They come out very promptly when we do have problems. We only wanted our front yard irrigated, not our backyard and they were very happy to do just that. They're very easy to work with.

He started to come out that night and I told him to just come out the next morning, it wasn't that big of an emergency. They're good people. They do our back flow test every spring on our irrigation system.

Everything was done well and quickley.

I thought they were costly for the service that they provided.

I had good communication with Mark from Custom Touch. The install crew showed up exactly on time and showed me everything they were going to do. I was impressed with the yard repair they did the day of the installation. You can hardly tell that I had the system installed. All grass was laid back down after the digging and trenching was completed. The install crew unfortunately did cut my AT&T cable line and the Custom Touch guys called to get it repaired and offered to pay any of the costs involved. No complaints with that aspect of the installation. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking at installing a new system.

the person who had done the start up had not done a thorough job. i called them and they sent a very capable person to address the problem promptly and completely. one of the sprinkler heads was actually broken and they repaired it without charge. i have worked with them for 13 summers, since they put the system in. this is the first problem that I have had and i could not be more satisfied with their work and their response to the problem

I have used them for a few years now. They come out a few times a year. One technician will come out for the system check. The technician is nice and knowledgeable. He repaired a water leak I did not know I had. He also readjusts the heads to make sure they are sprinkling in the grass and not the street. Once you are on their list, they call you to tell you dates they will be in your neighborhood and you pick a date for them to come. They call ahead of time to let you know when they will be coming out. They always answer the phone when you call. I will definitely continue using them.

From Julie and Amanda in the front office, to Mark the designer, to Levi and crew who installed, to Kris who followed up post installation, everything went smooth. The office girls called several times both pre and post installation to see if there were any questions. Mark was very personable, knowledgeable, and accommodating not only with our schedule, but with our concerns with the design. Levi and his crew worked diligently at install, and tweaked the layout as needed, drawing from years of hands on experience. Kris followed up post installation to demonstrate the features of the control box, and to modify any heads and directionality spraying that we felt warranted. When everything was all said and done I liked that Mark e-mailed us an updated design for future reference. I feel overall the cost was in line with competitors, and the reviews on Angie?s List were on target. The only negative I have to share is I wish before signing the contract there would have been more disclosure about reoccurring costs, ie: seasonal opening and closing, plus the mandatory backflow testing; I don't feel the average layman is aware of these necessities.

Arrived on time and called ahead. He completed all work that was requested. He completed in 2 hours what would have taken me 2+ days.

From the start, this company was in contact with me offering advice and guiding me through the installation process. They helped me select the best system for my lawn and after installation, they were there every step of the way when I needed help and had follow up items. They are the best.

The service was fine, however I wouldn't use them again due to the price they offered was too high and I don't appreciate that.

We had a pool put in and in the process, about 2/3 of our irrigation system was torn up. Custom Touch was able to salvage part of it when they installed our new system. Rich Williams was so great to work with, and the whole process was as painless as possible. All of the office staff was very friendly and helpful, too. I would highly recommend them.

They come out twice a year. They have done a good job every since they installed the system. The maintenance includes: spring start up, back flow testing, fall winterization and frozen pipes guarantee.

I requested an estimate last summer but decided to not move forward. On 3/21, I contacted Rich Williams and set an appointment to discuss the system and installation process for 3/27. I signed the contract on 3/27. CTI had the utilities marked and Rich arrived on 4/9 to mark the plot and shortly thereafter, the installation began. They spent between 7 & 8 hours to complete the installation and to teach me to operate. There was minimal damage to the lawn and the system works great. The crew members were wonderful and answered any questions I had. They were so professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommend CTI to anyone wanting to install an irrigation system.

We have had a good experience with them. It went fine. They showed up on time.

We began using Custom Touch last year to service our existing irrigation system. I had used them prior at a commercial building that I managed and they were great to work with. They were here most of the day and completed all the work. They are very responsive to phone calls and it is easy to access a "human" on the line rather than always leaving a message. Their workers called on the way - let me know when they were leaving for lunch and then when they were completed. We have been very satisfied with their work and would recommend.

They are good at installing sprinkler systems. When they have an appointment, they show up.

I was not impressed with the knowledge of the service man who came out. I had had a good experience with Custom Touch at another property and was surprised about this.After a secod visit, he got the job done, however.

They are professional and did a pretty good job. The only complaint I have is that sometimes they move a head or take out a section and don't tell me until afterwards. It leaves brown grass behind. When I called they came back and alleviated the problem, but it's annoying to come home and find out that you have brown grass and didn't know it.
