Description of Work: While the rep. knew the industry and was very detailed regarding the product and service, the cost was on the high side. Therefore, employed service provider to install the irrigation system.

Description of Work: They installed irrigation system at my house in 2013, and updated it in 2014. I have continued to use them on a service contract. |They have always been prompt and courteous when I've needed service.

Description of Work: They installed a sprinkler system in part of our front yard. It took them a bit over 4 hours to complete. They pulled back the sod, dug and installed the lines and replaced the sod. You'd never know they had been there. Great job, nice people.

Description of Work: They repaired leaks we had in our sprinkling system twice. They were very professional and their customer service was outstanding along with their prices.

Description of Work: They performed my system start up and back flow testing. They showed up on time and walked the entire yard with me to make sure all zones were spraying as they should. They even agreed to replace a head at no cost since I had the head available. Great service so far.

Description of Work: Had an irrigation system installed including a rust treatment system in October 2013. Installers did not want to activate the rust treatment system until spring but as of late May 2014 the company has not responded to phone calls and an in-person office visit to get things operational. I cannot use the system until the entire system is working; dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. Company personnel, both technicians and those in the office, have exhibited no level of accountability. I'm unfortunately stuck with a $5000+ system that I can't use.

Therefore he did all that he could and another technician arrived the next day to complete the job. He was very professional and answered many questions.I would highly recommend this company.
