I built the house 13 years ago and I have had them since then and it's been good. Their installers are good, they know what they are talking about. Some items are pretty expensive. I had to redo my controller, which controls the station and they quoted me somewhere around $700 and I bought it at another place for $70. They are okay when they just come out and do their service, they're okay. They start up the service in the spring. I have never used anybody else so I can't really compare the price.

Tried to get a quote unsuccessfully from these folks. Called twice and e-mailed 2 twice . Calls returned promptly and after waiting a week to meet the gentleman on site for review of our project we spent a good 30 minutes looking at the project. We need an entire new irrigation and lighting set up due to new pool going in.. Was advised I could expet a quote in a week. that was over 3 weeks ago and never heard back. Ended up going with GO irrigation they showed up next day, gave me a quote on the spot and scheduled my job before leaving ! SO GREAT !!! All before I had to place yet another call to find out wher emy quote is with Custom touch.

Darnell was so professional and courteous. He repaired several sprinkler heads and set up the timer so all I have to do it turn it on. GREAT representative of the company!

They were great. They came out to look at our place and provided a quote for the work. They scheduled the work and even though it was raining on the day they came, they got the work done in a timely manner. They did a great job. Would definitely use them again. I gave them a "B" for price, but only because I was surprised by how much it was. That said, they were not out of bounds of the other quotes I got. I choose them because they do this kind of work all the time, so I figured they would know what they were doing and they were.

I requested a quote from Custom Touch Irrigation. I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of their quote and custom plan for my yard. However I decided to go with another provider since the quote from Custom Touch Irrigation was about 25% more than the nearest competitor.

The sprinkler heads work O.K., but the automatic sensor, which I paid extra for, never worked right. After a couple service calls I gave up. One service man told me these things never work right.

As expected. They come out twice a year to start and stop our irrigation system and repair any damage that has occurred. Always on time and efficient.

Absolutely fabulous! Impressed with the outstanding customer service, prompt response to each phone call, gracious phone reception with whomever I've spoken to...especially liked the written notations left by the service technician. Proactive to put us on a Fall service plan to deactivate our system for the season. We have become loyal patrons through our first experience with Custom Touch. Highly recommend!

Everything went smoothly. While their lead time was about 2 weeks (busy season), the job was completed on time and in a professional manner.

We use them twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Its a fee each time they come. They have to open up the system and then you pay if they have to replace a head. So when they open up in the spring, they make sure that all the heads are working. We've been using them for years. He's honest and reliable, prompt and courteous and we'll use him again.

Had emergency that involved a major water leak due to a broken connection in my irrigation system. Technicians came out, disconnected the problem piping, and restored water flow to my home. Techs were on time, explained what they found, what they had done, and what remains to be done. They were courteous and professional.
