Caring Transitions

Their supposed to be a service for seniors for downsizing etc. Since their hours only say by appointment, I called Saturday and his answering service said Jeff Johnson, who's the only one who can make arrangements for this company would call me Monday. On Monday, I called and got Mr Johnson's voicemail, saying leave a number and he'd call me back. He didn't so I called the other number and it was a lady who said she'd be sure to have him call me by the end of the day. I waited, he didn't. So Tuesday I again called and left him a message. I then called the other number and got Chris, who said they answered the phone for him when he was out, but didn't know why he was out, or when he'd be back. He said he'd send him another message by text. By Wednesday, I gave up and cancelled my order and now have to find someone else, Thank Heavens For The List. This company was on the list with no testimonials, so I'd hoped to give a glowing one. This is a franchise business with a fancy website, run out of his home, which I support, or tried to. I don't know if he went on vacation and didn't tell anyone, or is to busy to respond to messages or appoint someone else to. He certainly didn't make this seniors life stressfree. At some point, I'll be transitioning but wouldn't advise anyone to depend on CARING TRASITIONS OF NOBLESVILLE.
