, trimmed the dead and cleaned it up. It's leafing out nicely this year, when all others told us it would be dead in 6 months - 2 years ago. He has tremendous work ethic, shows up on time, and is highly reliable. You don't always need to pay for the guys with the big trucks to get excellent service. Sometimes it takes a few days for him to return your phone call, but I don't really mind. I have another dying cottonwood to remove this summer, and I am getting ready to call Dickie again!

I wasn't home for this tree take down :( We have had Dickie come in the past, and he is always punctual and does a good job.

It went well. There was a break between the beginning and ending date because of weather circumstances.

They are fine. They are very good.

Dickie did an excellent job removing massive growths of English Ivy from 10 trees. Some of the vines were bigger than my wrist. My trees were being damaged by the ivy and now they are clean! He came when he said he would, quoted me a good price (I had another higher est.), and did a good job. I can't ask for more and I will call him again when I need more work done.

Dickie Small arrived punctually to give me an estimate to remove 2 trees from the backyard and cut the lower branches on 3 pine trees.Compared to previous estimates, his price was very reasonable. Additionally, when I mentioned another tree that needed trimmed, he included the work on that in his estimate without increasing the price. The work was done over 2 days and he forgot to trim this fourth tree. When I reminded him of this, he actually came down the same day and completed the work although it was dusk .he hauled away ll the debris, leaving the yard clean. His attitude was positive and professional throughout.

DICKIE CAME OUT THE DAY AFTER I PHONED HIM AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I AGREED WITH HIS PRICE AND HE SCHEDULED OUR PROJECT FOR A WEEK FROM THAT DAY DUE TO RAINY WEATHER. HE WAS RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE BUT STILL MADE IT TO OUR HOME THE DAY HE PROMISED. HE CUT DOWN THE MAJORITY OF THE TREE ONE EVENING AND CAME BACK FIRST THING THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED THE JOB. HE WAS EFFICIENT AND VERY SAFE AT HIS JOB AND LEFT THE YARD RAKED AND IN GOOD ORDER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DICKIE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TREE REMOVED. HIS PRICES ARE VERY GOOD. I PRICED TREE REMOVAL WITH 5 OTHER COMPANIES AND DICKIE WAS MUCH MORE REASONABLE AND COULD COMPLETE THE JOB IN A TIMELY FASHION.
