Overall, it went great and they have good service.

Custom Touch is easy to work with. They are professional, prompt, cost competitive and go out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. They moved an extra spray head and buried a drain line at no additional charge. Mark McAllister came out a second time at my request to insure their proposal would meet my needs. They were also very careful to avoid a plastis gas line in the work area. I have used Custom Touch before and I will use use them again.

They did a wonderful job. They were timely and they switched heads and moved them around.

They were very quick to respond and provided preliminary information via email. Their quote was good but we just opted not to spend the money right now. They quoted approximately $3700 for a full system that included a total of 30 sprinkler heads. They use RainBird and provided the best warranty of the 3 quotes that I got. Rich, the salesperson, was responsive and available for questions and really took the time to explain things. Debby who answered the office phone was very friendly and helpful

One of our irrigation zones was running for several days and we did not realize it. We tried to turn off the zone and the entire system and could not. The turn-off valve was rusted and broke when we tried to use it to turn off the system. When I call Custom Touch to get a technician out, I explained the problem and the lady I talked to told me how to turn off the system another way. This worked and saved us more wasted water! The technician arrived promptly, identified the problems, and repaired what needed to be repaired. He also recommended a few changes in zoning to more effectively water our lawn.

We've used them a few times for spring startup and fall winterization. It's a pretty painless process and they're easy to work with.

They have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. The technician has offered good advice to suit the needs of our changing landscape. We have had a couple of leaks pop up but they have always been taken care of to my satisfaction.

I am not sure of the tech's name. Could have been Miguel. In any event, the original estimate was for two broken valves. But, he determined only one valve needed to be replaced, saving me money. The work was done quickly, and done well.

I called my regular irrigation service provider and they said they couldn't come for at least two weeks. So I checked Angie's List and called Custom Touch Irrigation. I talked with Germaine and she said they could make the repair in three days and that they would call on the day of service before they arrived. I told her that I was an Angie's List member and she quoted me a 10% discount. Their service man, Rick, called early in the morning three days later and said he was on his way. He dug a very neat hole around the defective head, removed the head and replaced it with a new one and asked me how I wanted it adjusted. He was very friendly, professional and answered all my questions. He replaced the sod so neatly that you couldn't tell where the head was replaced. I was extremely impressed with this company's response, professionalism and pricing. They were 55% less expensive for this repair than what my my regular company quoted. I plan to use Custom Touch for all my future irrigation system needs.

This was the first time we used Custom Touch and could not be more pleased with their courteous service and willingness to help. The gentleman who came out to do the repair walked me through what he had done and also reviewed the programming steps of the system. I would recommend this company to anyone needing irrigation work.

They are very accomodating with our work schedule if needed and always call ahead to tell us when they will be there so that we can leave the service door open to the garage if we are not going to be at home. They have a yearly contract that includes the open and close and any necessary visits during the summer to inspect and correct.

It's easy because they come every year for the setup and winterization. They call me about 2 weeks before they plan to arrive for the service. They came in the exact hour they said they would.

Very well. Jim came out, looked over the system and then returned a few weeks later to blow out the system to winterize it. He described how it worked and we will go over the system in more detail in the spring. He was patient with me and answered my questions as I had not had an irrigation system before.

Considering the weather in which they operated, I thought they did very well. Their price was very competitive, too. Furthermore, because of the weather, they promised to fix any problems in the springtime next year.

Very well! Appt. was originally scheduled for 11/6 but had to be pushed back a day due to staffing availability. However, the scheduler at the office called be several days in advance to ask me if I would be able to reschedule - very professional as opposed to other places that might call you the day before or the day of. The appointment was scheduled for 8am and the technician arrived at 7:59:59. The whole thing lasted about 15 minutes. Custom Touch actually invoices you instead of requesting payment which was pleasantly new to me. The invoice arrived in a timely manner several days later. I'm very impressed with this company and would certainly use them to turn the sprinklers on in the spring.

Things always go well with Custom Touch - it is seamless!

I have only positive things to say about them. They set my irrigation system about 3 years ago. They have also serviced it whenever required. They have come out to set it up in the spring and shut it down in the fall. I have no problems with them at all and they are great. They are always available when I need them, but I never see who comes out. I don?t need to be present when they get the work done. There was once when I spoke to a guy who had come to get the work done and he was very friendly. I will continue to use their services in the future as well.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do for the price they said they would do it. They were very professional and considerate, patierntly answered all of my questions.

Things went well. They worked with our builder and got the system in before we were moving in. We had a leak at first but it was promptly repaired by them. They have been great to come out for adjustments as needed. We also used them in our other home that we sold. I would recommend them.

They performed the job as described on estimate. Jim also modified the original plan for futher better drainage without a added cost. Did a great job returning the sod in place after drainage hose was placed.

They were able to send out the same tech who gave us the estimate to work on our project. He was helpful to let us know that a sprinkler head that was initially thought to be needed was not after we started moving them around.
