They did not provide an estimate. I did not meet with them or check their office. They asked me to take some steps to allow them to give me the estimate. I called them and let them know that it was completed and that they never called back. I did deal with them in person. The guy was very congenial. I thought that we could possibly work together. But there has been no follow up. I will not use them in the future.

We decided to go with someone else simply because of price.

They did a great job. They were professional, quick, dependable and completely reliable on the times that they said they would come. They cleaned up their mess really well. They found a few unexpected things with the trim work on the windows, so they called and explained to us what they could do to make it right. They did it without charging anything extra. They did not try and jerry-rig it to get it in the original cost or anything like that. They did the work correctly, and everything has been working well. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

For 30 years I've had this off and on leak and no one has been able to find it. Brent found it and also found that it was the way the house was built. He is the only contractor who took the time to "dig" until he found the leak and fixed it! Love him!

Centennial located our water problem in the basement and corrected the problem. They replaced all drywall in our basement and repainted the basement.

The workers replaced the siding with cement board and they repainted the house. Everything went on schedule as planned.

Brent Ash was not able to make our appointment so he called to let me know Joe Ash would come instead at the same time. Very professional. Joe and I discussed the work to be done, he took plenty of notes and said he would get back to me. After nearly 3 weeks I left a voice mail at the office to ask about actually getting the quote. After another nearly 2 weeks I still have not even gotten a call back. If they did not want to do business with me I wish they would have at least called to say so since I held up getting the work done waiting on them.

Came and gave written estimate. Work done as per quote. Excellent to work with - prompt, curteous, good workmanship.

The job was well done. I did request an estimate for flashing repair and house painting after this job was done, and got no response.

They did a good job. Brent was informative and provided prompt responses to develop proposal and get the work started. The crew was very good about yard clean-up and they worked hard.

Lightning struck our home on 7/15/10 damaging approximately 100 sq. ft. of shingles and ridge vent of approximately 10 - 15 ft. in length. Insurance company had temporary repairs done the same day using their preferred contractor. The ins. adjuster surveyed the damage on Monday 7/20/10 and advised me it would be OK if we chose to use a contractor of our own choice. Following receipt of the insurance company check allowing $720 for roof repair, Centennial Construction was contacted during the week of july 26 - July 31. Centennial had someone on the job repairing the damage that very same week. We were very satisfied with the promptness of the work, quality of the work, and price - the final price of $5890 was less than the ins. co. allowance of $720.

We did not use anybody. The price they quoted us for that work was about $40,000. They were recommended by some friends of ours and they were fine. They responded quickly and the details of the quote they gave us were very accurate. If I were to do the sun room, I would use someone else with a lower quote.

The roof actually started to leak during the current rainy season! It ended up damaging portions of my garage. Someone was sent out to take a look at it. He caulked it where necessary, but didn't offer a better solution. I was surprised they didn't offer to address the damage the leak caused. I ended up having to contact someone else to make the repair. I felt I spent too much to have my roof leak resulting in damage. Company came back and fixed everything at no charge, they went above and beyond. I will be using him in the future.

Brent and his team are great to work with. It is like having another family member come in to to your home. Very personable, friendly with high quality professional work. Trustworthy, they do what they say they are going to do. They are flexible with your schedule and will make adjustments as needed. This is the second job I have had Brent do for my home. If the opportunity presents itself, I would have him do work in my new home.

This is the fourth time I have hired them for major work (at another house also) and I will again if I need their services. Brent is wonderful and his crews are considerate, efficient and courteous. Definitely ask for an estimate from Centennial!

From start to finish, Brent and his people did an outstanding job. With all the stories of roofers, I was concerned even though I knew Brent's reputation. He was there at the start, during and end of the job. His crew was meticulous. I found no nails or residue when it was complete. Brent went around after it was done with his magnetic nail finder and found 3 nails. We wanted an upgraded shingle but didn't want to go beyond our deductible in cost. He found a supplier that had an extra shipment from a cancelled order that they would unload at the price of the basic shingle. He worked with the insurance adjuster to add a few items that were missed in the insurance estimate. After the job was done, we had a water issue in our sun room. I called him on a Friday night when it was raining. Even though he was home caring for his young son, he brought him to our house in about an hour and secured the roof while his son played with my daughter. His crew had made a mistake on our flat roof that resulted in drainage going the wrong way. The roof was repaired the next day and he had our sun room ceiling repaired and painted. During the process, Brent followed up on every detail. I didn't need to remind him or check back with him. The sign of a terrific contractor is not whether the contractor never has anything go wrong. It is how the contractor handles it when there is a problem. Brent was on top of every detail of the job. If he doesn't qualify for a "Page of Happiness", I don't know who could.
