We were assured that there would be a supervisor on site at all times while work was being done to our home. This was not the case. There was evidence that the workers had looked through many items in our home and the end result is that a digital camera and $2,000.00 in cash was missing. Despite the fact that we reported it to the owner of Centennial, he declined to do anything about it and we were forced to file a police report.

The quality of work and materials were excellent from the estimate phase to the finished phase! These people were conscientious and sensitive to my property and time schedules. They were constantly communicating with me as the job was progressing to keep me updated as to what would be happening and when it would happen. They were excellent!

They did a great job. Joe Ash is always professional, on time and very accessible by phone. He provided a quote, went over it with me explaining all detail. Brent Ash runs a great crew and kept me up to date as to the progress. Their work is excellent and both Brent and Joe check out the end result before billing. They are a trustworthy, professional and very competent company to work with. A breath of fresh air in this industry.

This job covered 2 large condos under one roof. This covers my half of the job, but my attached neighbors are equally pleased. The crew worked long hours on Sat & asked to return for 4 hours on Sunday. Due to the threat of rain, they put in a second long day to be sure we would be dry. Very hard working crew. I am very pleased with the work, and I will use the company for other projects.

Joe came and did all of the measurements and came back with an estimate for the work in our price range. He showed us a beautiful presentation with projects he had done before. He had to delay his start date due to snow but he told us week by week what would be done and that it would take 6 weeks. All of the workers were polite and prompt. Brent the son was very personable and was willing to answer all of our questions. They finished a week early and right on budget. We would recommend them to anyone and it was an overall pleasant experience.

During our initial interview with their representative, Brent Ash, we were provided an opportunity to review their license and workers compensation insurance certificate. Brent reviewed his estimates with us and explained how the work would be divided between two contracts. A subsidiary company of Centennial would perform the work on the roofs and gutters; The window, window trim, and vinyl siding repairs/ replacement would be performed by Centennial Construction. We agreed to pay a portion of the material cost for the roof, etc. immediately, with a second payment when the roof and gutters were completed. The last payment would be made when the windows and siding were installed. Work started later than the scheduled start date but the workers were diligent, effective and very skilled. They were also client-friendly and adapted to a couple of my requests for minor modifications. Brent Ash both supervised their work and also assisted them. We are very satisfied with the results.

He was great over the phone but never showed up for the estimate, and he didn't call to reschedule.

He came out and said he would call me back in about a week and let me know the price etc. His price was extremely higher than the other estimates I received. When he came out he was very nice, polite and professional. They were good just not in my budget.

Company was very professional and responsive. Estimate was in line with company that we selected. Final decision was length of warranty. Company selected gave 2 years instead of one.

Joe Ash was prompt in returning my phone call and an initial meeting was quickly made. The office staff is pleasant and Joe is polite, professional, thoughtful, insightful in his comments. He was about a week later than promised in getting the estimate for the work, but was thorough in his presentation. While he covered the bases in the plan, his design did not provide an attractive alternative for the dining room roof - we felt he could have suggested a better alternative. In spite of this, we would have enjoyed working with this company, however the estimate far exceeded other estimates for the same project so we were unable to consider Centennial for the project.

I was in a hurry, selling my house, and they got it done within two weeks - excellent service, excellent installation.

When Joe walked into my home, his friendly and curteous demeanor changed when he realized that I needed two bids for two separate jobs (remodel and insurance work). Even though my insurance company would pay me and I could turn around and pay/hire the contractor I desired, Joe was suddenly not interested in bidding either job. This was a shock for me. I simply forgot to mention that my home needed more work than the remodeling. I just assumed that he would be happy to do both jobs since his crew would be here for one. Making that assumption was a mistake on my part. However, it was offensive the way Joe dealt with the situation. I did not understand why he suddenly had no interest in giving me a bid for the remodeling job he agreed to bid.

Gave a bid, but took over a couple of weeks to get back with me. I phoned daily after the forth day, but couldn't make person to person contact. After the tenth day I hired another contractor. A bid finally was emailed me, but I had and agreement with another. I didn't expect the work to be performed emediately, but at lease give me a bid and a tenitive start date.

I was very pleased with this company's work. Brent Ash explained everything clearly to make sure we understood what to expect, then they came in and did the work in a very timely manner and exactly as he told us they would. The price was very reasonable. All the workers were very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He did a good job, it was clean and quick. He does first class work and is very prompt. Seems to have good guys working for him.

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. They truly have been terrific to work with. Joe did a great job coming up with the design, since we didn't have a clue what could be done. I can't say enough about Brent. He has been outstanding. He makes good recommendations, has great attention to detail, takes things in stride and provides outstanding service. He truly listens to what the customer wants and does his best to deliver. We had a wedding take place in the middle of this remodel so our house was pretty active, but you would have never known they were there. Each day before they left they made sure everything was neat, clean and orderly and the weekend of the wedding they took extra care when cleaning up. In addition to all that we love our new room, it really looks great!

Brent and Brian did an outstanding job. This job was much more extensive than originally thought. The front porch looks better then ever and we felt that considering the damage the repair cost was reasonable.

I can't say enough positive things about Cetennial. Brent was polite, friendly and skilled at his craft. The other workers were also friendly and polite. Contractors used by Centennial were similarly polite and skilled. Centennial was willing to adapt to our requests when feasible within the budget we had. If you are planning work on your home, big or small, you'll be glad you hired Centennial for the job.

As you suggested, I phoned and asked if they would give me an estimate on attic insulation. They gave me the name of another company. Hoosier. Who they said did insulation and garage doors. I told them that I got their name from Angie's List, and asked why they did not want to give me an estimate. They said they did not like to do attic insulation alone. This can't be because of distance. I live fairly close to caramel. 9600 north between Springmill & Ditch. I'm not sure if I'm more displeased with them, or with Angie's List for recommending them so highly. They should not be on your list of insulators if they do not do take insulating jobs.

THE WOMAN WAS POLITE, BUT THEY JUST COULDN'T PROVIDE ME THE HELP I NEEDED.

JOE, BRETT, AND THE CREW WERE JUST WONDERFUL, WE WILL MISS THEM NOW THAT THEY ARE DONE. OUR ROOM IS BEAUTIFUL WE HAVE FELT THAT WE MADE FRIENDS AND NOT JUST A HIRED CONTRACTOR. THEY DELIVERED EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. GLAD WE FOUND THEM WILL USE THEM ON OUR NEXT HOME IMPROVEMENT.

JOE ASH PROMPTLY CALLED ME BACK AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME TO LOOK AT THE SUNROOM. HE SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS POLITE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED, BECAUSE HE SPENT ALMOST AN HOUR WITH ME, EXPLAINING HOW OUR SUNROOM WAS BUILT AND WHERE THE INSULATION IS. HE WAS HONEST ABOUT WHAT WE NEEDED AND TOLD US SOME THINGS WE COULD DO OURSELVES TO MAKE THE ROOM WARMER SUCH AS GETTING A (SAFE) SPACE HEATER AND SPRAYING FOAM INSULATION UNDERNEATH, ETC. AND, HE DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE VISIT!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE SUBS FOR THE GUTTERING WERE OF EXCELLENT QUALITY, TOO.

DISAPPOINTING. ONE OF SEVERAL COMPANIES I WANTED TO CONSIDER FOR OUR $30K+ PROJECT, BASED ON GOOD ANGIE'S LIST REPORTS. I CALLED 2X TO DISCUSS WITH JOE ASH, E-MAILED OUR PROJECT LIST. TOLD THEY WERE BACKED UP AND WOULD BE BACK TO ME ''SHORTLY''. AFTER A MONTH WITH NO CALL-BACK I ASSUME MY BUSINESS WAS NOT OF ANY INTEREST TO THEM.
