They were very accomodating to come when we were available. They also worked well with my husband to make sure the sprinkler heads were adjusted for best spray coverage.

He came of his own volition because he knew i was not pleased about the cancellation ... but ... we have a dog run that he had to enter to check sprinklers and when he departed he left the gate open ... if i had not checked when i got ready to let the dogs out they could have escaped into the street and neighborhood. the price quoted was for the opening/closing and mid-season check.

They came when they said they would, did the test and will send in the report.

Custom Touch performed their annual Spring service and, yet again, I had a perfect experience. Custom Touch provides some of the best customer service and professionalism of any company I have ever dealt with. Another happy, loyal customer!

I got then off Angie’s List. Their price is in line with everybody else. The lady was very personable. The owner lives in the same neighborhood that I do there. They are the people who set up the sprinkler system originally for that house before I moved in there. She was real good with me over the phone. They explained a few things, gave me the cost that I wanted. I will use them in the future.

They use high quality materials and high quality installation. The finished product looked like they had never been there, and when they say they will do something they make sure to do it. Their response time and follow up is great and I will continue to use their services.

The service technician arrived on time, reviewed the system and completed the task in the time expected.

Everything went well. System works great.

Custom Touch does great work. They performed several repairs and adjustments to my irrigation system this summer as well as shut down the system this fall. We had a minor issue where their truck got into some soft earth and damaged a part of the lawn. They were very apologetic and were out to fill in and reseed the area the next day.

I highly recommend Custom Touch to anyone considering an irrigation system. The deisgns are clearly explained. There is no "hard sell" mentality what so ever, which is not the case with other companies. We added several options at our choice that allows Custom Touch to service and maintain the system without anyone having to come inth the house. Granted, they are not the cheapest company to deal with, but considering the quality of the installation, and their corporate philosophy of professionalism and courtesy, spend the few extra dollars and go with them. You won't be disappointed.

I called them on short notice to get the system repaired. They managed to straighten out the mess on short notice and got the system up and running.

When I called to schedule my service, I clearly explained to the operator exactly what the problem was with my system, that I had a broken or collapsed line in one zone, which is a significant amount of work. She scheduled it for the next available time slot in my area. I took the morning off from work to accomodate the work, and the guys came out (on time) and tried to find the problem, but were not able to find it in the time alloted. They also told me that the job was not scheduled appropriately, that it was set up as a stuck head (1/2 hour job), and that I would need to reschedule the appointment to fix the problem. I later received an invoice for $60 for the time alloted, and was told that the repair would be $300. This part of the sprinkler system only has 2 heads, so it is not worth $300 for me to have it fixed. I called to discuss this with them when I received the invoice, that I was upset that the appointment was not set up appropriately even though I had gone to extensive detail on the problem, and was told that that charge would be removed as i am a regular customer. 2 months later, I received and invoice for the same $60, saying that I was past due. I called in again, and was told that the charge was not removed, that they could find no record of my previous conversation, and that they only accomodation that they could make would be to apply the $60 to a future repair. I wouldn't mind so much if I was previously told that it was being taken care of and I would not have to pay the $60, and that I had wasted a half day of vacation on this. I would consider this to be out of the ordinary for them, as they have been a great servicer up to this point.

We love our yard, and enjoy working in it and keeping it looking nice. We decided that since we have a well for the outside service that we could have a sprinkler system put in instead of dragging and moving hoses around the yard to keep our gardens watered. And this has been a tough summer on the yards to keep up with the watering. So we searched Angie's list to find an irrigation company and found Custom Touch Irrigation, Inc. My husband contacted Custom Touch via email and we were sent a questionaire and we answered it and then Rich Williams contacted us to set a an time to meet and discuss what we wanted. He is a very nice fellow and we walked him thru our yard and told him what we wanted and what we didn't want. He told us about his experience and said that he would contact us when he got a plan . He came out again and showed and walked us thru the plan and we tweaked things a bit and then we got the cost and gave Rich a small downpayment ($300). We got a call in a few weeks that the crew from Custom Touch would be out and we were asked if that time would be ok, and it was. Nick then came out again and flagged where the sprinklers were to go (the city came out and sprayed the yard a few days prior to mark all underground utilities). The next morning Nick returned and then very shortly the foreman of the job and the crew came. Nick asked if it was ok to park right off the street and I said fine. The process took most of the day and the foreman and the crew were really nice, pleasant and respectful of our yard. The foreman came to talk to me a few times to be sure things were going well. Nick warned us that our yard would be a mess but would heal up . So by that warning we were thinking that the YARD WOULD BE A MESS, but it wasn't. There are some marks where the big machine went and the crew had to had dig but the foreman and the crew did a fantastic job! We are really pleased and even the cut lines in the yard are greening up and mending very nicely. If you want an irrigation system, we highly recommend Custom Touch Irrigation, Inc. and Nick Williams and his foreman and the crew! Really nice people. They didn't assume things they asked and were very respectful and polite and hardworking!

They responded immediately. Their worker did an outstanding job of getting me back in service. They made very sure that everything was working before they left. I didn't need to have a repeat visit, they did it right the first time which was nice because it was a lot of work.

I contacted CTI after being extremely disappointed by my previous sprinkler company. CTI performed a spring start-up which included checking all heads and adjusting as necessary. They also repaired a tear in some drip irrigation. They performed the required back-flow test as well. Price was a little high at $86.00 for the turn-on and $55 for the backflow test and report to the city. They applied a 10% Angie's List member discount bringing my total to approximately $126.00. CTI was prompt, professional and responsive - everything you could ask for. I would highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They checked out the system, started it up, adjusted the sprinkler heads, and made sure everything worked. They submitted the necessary permits and paperwork to the water company as a part of the service.

CTI was recommended by our neighbors (also checked them on Angie's List of course). They performed the spring check on our lawn sprinklers and found that our easy access door wasn't working. We expected to pay over $300 to replace the part, but their technician was able to fix it for just the cost of a service call. From the customer service person to the technician, CTI has been very professional and prompt. They could easily have charged us for a new part, but they were honest and saved us money. Highly recommend them.

I think they do a good job. The workers have been courteous and seem to know what they're doing.

My sysem has been down for 3-4 years and has a few problems that would take someone to physically come look at. The person was very nice over the phone but wanted to charge me just to send someone to my house to do a quote.

CTI did not install our irrigation system, but has performed fall and spring maintanence. The administative staff and maintanence crew are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a question about one of our sprinkler heads sticking up after the spring start-up and they came by the next day to fix this and called while on site (since I was at work) to explain what had happened.

Absolutely wonderful. Crew chief Nick and his hard working crew were outstanding from the minute they stepped on our property to the time they loaded up their equipment and left. This crew was configured as a well oiled machine that worked with real gusto, didn't miss a beat, and had a crew chief that was as good as I have seen in many years. Nick is the best of the best and has great people skills. He relates exceptionally well with his crew and they in turn give him a full day's work for a full day's pay. Bottom work line these people are warriors and they do impeccably efficient clean work. We were 110% satisfied with the outcome of this job ... absolutely super. This company also has a director of operations named Bill. This man has been with Custom Touch Irrigation for 17 years and he's just tremendous to work with. He runs a very good ship and is very accessible. His expertise is immeasurable with irrigation systems. Overall we were highly impressed with the 11 year run that Custom Touch Irrigation has with Angie's List Super Service Award ... that's amazing. The two men mentioned above plus their highly professional hard working crews plus a very outstanding accommodating office staff ... you're looking at a class company that aims to please, takes care their customers, and their people skills are Gurrrate!

They said they could fix it next year. They were very courteous and we made arrangements to take care of it. They are very accountable, generous and most accommodating.
