I contacted Ryan prior to closing on my home. An estimate was given prior to closing $3730.00. I thought this was a little much but had spoken to several neighbors and they had recommended them. I had to contact Ryan several times, due to my closing date was pushed back and getting fence permit/HOA approval. He was very understanding and quickly responded to emails (THANKS RYAN). Finally I was ready for my fence to be install, Rod Smith came out and placed marking for my fence and answered a lot of my questions, like ensuring property line marked correctly, when to stain, stain versus sealing, what to expect from my fence if I do nothing to it. Great information. THANKS ROD. I had to pay a deposit, which was sent to me via electronic invoice--so convenient, and final payment was the same way. Once my fence was completed I realized that $3730.00 was worth the price for great customer service, great looking fence and good quality wood.

We could not have asked for the entire process to go any better. From my first call to the company, through the eventual clean up, we were exceptionally pleased with Bullseye's thoroughness, knowledge, quality and professionalism. My original call was taken by Ryan, who then came out to survey what we wanted done, and provide an estimate. It was quickly obvious that he was very knowledgeable and experienced. He listened well to what we thought we wanted, and very importantly, when we needed it, due to an upcoming wedding reception/open house. He then clearly provided us with a variety of options, and an initial estimate. We were debating, however, between a couple of different styles, so he also provided us with addresses of recent jobs they had completed, so that we could see them in person before making our final decision. He informed me that on a given date, the week before the installation, the project manager would call to meet with me to be sure that everyone was together on exactly what was to be done. The project manager did call on that given date, and came out for a walk through shortly thereafter. When he arrived it was very clear that Ryan's communications with him had been very thorough. He knew all of the details of what had been discussed and agreed to, so there were no surprises.... and I did not have start all over again, as is unfortunately too often the case in situations such as this. The crew showed up on time on the agreed upon day, and went right to work tearing out the old fence. We live in a older neighborhood where fences run between most all backyards, and consequently the close quarters added to the difficulty of the job, yet the crew did a great job of minimizing disruption to our, and our neighbor's, landscaping etc. We had been told that the job would take 2-3 days, and what was expected to be accomplished on each day...and the crew stayed on target (in fact, ahead) in spite of some rainy conditions on day two.... and a demanding neighbor who consumed much more of their time than would have been expected. The crew and on site supervisor were extremely efficient as they went about completing the job.... and it was very obvious that they had done this many times before....and that they took pride in their work.. Once again, the communication among everyone with Bullseye during the job, was very impressive. The fence looks absolutely terrific, and we have received many very positive comments from neighbors, and as well, from friends and family who attended the open house. We have nothing but good things to say about Bullseye Fence and their people! We would recommend them without the slightest bit of hesitation.

This is the second time I've had to have repair work done and they were just as good as the first time. The fellow who did the repairs even hauled away some boards from a raised bed that had also been damaged.

Fantastic organization. Original appointment to discuss products and installation was perfect, no high pressure just good honest information. After deciding on the fence we wanted we were told that we would be contacted again by the project manager. He did just that and made an appointment to come to the house to see exactly where the fence would be installed and answer any questions. Everything happened just as we were told, appointments were promised and kept. Installers removed and hauled off the old fence and installed the new one in one day. When they left at the end of the day it looked as if our new fence had always been there. It was nearly impossible to tell that we had just had the work done. Can't say enough good things about the way this company does business!

The experience was fantastic! We met with Ryan H. for our initial consultation and he was extremely professional, walked our property, explained everything in very simple terms, walked us through their entire process, showed us samples of their work, explained pricing options and never once felt like he was trying to make a sale. We had one other estimate by another company and Bullseye came in nearly $1000 cheaper. The work was completed very quickly. All posts and fencing was removed the first day. All the posts were set that same day. Two days later another crew came and installed all the boards. A very painless process with great looking results!

Love the end result! Blends in perfectly with my existing fence and the transition piece from the picket to the privacy looks great. Performed the work when they said they would. Completed the job when they said they would. No mess left behind!

While Bullseye was unable to assist me with my powder coating needs because it is not a service they offer, I was compelled to leave a review because their customer service and prompt reply to my email was so wonderful. They followed up with me so quickly, professionally, and kindly that it is clear why they are so highly rated. If I do ever have a fencing need they can help me with, I know who I will be calling.

The experience was really great, from beginning to end! They were very prompt in getting back to us and setting up a date to come and do an estimate. The estimate was fair and really not too expensive. They explained all of our options to us thoroughly. They were very upfront that the build would not happen for a couple of weeks at least, but then they ended up finishing the work a day earlier than we anticipated. Not only ON schedule, but ahead! The guys were very easy to talk to as well. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a fence built.

Bullseye came out showed us their portfolio of fences. We told them what we wanted to accomplish, the privacy we were looking for and the style of fencing we would like. We then gave them pretty much free reign on the design. OMG........it came out just beautiful !!! They took the fence from a 4.5' side gradually up to 6' then up to 8' and back down again. It gave us the privacy we were looking for in the areas we wanted. The fence makes our yard look huge!!! (it is about 1/2 ac. in the back yard) I would recommend them to anyone! We get compliments on the fence all the time !!

Fantastic! We really enjoyed working with Ryan and his crew. They were very good at communicating and worked with us along the way. The fence looks fantastic. We had some concerns with the level of the fence in certain areas and Rod was extremely willing to meet us at the property and discuss options for correcting. We would definitely work with them in the future.

Bullseye initially installed our privacy fence and we were very happy with the work. When we had a huge limb fall across a few sections of the fence, we called them to replace the broken sections and posts. They arrived on schedule and completed the work quickly. However, we were dissatisfied with a few things (e.g., some boards did not go all the way to the ground, one board was notched on the bottom versus straight). After we contacted the company, they promptly sent a team back out to do the repairs. This time, they addressed all issues to our satisfaction?consistent with the quality of the installation of the original fence. We would definitely use this company again.

The service went really well. They came out a week before they started work to mark off where it would go. They came on the date we expected, dug holes and placed the posts. The next day they were back to finish the fence off. They were very prompt and particular. The fence looks great and my two dogs enjoy the freedom of being off a turn out lead.

Top-notch quality company!! This is our second time using Bullseye Fencing and, as usual, they were superb from start to finish Case Bevins and his installation team handled our job from start to finish and were timely, extremely professional, polite, hard-working and respectful of my property. They were very careful not to damage my yard, even though it was very wet and soggy in the area (lots of rain the day of the install) where they had to work. Throughout the entire process, we were kept advised as to the status of the job right from the beginning when we agreed to have them add the gate. Additionally, while they were out they went around and checked the other gates to see if they needed adjustments. We didn't even ask for Case to do this. They take great pride in their work and it shows. In an age where customer service is all but about gone, Bullseye Fencing is the exception. They have earned a customer (and referrals) for life. Do not hesitate to utilize Bullseye Fencing for your next fence project! You simply won't regret it.

When we moved to Indy 12 years ago Bullseye Fence installed a 4' chain link fence around our backyard. When we bought a large breed puppy we needed a taller fence. Bullseye removed the original fence and installed a taller fence. The most remarkable part is they did the job in 2 days, working in the rain. They know I have 3 dogs and really needed my fence so they made very effort to get it done fast. Fantastic!

It went really well. The whole process from start to finish was just great. They actually sent the project manager out and he worked with me. They made sure that the final result was exactly what I wanted. There was exellenct follow up through the whole process. They were excellent.

I have a lot of compliments on my fence! In fact, my neighbor liked it so much he decided to go with them as well. They have a fairly good website, too. Their price is high, but the quality of the work is worth it for what they do.

From start to finish, Bullseye did a professional job. I've moved around a bit, and this is the third fence that I've ever had installed. Bullseye did a more professional job than any company I have ever worked with. When they came out to perform the estimate, they gave suggestions for where to place the fence. I hadn't thought of one of the options they suggested, and it turned out to be a great idea, so we went with it! Their estimate was close to other companies that I had come out, indicating that they are priced fairly. Once I decided to use them, they patiently waited while I received HOA approval. Once the fence came in and we were ready for install, Rod came out to work with me on determining exact fence location. He worked with me on determining perfect placement with regard to sprinkler heads and our recently surveyed property stakes. One of the best things that Bullseye does is placing temporary stakes and running a string around them to display where the actual fence will go. It allows you to really visualize your fence and ensures you will like the final placement. Rod even came back out to re-string a section for me before installation due to a problem with the land survey I had done (not Bullseye's issue, but it affected our fence layout). Some sprinkler lines were damaged during install, but we had discussed this with Bullseye and were well aware ahead of time that it might be an issue and had planned for that. The fence installers dug out holes on each side of the break and cut the pipe in those holes to ensure that concrete would not flow into any of our sprinkler lines and to make repairs much easier. They cleaned up the dirt from the fence post holes and answered any questions I had before they left. They were polite and hard-working. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

They were very responsive. They came to give me an estimate the same day I called. They emailed their quote later the same day. They were very professional. Their salesman came out to talk with me. He then gave me a more detailed proposal. The team had the job done in two days. The fence looks great. It is solid construction.

Great service from start to finish. The estimator was knowledgeable and friendly. The Project Manager was great to work with, answered our questions and met all of the timelines that were set. They responded quickly to questions we had after installation. The fencing looks great. Would recommend to others.

I was very satisfied with the whole process from when Mr. Ryan, from Bullseye Fence Design, Inc. came over and gave me an estimate until the fence was installed. I would recommend everyone to use this company.

They showed up right on time for the estimate and helped with putting together the paperwork for the HOA approval. They recommended that I have the lot surveyed which I did. There was a crew that came out and set the posts and two days later another crew came as scheduled and installed the fence itself. Both crews picked up after themselves and did a great job. The fence crew worked non stop through a light rain to get the job done as promised. I had a question on a construction issue and they came right out and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Absolutely wonderful company and we cannot recommend them enough!! Estimate was provided in an extremely timely and professional manner and was competitive with other quotes. Most importantly, in a world where customer service seems to have disappeared, this is a company that EXCELS in customer service through every aspect of their business. They know they are a customer driven business and treat people with respect. It was a very pleasant experience starting with the first meeting to quote the job, to the measuring & staking of the posts, all the way through to completion. The installation crew was excellent and very detailed orientated. They completely cleaned up the job site and left no debris behind (even though it was a cold and rainy day). In fact, one of the components was observed to be damaged during installation (had a thin crack which was not easily visible), but it was PROACTIVELY pointed out to us by the installation crew along with a sincere apology and commitment to replace the damaged part. They were true to their promise, even though we had already paid the bill in full the day of the install. On the topic of customer service, after the fence was installed we had a cement pad poured for a dog run. The day before the cement was poured we called and asked about disassembling a section of fence to minimize the damage to the yard from the concrete crew. They sent someone out to disassemble a section of fence first thing the next morning and did not even charge for this service. They were even going to come back out to re-install it as well, but I first asked the difficult level and details to do this (as it didn't look to be too difficult) and was able to re-install it myself with minimal difficulty in about 10 minutes. We've already received many complements from neighbors about how great the fence looks. Everyone we had dealt with in this organization was top-notch (Ryan, Rod, and Case). If you are in the market for a fence, you have to consider Bullseye. You won't regret it.

I looked on Angie's list for a fence company to install a fence in my side yard for a combination of privacy and space for my pet. I came across Bullseye Fencing and looked at some of the work that they had performed at other jobs and was very impressed. I contacted Ryan Householder and he met me at my house. We discussed some ideas I had and we agreed that combining an ornamental fence with a shadowbox cedar fence would provide both privacy and a sense of elegance. Once he took the measurements, he went back to his office and put together a set of proposals that met my criteria. I looked them over and agreed to both the design and cost. The only change I made to the original design was the addition of a pedestrian gate in another location in the fenced area. Since construction hadn't started we agreed to add the gate. When the crew lead came arrived at the job we discussed the final layout and the yard was marked. Bullseye Fence came out about two weeks later and installed the posts followed by installation of the fence one week later. I arrived home that evening and was "Wowed". I was really impressed with what they had installed. it was excellent work and the site was clean and neat. I was suitably impressed -EXCELLENT job.
