We found this company based on previous good evaluations on Angie's List. Brent Ash was very professional and communicated extremely well throughout the entire process. After some initial information was exchanged over the phone, he came out and listened to what my wife and I wanted for the addition. He provided an estimate which we ultimately accepted. It wasn't the cheapest, but my wife and I felt the most comfortable with having him and his crew having access to our home. He explained in appropriate detail how he would construct the addition. The work was done quite expeditiously - the project was completed in one month. Delivery of some parts like the windows and the tile we selected were slightly delayed, and that was really the only thing that slowed them down. At the same time, the work appeared to be done in a very professional manner despite the efficiency. They paid attention to details and took initiative (after asking permission) such as matching some moulding in another part of our house to a windowseat. There were some minor hiccups related to unanticipated demands of the inspector, but these were addressed easily by Brent and his crew. My understanding is that the Zionsville/Carmel/Fishers area has a number of different regulators and the enforcement of regulations varies and that is why some demands were unanticipated. There were many details, but essentially, Brent dealt with all of them quickly and effectively. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would certainly use them again.

From a distance they look essentially the same as the existing windows. That said, it was overall an excellent experience and we would certainly use them again.

He explained in appropriate detail how he would construct the roof and other parts of the addition. The work was done quite expeditiously - several neighbors commented on how fast they worked. Delivery of some parts like the windows and the tile we selected were slightly delayed, and that was really the only thing that slowed them down. At the same time, the work appeared to be done in a very professional manner despite the efficiency. The roof over the vaulted ceiling looked well-constructed. They matched the existing shingles on the house. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would certainly use them again.

I have used this company on multiple occasions. I have had siding done, new windows, and most recently, a new deck and front steps. Their prices are "middle of the road"--not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. I got multiple bids for each job. They do phenomenal work. They are very meticulous, professional, clean, responsible, knowledgable, and they all speak English. They go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, they took all of my plants and furniture off the old deck and then returned everything when they were done. They clean up the job every night, so you don't even know there is work going on, even though I told them they don't have to do that. If they see things that need to be done, they advise you about it, but don't "beat you up" trying to make another sale. They are very helpful and follow through when things need to be checked into. Brent, the owner, is always readily accessible. I would highly recommend Centennial Construction for any of your construction needs. They make sure it is done and done right.

This business does mostly roofing and siding work and that is what they have always done for us. We hired them to do a bathroom remodel and it went bad from the get-go. The workmen broke something every day of the first three days on the job. The subcontractor hired to do the tiling was not even remotely qualified and when he finished the shower, it was so poorly done that the whole thing had to be ripped out and re-done by a different tiler....but that occurred only after we insisted on it. The General Contractor was willing to let this guy have another go at it. In the end, instead of adjusting the price to reflect the quality of work and hardships we endured, he stuck us with additional costs. Once they had thei rmoney, we never heard back from them regarding some of the finish work. I still have a bathroom door with stain handprints on it to reflect their "high quality" of workmanship. Very disappointing!!

I got home from vacation on the Wednesday after a Sunday storm. My neighbor saw the damage and called me, so I knew that when I got home, I needed to fix the roof. I attempted to climb the roof but my garage has a higher pitch than the rest of my house, so I couldn't trust my own skills in this area. I needed a professional. I called 3 roofers and my builder, and waited. With the recent storm damage causing others to have more severe damage than my own, I was not expecting anyone to be able to show up for at least a week. One roofer was kind enough to schedule an appointment for the next week, and Centennial and one roofer other told me they would try to find someone to come out before that. Then it rained for two days, which was both a problem for me (raining on my open roof) and a blessing (larger jobs had to be postponed - can't walk on wet tar paper). I actually had Centennial and the other roofer call me to let me know someone would show up in the afternoon; Centennial showed up first and was happy to help me. When they called (before showing up), we discussed their minimum charges, which were acceptable to me, so I felt confident the charges would be reasonable. They came out shortly after their call; it was the owner who responded. He was very professional, explained everything he was doing, and finished the work in about 45 minutes. He even showed me a better way to get onto my garage roof, but I think I'll still keep my feet on the ground. He gave me his card, and wrote me an invoice (I am expecting a computerized receipt in the mail). He also took the time to use a waterproof sealant on the nails, and had to come down to get that. I specifically called this roofer and the other two based on Angie's List ratings and reviews. Thanks Angie !!

They did a good job. They replaced the old siding. Their price was better than the rest of them.

I called Brent on a January 1 late in the evening to get his help with my garage. He was very responsive and came out a day or so later and even though I didn't see the need he tarped the affected area until we could get the work done. His guys did a real good job in making the repairs and rebuilding the garage better than it was before. Thanks Brent.

We started getting estimates in January. Brent Ash met us at our home to get an idea of what we needed and discuss possibilities. Initially, we had hoped to also add two rooms to our home, but ended up doing just the kitchen, windows and door. We did receive a better cost bid for the work from a competitor, but the thoroughness with which Brent presented himself, his company and his bid ultimately won us over. Brent worked with us throughout the process and provided estimates to our bank that met all of the bank's requirements. The work was contracted to take 25-30 business days, but was completed in 15 days. The workers were courteous, professional, and very capable. The subcontractors did very nice work as well and were also professional, courteous, and capable. The foreman asked daily if things looked ok and if there were any questions or concerns. Either he or Brent gave me a summary of what to expect for the upcoming day. Once work was completed, Brent came out and went over everything that was done to make sure all of our concerns had been met and to ensure all work was completed as requested. Centennial provides quality workmanship and strives to set and meet the customer's expectations.

Centennial did a great job right up to the last step - the caulking and one seal not properly seated.

Good project management. Brent was proactive in identifying potential issues in terms of quoting all this work. He was very responsive.

I placed a couple of calls and left voicemails to Centennial before they returned my call. We set up the appointment for the estimate and they never showed up.

The job turned out good. They came and gave me a quote really quickly. They were real personable. I have used them before and I was familiar with them already.

They were very professional and I liked them. I haven’t decided as yet with whom I’m going to go with. They were very prompt in giving the estimate. They explained everything and they answered all my questions. They did a complete job. They were punctual and it went well. The overall experience with them was excellent. They were excellent with responsiveness and they answered all my questions. They were on time and they were very professional. I’m still collecting other estimates. I will use their services again in the future.

Overall this was a good experience that involved three different crews (roofing, siding and painting). Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, I will definitely consider them again when I have more home repairs. The roofers could have been a little more kind to the landscaping next to the house.

Brent Ash and his team did a very good job for us. The final bill came in $300 higher than originally estimated, but the changes we needed.

this project went very well , Brent Ash is a joy to work with and his workmen / women were very respectful of our home . Brent was always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask any questions and he came to my home at the start of every day to let me know what was going to be happening and to discuss the project with me . We will use him for our master bathroom when we are ready to go ahead . They also arranged for our very large and outdated mirror to be re styled in to two lovely smaller mirrors .

Pleased when they came out for the estimate. They actually looked at the house and took things apart. They took the exterior off and were willing to put it back together for free.They found a greater insect problem inside my wall in addition to water damage. They were wonderful! They were willing to come out on the only 100 degree day. Did the work in three hours. They worked near the flower bed and there was very little damage to the flower bed. They cost a little more but were willing to go the extra mile. .

I was very satisfied with their services. They are not the cheapest but not the highest either.

The quote amount was about $18,000. I liked that they had good ratings in Angieslist. The gentleman who came out to give the estimate was very knowledgeable. I had estimates from other companies and he was the one who told me things that other people didn’t tell me.
