HORRIBLE! BEWARE! This man, Steve Polley, took advantage of my circumstances. He took my money and never performed the work. I've tried to get money back and all I get are excuses and 'I'm a good person.' Really? I cannot even get an itemized statement from this man. DO NOT USE HIM. HE WILL DISAPPOINT!

I appreciate that Steve came out to the house to assess the damage and determine what materials would be needed, rather than just pulling a random quote out of the air without seeing what was needed. He was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable, not only with the repair process, but also with how insurance companies work with various claims. We walked the property and determined what was needed and estimated the cost, also discussing if it would be beneficial to file with insurance (in our case, the cost to repair was less than our deductible). We were fortunate to have good weather, and we were able to complete the repairs ahead of the planned date. Steve and his crew were also very professional while making the repair. While Crestmark was not the least expensive quote I received, and also not the most expensive quote, I am confident it was a fair quote and the repair work was top notch. When the time comes again that I need repairs/maintenance done I will definitely consider Crestmark.

He's a great contractor. He was able to pull all together. I would use the service again. The people were excellent. They give us a discount. I can trust him. He's a time efficient and did a great job. He's a guy who's picky to choose someone who work for him. I was glad I found him. He's really good.
