Their price was ridiculously high! They were good in all aspects just the price was unreal. It was more than $2,500 more than the other companies I had contacted. He was very nice when I told him I was not interested after hearing the price.

They do everything. You have to pay a fee to set everything up, but then they check in on you every time they are in your neighborhood. You just have to leave access to your system outside for them. They are really good. They send info about the system to the water company about the PVD system and do their own inspection, instead of having the city of Carmel to do it.

Great! I called on a Thursday and they were able to come out Friday to get the work done. The installer was very nice and did a good job explaining our new system.

They are excellent, very responsive, professional and I will continue to use them. They did not have to use any new parts, so this cost was for the labor.

Juan and Tony showed up on time and asked me many diagnostic questions about the system (Rain Bird). They did a lot of examining and testing of the sprinkler heads and the slow leak in the main pipe. They discovered that I had a major leak in a previously capped head underneath a patio that was installed last year. This could have caused a flood in my basement. Both Juan and Tony were very helpful, courteous, and professional. I required a new Rain Bird transmitter (?), but now my irrigation system works. Perhaps I can save my lawn. This will be my new company from now on.

They at no fault of there's disrupted the phones and cable. They went out of there way to make sure everything was fixed. Both were working fine by the end of the day. Everyone on there staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

There was a big surprised. They installed a valve box in the center of the yard. When I got home that night there was this thing about 18 by 12 inches in the middle of the yard. When I called them they said it was normal. I didn't expect it. My only problem was that they should have told me so I wasn't caught off guard. They also wanted to install way too many sprinklers.

They did what it takes to get the job done. Very professional and helpful and willing to go the extra mile.

Very good experience with Custom Touch Irrigation sales, crew and office personnel. They were prompt, did exactly what they said they would, and adjusted the plan when issues arose. Overall, I was very pleased with the job, the process, and the yard after they left!

Rodney and Miguel were excellent in their promptness and expeditious performance. They made adjustments on the fly to better address the yard's needs. Of note, we did have some similar work performed a year ago by another group and Custom Touch Irrigation has been quite a bit better to say the least.

They worked me into their schedule very quickly, they were very prompt. He gave me estimate when the job turned out to be different than we originally thought. I would use them again.

The service was pleasant, even explained everything they did and what to watch for, if our 6 station system ever would have problems. We liked this, because we are new home owners and needed to learn as much as possible.

Jerry Wible was a joy to work with from start to finish. He came to the house to explain the quote in person, and the work started when he said it would. The crew finished the job with minimal disturbance of the lawn. We were very pleased and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Treated me right. Came out and explained everything to me. In the end I went with the guys doing my landscaping and saved a few bucks. A little high on the price.

Custom Touch came out and measured our yard. They then set a second appointment to go over their quote and answer any questions that we had. We are very impressed by them and feel that they will provide great customer service. We are deciding between this company and two others.

We are very pleased with our new system. The experience was very positive from scheduling the appointment, to the quote, to the install.

Jerry Wible, the designer and Jim Mendenhall, the foreman, were great, as was the install crew. Jerry created a plan that was appropriate given the landscaping we had in our back yard and corrected some problems that were due to the old system. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and a great communicator. When Jim and the crew came out to begin the work, they immediately ran into some unforseen challenges, due to some damage that had been done to our existing main line from a fence install. They quickly repaired the problems and moved on with the install. Everything works great and the new design is perfectly suited for our landscape. They also took the time to explain the features of the new system, which I really appreciated.

Contacted company for estimate to install a complete lawn irrigation system. It was very difficult to set multiple appointments just to get an estimate, which was a very heavy sales pitch. Then the estimate was $1000-1200 more then any of the other companies we contacted. We ended up using another company and were extremely satisfied.

Custom Touch was absolutely wonderful. They have a rep come out to design everything. Jeri was very helpful and very nice!! Their expected date of install was much sooner than what they said, which was wonderful. They installed everything and gave a demonstration. The main control box is located outside so they can come and perform maintenance on the system without anyone having to be home. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. Their pricing is great. I had 2 other quotes and they were by far the best. Debbie and the other office staff are very helpful. They are the BEST.

Very good experience. Worked with Jerry from start to finish who was attentive to our needs and checked in several times after installation to see how things were doing. Took time up front to review our needs and explain the process to us, and worked on a tight schedule with our home builder to get the system in pre-sod. I would recommend the 6'' heads vs. the 4'', especially for a new lawn which will settle over time. A few extra well spent dollars. I chose Custom Touch, due to their great Angie's List rating and was not disappointed.

They are an A+. They have been here a few times to replace things that others have damaged. They are here instantly.

Technician (Richard), called to notify me, he was on his way 30 minutes before he arrived. Instead of just repairing the cracked pipe. The technician moved the valves and replaced the valve housing to prevent the pipe from breaking again. He moved one of the sprinkler heads, to a different position to provide better coverage for a landscaped area without water.
