As usual, Custom Touch was responsive and proficient. They installed our irrigation system about 10 years ago and it has performed almost flawlessly ever since. We take care of start up and shut down and they come for the annual backflow testing and the few minor maintenance items we have needed over the years. We highly recommend them to anyone interested in an irrigation system.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out good. They did everything they said they would and it turned out very well. Nothing went wrong. I would definitely recommend them. I paid approximately $250 for more services because I had more things that I wanted to have done. They gave me a quote on that and they did the work and it went pretty well. They contacted me quickly and they came out quickly, it was within a week or 2.

I was extremely pleased with Custom Touch. I purchased one of their Big Deals through Angie List as I had recently moved into our new home and wanted to have our irrigation system completely tuned-up and checked-up as it had been off for over a year. The staff member showed up at the appointed time, asked a few questions to get orientated to my system, and began his work. After completing his work, he gave me a complete tutorial on my system (as I never had a system before) and walked me through some simple maintenance I could do on my own. I was very happy to work with them and will be using them for more work in the future.

It was fine, they did hat they were suppose to do and they sent a followup letter. I heard from them very quickly so their responsiveness was very good and they came out within a couple of weeks after I purchased the deal. I spent $50 extra to get couple of sprinkler heads repaired.

It turned out fine. He showed up when promised and we went through every sprinkler head. It was worth it. They called me soon after purchasing the deal and had me scheduled. I am considering using them again.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it went great. I didn’t pay anything additional apart from the big deal amount. They were really helpful in showing me how to save water and how to operate the system.

I will use Custom touch again. They arrived on-time and went straight to work. They went through each of the sprinkler cycles and made adjustments to make sure all areas were covered. They replaced a couple small heads that were damaged and straightened a couple others that had become tilted, at no additional cost. My irrigation systme seems to run quieter; and I sleep better at night. :-)

I had called several other companies and Custom Touch Irrigation Inc. was by far the most polite, caring and professional. They sent a technician to give me an estimate and he was on time and very nice. He put my mind at ease about the amount of work and cost that it would be to repair the damage (other companies were making it out to be a way bigger job then necessary). The second technician (Jed Osborn) that came out to do the work was wonderful as well. He was on time and did an excellent job! Also the ladies that answer the phones are some of the nicest and professional customer service reps I have talked to! I will have Custom Touch Irrigation come out every spring to test and start up my system and every winter to winterize it! I am so happy I found this company! They make me feel comfortable because they are knowledgeable and I do not feel taken advantage of, so THANK YOU! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!

Went very well. Rodney is an expert who takes pride in his work. The initial contact with the office went very well . The telephone representative took extra effort to schedule a 7:30 AM time slot that would work with my schedule. My wife and I appreciated Rodney's willingness to be there at that time also. This deal allowed us to decide to have Custom Touch maintain our irrigation system from now on. Thank you!

We couldn't be happier with both the service and the product. They replied soon after our inquiry and Dana came out to look at the yard and give us an estimate. Because of the rainy spring they couldn't start at the proposed date but worked nicely around our vacation schedule. They came out and installed the system in ONE day. The amazing result is an established yard that hardly shows where they installed the system and within 10 days the yard is fully recovered. They are responsive to questions and came back to explain in detail the system and how it works. We highly recommend CCI--their prices are not the cheapest but the quality of work is outstanding. We appreciate quality and service over a lower price.

Our overall impression was just excellent. Both with the lighting and the irrigation which needed some tweaking, they are just extremely responsive and I really appreciate their responsiveness to our questions and making everything work just exactly how we wanted. They are good at fine tuning.

The price is reasonable, although I think that all companies that do this are high priced. The person they sent out knew what he was doing and did a good job.

Custom Touch did a great job installing our irrigation system. They completed the job efficiently and with little disruption to our lawn. They did a nice job educating us on how to use our new system and quickly answered any questions that we had following the installation. The quality of the system is excellent.

I contacted Custom Touch Irrigation last year to install an irrigation system for my yard. Rich Williams, the designer, contacted me and we had 2 meeting to discuss everything about the project. Rich is very professional and a wonderful man to deal with. He gave me an estimate and even he showed me pictures of what I am expecting regarding my lawn. After signing the agreement, the office contacted me and gave me a date in July to complete the project. I asked them if they can squeeze me and give me an earlier date. They were able to install my irrigation system in mid June of 2012. I am also using Custom Touch Irrigation for the annual maintenance of the system. The irrigation system is working very well and I highly recommend this company.
