Misha, the office scheduler, checked to be certain that our workmen were not at risk from the electrical issue, and she was able to send Jeff and Antonio to do the repairs promptly. If they had told us that the entire system had to be replaced, we would have believed them, but they told us that the damage looked worse than it really was, and in 2 hours, the damaged pipes were replaced and the valve box repaired. The system is working well, and we are very grateful.

Their records showed system had been winterized five years previously. Turned out, not touched meantime. Greg took an hour evaluating overall, then sent technicians crew to do the work. Sprinkler heads were deeply buried by grass and a few broken. Also one zone controller valve was defective. It took three visits by the technicians to find and correct all the problems, and they got it done cleanly and professionally. They were quite willing to explain what (and why) , and to address all my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the initial evaluation was not billed at all. Then travel was billed only for the first tech visit, not for second and third. The scheduler had warned me that they are NOT cheap, when she sent me their pricing list....... She did NOT tell me how extremely fair they would be at billing! I was only charged for a total of 4 1/4 technician hours for all the work they did! It sure seemed like longer. and I was right there with them! I will certainly have them back in the fall to winterize. And in the spring to open the system again.

They were very good, but also very expensive, compared to other irrigation services. We chose to comparison shop this year and found another irrigation company in the area that was just as good, but about half of the cost.

Our in-ground irrigation system includes a hose spigot, and we discovered early in the summer that something had broken. Two repairmen from Cascade came on the same day I called. The repair required an unusual part which they did not have on their truck, and they told us they would need to locate that part and would return within a few days. The actually came the following day and repaired the bearing, putting a new cover on the spigot which makes it better and more convenient to use than ever. We were very pleased.

They are absolutely dependable. I've been using them for I guess thirteen years. They are very professional.

They do such a good job that they remember me and my needs from year to year.

I had formally used Turf Tec for my irrigation system. Unfortunately, I paid for a yearly contract to turn on and off the irrigation system for one year. Unfortunately, Turf Tec never showed up in the fall, and repeated calls went unanswered. Upon using your service, I choose Cascade irrigation systems to flush out the pipes and winterize the system. I was fully pleased with the quick response and professional work. Unfortunately, the only thing that I am not pleased about is that their prices are high compared to other similar vendors.

Greg was great and was very quick to respond but their quote was almost twice that of the other two companies that I called. I'm sure they do great work but am not sure that it would be worth paying about 80% more than the other quotes. Also their warrany was not as good as my other quotes.

I am grateful to the owner who responded to my call in good time. I dropped the ball in rescheduling an aeration in the fall. I was worried about the pipes freezing. On Dec. 30th, Cascade came to thaw and turn off the water. I appreciate having to take equipment out of storage. He could not have been nicer or more concerned that we would not have damage to the system. Luckily, the freeze was fixable and the pipes could be cleared for the winter--just in time for the really cold weather!

They are really nice folks, punctual and professional. We've been using them for the past 8 years. We have an annual contract with them.

The company was prompt in providing the estimate and answering questions but more than 50% higher in cost than another company.

The expectation of a yes or a no was a minimum. In short two other companies provided quotes and one was accepted.

Cascade installed our sprinkler system many (15-18) years ago, and have maintained it for us since that time. We are in the process of putting in new grass so watering is critical. We discovered a spot that was not receiving water and called Cascade. Greg himself came out THAT DAY to correct the problem, preventing the new grass from the risk of drying out.

They were very prompt and send a reminder ever spring and fall.

Cascade was very professional from the minute we called them for an estimate. They were prompt in coming to our home. We were impressed by their knowledge. They also mailed us our estimate right away. Their estimate was higher than others, however they do include a few more items and strive to give you a system that will last forever. Unfortunately, their estimate was higher than what we wanted to spend on an irrigation system so we won't be using them. Due to their estimate being higher than others I gave them a quote for price. However, I am sure that they would install an excellent irrigation system and provide good customer service.

They are good, I would recommend them. They are real conscious and knowledgeable. They are punctual and do high quality work.
