A few months after the install, a valve/pipe that CTI installed in our crawl space burst in the middle of the night. I called a plumber to stop the flooding at that hour, but the CTI team was right on the problem from then on. The valve was replaced immediately and the damaged to the crawl space was of prime concern to CTI. They came back many times to make sure the space was dry and ready for repair. All insulation etc was replaced and the space left the way it was. It was nice to experience a firm's commitment to quality and to see it in action as they tried to make things right. Yes, they offered to reimburse the plumbing bill. CTI really does care about how they are perceived.

They always contact you at least a month before they come out to make sure it will be okay. They are very punctual, and will work with you with the schedule. Everything always goes wonderful.

Excellent. They were very professional, punctual, final price was estimate price except for a few modifications we made in the last minute, service has been excellent and equipment works great.

They have got me on a schedule for winterizing every year. They call & remind me so that I do not have to remember to call them out. The service they do has turned out great & they visually inspect all of the heads & let me know if there is a problem. They do the back flow testing & file the report to the city without me having to request it.

I like the way they notify me by mail of when they will come and then they call. They check the system and when there are issues, call to let me know so they can fix it. The system has been very reliable over the years. If we are not home when they come they still do the work so we do not have to set up an appointment. They take care of the paper work for the anti-siphon valve with the water company.

They mail out a reminder that they will be turning on and off the irrigation system.

Everything went well. The work has been completed to our satisfaction with no problems. We also had the company close our irrigation system at the same time they were moving sprinkler heads, although that cost isn't included in this report.

He was really fantastic. I went into his store, and he showed me a video. It was really nice to have that visual tool. Very professional proposal. It was organized and laid out very well.

Custom Touch always fixes the problems and/or does the installation to our satisfaction. It is a bit of a pain because the control pad for the system is in our basement, so we always have to be there when the work is done. We asked for an estimate to move the pad, and we may have this done as well. Their work is not cheap, but we had another cheaper company prior to this one and were very displeased with their work. You get what you pay for, I suppose.

Dana met with us to outline the system to be installed. He was very helpful and did a good job of explaining what they intended to do and why. They arrived on time, got done when they said they would. The crew was friendly and the supervisor was knowledgeable and professional. Considering all the digging involved, the lawn was left in great shape. It was a very good experience.

When the technician came to do our Spring start-up, it was raining pretty steadily and there was some wind. I asked him at that time if the sprinkler heads in the front yard were working correctly, as last fall, when the system was shut down, the pressure from those heads seemed to be reduced. He assured me that they were working just fine. Subsequently, when we ran the system, they were not. On a subsequent customer service call to address the problem, they dispatched the same technician out who had missed the initial problem. He missed this follow up appointment, calling at the end of the time window they had given me, explaining how they were short staffed and that he was not going to get to our house that day. So I then had to call the office to reschedule. He then told me that the problem was because of the new concrete that had been poured in the sidewalk in front of my house. I assured him that there was no concrete work that had been done anywhere near our home, and went back in the house. When my husband went outside, he told him a different story that the sprinkler heads were damaged and needed to be replaced. Convinced that would fix the problem, my husband then told the technician to go ahead and replace them. The technician did this and then left without confirming the new rotors were working problem. Subsequently, when we ran the system, these pricey repairs did not fix the problem. On May 20, a supervisor arrived at our home while we were not there, without calling my cell phone in advance (which I had requested) and cut out a section of the zone line that was pinched by tree roots. This did correct the problem. However, contrary to the notes on the invoice we received from them, this was not one of the reasons for the pressure problems suggested by the original technician. Had the problem been caught originally, perhaps we would not have incurred an additional $211 in charges from this company. I've been waiting since June for someone to return my complaint call and have had no reply from them except to send us a statement of our account.

It is an outstanding company. They are very skilled in what they do. They can design excellent lawn irrigation and the beds themselves. They are very professional and nice. The entire company is tremendous and extremely helpful. They can design sophisticated water conserving systems.

They are replacing the box because it is under warranty. They are timely and it is nice that they are living up to their warranty. They came right out within a reasonable time.

The project was done very quickly and very well. I will use them again in the future. I would recommend them to others.

Backflow check and report sent to water company; however all they did was turn on the main water valve for startup. Didn't adjust sprinkler heads, notice damaged head, adjust head heights, etc.

We contacted them and they promptly visited us to see and measure the site and explain next steps. They met with us again to show us the blueprints and explain our options. We approved it with some adjustments and did an appointment for installation. They showed up promptly and where extremely fast. During the process some adjustments were done to the design because of water pressure misunderstandings, but the additional cost was not clearly explained. We talked to them about this situation, after the system was finished and they were very professional and ended up not charging us for that change.

I still use them to do seasonal work for me. They are very professional and do good work. They are not cheap but I continue to use them.

The initial site inspection and quotation development was thoroughly done taking into account the yard layout, nature of the water supply (1927 vintage piping) and minimal impact on existing stonework around the home. The installation was performed in roughly 1.5 days with either hand digging in terraced/stone-work areas and with trenching equipment in unobstructed areas. Minimal disturbance of existing plants and shrubs occurred though work was done in November and full recovery of the vegetation will not be known until spring. The workers were neat, conscious of existing vegetation, cleaned up after themselves and did an overall excellent job. They were prompt and worked under existing walkways and sidewalks as well.

Overall experience very good. Everybody did their job and communicated the way I expected. Debbie, Jerry and Jim were all professionals. Workers were very courteous and were good, hard workers. I am looking forward to many years of good relations with this exceptional company.

Custom Touch arrived on time as scheduled and did a great job on our fall shutdown. They have done great repair work in the past on our system. They even sent out the service manager on one emergency service call. He spent several hours working to repair the water leak. We will continue to use this company for our system.

Our neighbors recently had an irrigation system put in but now they wish they would've gone with Custom Touch.
