The service worked out fine. They came out in a couple of days after I purchased the big deal. I will use them in the future.

I was collecting quotes on an irrigation system for a large company I maintained the grounds for. I joined Angie's list to find the top 5 rated irrigation companies, and Custom Touch happened to be one of them. They were very quick to respond and come out. Mike was who I dealt with, and he was Awesome, very knowledgable & extremely easy to talk to. Out of all 5 Companies he was definitely my favorite before any quotes were received - hands down. Once the quotes came in, Custom Touch was by far the best priced even with all the bells and whistles (rain bird units, rain sensors to conserve water, etc.) In the end we didn't purchase any irrigation system because of all the money spent on a landscape revamp earlier in the season. However, I am hoping we can get them out this year to install everything.

Everything went great and the Custom Touch crew were very professional, timely and helpful. They also divided the cost over the the start through the completion of the project, so I didn't need to pay all up front to get the project going. They still perform fall shutdowns and spring start-ups to this day. If any maintenance is required, they'll take care of that too! Since then, I've had neighbors use them as well. I plan to stick with them as long as I have a yard that I want to look green and healthy.

They are very professional and they do what they say they are going to do. If you are not pleased, the follow up correctly to make it right. They are very customer service oriented and the technicians have been very warm, friendly, and personable. However, I did receive one technician that was not very friendly and thorough. I called to let the company know my feelings and they followed up with me later to let me know that technician was no longer with the company. I really appreciate their business and I felt their prices are reasonable.

Dos: tell them exactly what you want, leave nothing out. Then ask them for suggestions as well as additional charges. Having clear expectations will make you much happier when the installation is complete. When the installers arrive the crew leader will seek you out. It is very important that you repeat your expectations. It is not that the crew did not communicate with the sales staff but they need to hear from you as well. I think it makes their job easier. Our mistake: we failed to realize and did not notice that the control line that came into the house was only buried about 3 inches deep at the house It also entered the planting bed at an angle. The guys protected it vertically with conduit but the cable was damaged when I worked on the planting bed. In retrospect I would have asked them to continue the conduit out into the yard. If the line had come away from the house perpendicularly perhaps I would have guessed where it was and been less aggressive. Expect to be treated well when you call or the techs arrive. They do what they say when they say

There was not any problem. Everything went fine. They came out in 2009 in the Spring. I would give them top marks across the board.

The experience was great. They are prompt. They do their job and they are reasonably priced.

They are very reliable and pleasant to deal with. I have no complaints albeit they are a bit pricey. Still using

It turned out very well. They took care of the repairs and everything was just done in a flash. To me, it was a big deal and to them, everything was just very matter of fact and they just took care of it without a lot of drama or fuss or anything and I liked that. They did the service within a week or two after I purchased the big deal. I paid a lot more because I had a big repair done. They had to replace a lot of parts and all that. I have no basis of comparison for their price but I am sure that they are competitive.

I used them because I had used them before and I really liked them.

Custom touch came out on time and took care of winterizing my lake draw sprinkler system. No problems at all.

Rich at Custom Irrigation handled my job. He was among the top five quality contractors out of dozens I dealt with as the general contractor of the construction of my house. Always very responsive when I had questions. Comunicated throughout the process. Even helped deal with landscaping issues caused by the landscape contractor that were not his problem. Would absolutely use them again.

The work and people were very professional. They installed and tested the system in one day. The only complaint I have is lack of communications. Did not update when job would be done after some delay because of weather.

Great! If we have problems with it (which I doubt because he indicated we had a workhorse of a softener that would probably last a very, very long time) I will definitely call them again.

In the end I decided to use a different company.

They’re fantastic. I have a yearly maintenance deal with them. They’re the best I’ve ever had. My interaction with them has been always great.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it worked out very well. I was very happy with them and I will use them again next year. They also answered a few questions that I had because I was interested in knowing more about them and how they handled different situations. The guys that came out did a very fine job.

Very good company to deal with, signed up for the start-up shut-down combo. Not sure about pricing, I forget, sorry. They were quick to respond in Spring for start-up later than I would prefer for shut-down but that is more due to the early cold snap. Mid-November usually wouldn't be a concern. We did have them come out during the summer for additional maintenance work, quick response, reasonable rates very professional. I like that they always let me know when they arrive and when they leave, don't usually see that with this types of service.

While they were very professional and prompt, I am not sure that they really did much to determine or evaluate the efficiency of my irrigation system. They did make a couple of recommendations and provided a price for some changes that I was considering, but I felt like the price quoted was too high for the work that I was looking to have done.

They have always been great to us and they are on the bottom end of pricing. If you have an issue, they can come out very quickly to address any concerns you have. Two technicians come out to do the work and it usually takes between 30 minutes to an hour to complete the work.

Service tech arrived at the appointed time and performed the work promptly. The price for the service was exactly as quoted. Tech made sure new sprinkler heads were functioning properly and adjusted for optimum coverage. I was pleased with this service, as I have been with all services received by Custom Touch this far.

They came out within a week after I purchased the "Big Deal" and they were really good. They were fabulous in everything it's just that they were a little expensive. I use their service in a regular basis. They're really good and they will get the job finished the next day.

Company was excellent in communicating with us and meeting at the house on time as scheduled (very much appreciated as I had to arrange this around my work schedule). After installation, there were several areas not being watered as we expected - some not enough, others soaked too much. They came out and reviewed with us, came back to make adjustments but missed a couple of things. Came back again without complaint or hesitation. I really appreciated their positive, customer-service attitude and uncomplaining commitment to make the job right.

Called to schedule appointment and set date. Called back to get an earlier date and they had no record of my earlier schedule appointment. Limited appointment availability. Would try other irrigation companies before this one.

Our then current irrigation specialist was not reliable enough to show up when he made appointments with us so we fired him and began looking for a new company. I saw the ratings for Custom Touch on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. They were very professional and did not promise anything they could not deliver. They came out and did not require us to be home. They performed the backflow test and also tested the system and repaired a leak they found next to our drive. They were a little more expensive than our previous vendor but they were much more reliable. I would recommend them. .
