I was favorably impressed with the actions and attitude of Mr. Williams. However the cost for installation of the system was more than I felt that I could commit to at this time.

Custom Irrigation were punctual; did what they said they would do, and professional.

The service technician arrived and checked the backflow for the water company to be sure that the system was performing correctly. The technician then proceeded to run the system to ensure that all of the sprinklers were performing as they should. Then the technician turned off the system for the winter. Verified with the technician that the water company would get a copy of the back flow report and he assured me that they would. The report has been delivered to the water company as promised.

They were exceptional to work with.

Custom Touch Irrigation was pleasant enough. The representative was fine. Their price was lower than my other quote, but that was because they would have put in less heads. He did a thorough job in his quote, but I don't think the final product would have been as good as another company I contacted.

They were very prompt and curteous when the arrived for the evaluation. Several heads were replaced on the spot to give our yard better coverage. An estimate was then provided to add another one to an area of the yard that wasn't covered at all. After we agreed to the estimate, they came out quickly to install it. Very easy to work with and the lawn is now green!

We were very pleased with the overall experience. Rich was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The crew was extremely efficient and knowledgeable, working long days in extreme heat. We had waited 13 years to have a system installed, so we had researched many companies before we decided on Custom Touch. We're glad we waited to find the perfect company! We would highly recommend Custom Touch Irrigation to anyone who is considering installing an irrigation system.

The whole experience with Custom Touch was outstanding. Their representative, Rich Williams, came to the house and we did a "walk-through" of everywhere that the water needed to go. He advised that I get my well checked for adequacy (I do not have "city water") as far as supplying enough water with enough pressure to make the system function properly. I did that and of course that led to a $5000 well upgrade, but the upside of that is that my entire house now has OUTSTANDING water pressure and my irrigation system works perfectly.The installation was done over two days, and when they were finished I could barely tell that they had been here. I was not home when the work was completed, so I missed the tutorial on the electronic controls, but it turned out to be quite intuitive and I figured it all out in very short order. (I actually read the instructions.)Since the installation I have had two service calls. The first was to add a sprinkler head in a spot that was not being irrigated (no charge for that) and to add an additional sprinkler head in a bed area that I had been undecided about during the planning phase ($80 charge for that). The service call happened the day after I called and took less than one hour. While the technician was here he also replaced a sluggish sprinkler head at no charge. The second service call was necessitated by a landscape company who inadvertently cut one of the water lines while doing some plantings. I discovered the problem at about 8am and it was fixed on the SAME DAY by noon. Now THAT is outstanding service!All-in-all, other than the expense (a total of about $12,000 when you include the well upgrade), the entire experience was outstanding. I would recommend Custom Touch Irrigation to anyone looking for an irrigation system.

Poor service, poor quality. Custom Touch uses a non-English speaking crew to install your irrigation system which probably allows them to offer a somewhat discounted price. The install crew created a mess in my beautiful yard. Rubber tubing was actually coming out of the sod. I found that the crew had shaemfully tossed stones and chunks of concrete, uncovered when trenching, into my bushes. One sprinkler head was installed directly under a rain drain spout - which was not where the location was flagged.The crew leader spoke English but he was not equipped to connect the control box in the garage to the power outlet. He had to make a run to a local store to purchase an extension cord. The crew left actually leaving about 40 flags in the yard used to located the sprinkler heads. Why would a company do that? Why would they leave the location flags in the ground for the owner to pull out of the ground and throw out after the installation was completed? The flags serve no purpose in the ground after the job is completed. I made several phone calls to Mark, the sales man, to voice my displeasure. To be fair he did leave several messages but I gave up after calling him back three times. My lawn died in virtually every place where Custom Touch did trenching. I understand that this is a terrible drought year yet I hold Custom Touch responsible. 2011 was a drought year in this area and Custom Touch should have recommended the proper watering treatment and frequency to keep the disturbed and stressed lawn areas green. I made a mistake hiring Custom Touch - please dont' do the same. I would never recommend Custom Touch to a freind or neighbor.

I used Custom Touch for the last couple of years for basic turn on/turn off and adjustment of irrigation. We had no issues in the past, though I was always frustrated to receive voicemail (more times than not) when calling to schedule services. After 5 visits from their technicians and their service manager for this request (see above), two sprinkler heads were still spraying into my beds. I was explicit in my instructions to the admin who took the work request "do whatever it takes to move the sprinkler heads out of the beds and do not allow them to spray in the new landscaping. Ensure there is adequate coverage." She even repeated the work order instructions to me on several of the calls. After speaking to the owner, he suggested we needed to redesign our system in the backyard, at a cost of approximately $2000-$2500. It was intuitively obvious to the most casual observer that two heads needed to be moved about 15 feet each, and two heads needed to be adjusted to accommodate this request. After 5 visits, I gave up on Custom Touch and called another company. The new company picked up the phone on the first call, and was at my house that afternoon. The problem was fixed in 90 minutes.

They are great. They were very nice. They work was done very neat. When we asked them to come out they did with no problem

Even though we haven't been able to use our irrigation system due to the drought, we were able to get it turned on. They had a technician come by and turn on our system, show us how it worked and run it. Very informative and polite. He spent about 30min getting things set up and answered every question I had. I will be using these guys every time and really appreciate their service. It always touch getting stuff settled in a new home and these guys helped to alleviate some of that stress. Thank you for the help

We contacted several providers and received estimates for a new system. CTI was very prompt in responding to my call/email inquiry and setting up an appointment. They came out and answered all of my questions and reviewed the other estimates that I received. Their price was in the middle, but we liked the fact that we could shut down and open the system on our own and the overall maintenance was minimal. We also explained that we may be making some landscaping changes in the future and their system would be easy to adjust due to their flexible tubing with the head install. Overall, this system fit our needs and was rated very high on Angie's list. We signed the contract at the end of April for a June install. They were very busy and I usually had to leave a message, but they were very quick to return my call the same day. They were very good at keeping me advised of the exact install date as the time neared. The workers arrived on time and kept me informed of their progress and what to expect. The job was completed the next morning and they showed me how to work the system. About 3 weeks later we called them back out to adjust the heads and they were very prompt and informative. Overall, we are very happy with the service and product provided by CTI. We have recommended them to neighbors as well!

Custom Touch came to repair what looked like 2 pipes that needed to be repaired and left but when the sprinklers ran the next morning another pipe had been cracked by the landscape digging so called Custom Touch back out and they came out right away and fixed the pipe.

After contacting the company, they gave me a quote over the phone and the date for repair. The person was on time and did the repair quickly and we were very pleased with the work. I will continue to use this company because they are great at customer service and their prices are very reasonable.

They came out and fixed the problem within five minutes and showed me how to operate the system. I was happy with the way they handled it.

The phone receptionist was pleasant and easy to work with. The technician showed up at a reasonable time. When adjusting one of the sprinkler heads near the house (using a shovel to dig around it) he cut the cable TV line. The line was not marked because we were not planning on having any new trenches dug, etc. He apologized and attempted to contact his manager. However, he was unable to do so. He said they would contact us on Monday morning with an update (it occurred late on Saturday afternoon). On Monday morning another technician was at my door stating they fixed the problem. I checked my cable, and it worked. It was nice that they fixed the problem without any pleading and without me having to call the cable company out. This was my first interaction with this company and I plan on continuing to use them in the futures

Very accomodating, and the pricing was reasonable. Service was very timely. The tech was very nice and I would recommend them.

We committed in the winter and were placed in the customer queue in the spring. We received weekly updates regarding when our install date would occur. Heavy rains delayed the install by a week or two, but Custom Touch kept me abreast. When the crew arrived on site they introduced themselves and were very courteous. The actual install was done in one business day and a service man returned a week later to see how things were going and to slightly adjust a few sprinklers. I am very happy with the system, install, and people.

Custom Touch installed our irrigation system in 1998. Now they come out every year like clockwork to perform the mandatory annual Backflow Water Valve test. They call in advance to alert us as to which day they will do the work. We don't need to be home, as the work is all done outside. Our landscaping is never disturbed. They leave a copy of the "Passed" certification and invoice on our front door. Then their office files the mandatory paperwork directly with the Water Company. We are very pleased with them keeping track of us each year, and handling the paperwork.

Overall, it went very well and we are completely satisfied with the work.
