Bullseye was very responsive during the quote process as we sought answers regarding minor changes to the original bid. They were responsive both in email and phone contact. The tear down and post set were completed in a day with the slat installation completed on the day promised. both teams were prompt and friendly. We've had many compliments from the neighbors who are pleased with the attractiveness of the fence---as are we.

Bulleye removed our old fence in the late winter. Their employees did an excellent job. At the end of the day you could never tell they had been there. They left the yard perfectly clean. When they installed the new fence we had the same experience.

went great. both Ryan's are very professional and know their business very well. they worked in bitter cold temperatures, installed a driveway gate that i supplied that they were not used to dealing with, and coordinated with a mason that was installing columns that had to align with the gate. the project went very well.

We called and made an appointment for their representative come to the house. He arrived right on time and he remembered us from the previous work they performed in 2009. He took some measurements and gave us what we felt was a very fair estimate (we expected a higher one). He supplied us with a name and number of a land survey service. The survey company was very prompt in completing the survey and Bullseye came out the next to install the new fence.They had to hand did several post holes where the fencing was over my sump pump line to isure they would not break it.The work crew was very professional and they finished to work in a very timely manner. To say that we are satisfied would be an understatement

They had very good processes. They were very organized. They were patient waiting for the homeowners association and the city for permits. There was one small issue that arose with the gate not being the right size, and they fixed it right away. We had a question about a few other things, and they took care of them and fixed them quickly. We got several different quotes and their prices were very competitive. The quality was excellent!

The job turned out to be very good in the end but we had some problems initially. They bent the fence down south in the process. We had to ask them to realign it and straighten it out. The point where our fence joined the neighbor?s fence, it was not perpendicular. It was sloppy. So my husband asked them to make it look better. So they fixed it and added a few extra inches of wood. If it is not straight and it rains, the rain water does not come down neatly. It is a good thing that it did not rain overnight. They fixed it the next day. It was part of a storm damage repair. A tree had knocked out the fence. A part of the price was paid by the insurance. So we decided to upgrade it a little and put in a nice fence. So it cost more than what the insurance company paid us. It was not too expensive neither was it cheap. . If they were professional, they would not need anyone to nag them about getting the job done right.

I met with Ryan Householder to get an estimate for enclosing my backyard. I had four companies come out and bid and Ryan was the only one to bring out actual samples of their fencing. He was also the only one to give me information on who I should call for permits and gave me a recommendation for a land surveyor (who turned out to be several hundred dollars less than the one my neighbor used). I asked for places I could go to see a fence that the company had installed and Ryan was able to give me the information within the day. He came closest to the actual fence install measurement (he was only 3 feet off and the closest competitor was 30 feet too short). I changed my mind about the height of the fence at the last minute, but Bullseye came through with what I wanted without much of a delay. They made the whole process as easy as possible and am extremely happy with the fence they installed. I highly recommend them.

They replaced an old fence with a new one. The fence was laid for a quarter of an acre plot. My neighbors had used them and that was how I found them. They were very efficient. When one has a pool in the yard and the fence is brought down, it has to be put up for legal reasons. They came and took down the fence one day, set the posts and finished the job the next day. Then they were gone. The only negative aspect was that they did not offer anything other than cedar. Freshly treated wood is half the cost and ages similarly. Their work was outstanding. The price was reasonable. It was not the highest neither was it the lowest.

We were really impressed with both Ryans we worked with and they were executed the job to exact specifications we asked for. We are very happy with our fence. The only two minor bumps in the road were: (1) after contacting the company through their company website, I got a call the following day to schedule a consultation. The day of the first consultation, no one showed up. We ended up having to call the company to find out what happened and we were told there was a mistake on their end. We got to reschedule after calling, but not sure if they would have called us promptly after they discovered the error. We got an apology from both Ryan and the office; (2) after the job was completed we had to clean up saw dust and small wood pieces left after it was installed. Would have liked to see the area picked up when it was done. Other than that though, we had a very good experience. Things were done when they said it would be over two separate days--one for the post placement and one for the actual install of the fence. Neither of us had to be home to supervised, we just got home to a great looking fence!

From the day that the sales representative, Ryan, came out, I was immediately impressed with their professionalism. His presentation was excellent. He showed me samples and discussed the job with me in detail. I was told that before installation, the owner, Rod, would come out to do a walkaround, which he did. On June 1, Casey and his crew came out to install the fenceposts. They were very meticulous and cleaned up well. The second crew, led by Michael, came out to install the rest of the fencing the next day. All work was done quickly and efficiently. After installation, however, we realized that our neighbor's dog could get through the fence. Rod the owner came out himself to install a length of vinyl coated galvanized steel to close off that section of fence. He even rolled up the cloth that I had used as a temporary fix, which he didn't have to do. Also, I initially asked if I could get a discount if I paid cash, and they agreed, which was nice. All in all, a great experience! I've never dealt with a company that was so patient, thoughtful, cooperative, and understanding. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone and would certainly use them again.

The saleman was on time and very professional as well as personalbe. He brought actual picture in a photo book not just a fold out like the other companies I was getting bids from. I was told after I gave the Ok they would be out in 2 weeks which they were and that a foreman would be out to go over the job prior to contruction started. The installer was on time as well and spent all the time I needed and answer my questions. It turned out that this was the owner of the company but I did not find that out til the end and that was promted by me. It was nice to have an owner show up and not announce that he was the owner. The construction crew was on time and cleaned up very well after takig down the old fence and putting the new posts. They told me the would be back in 2 days .. letting the cement cure. They were back out and on time agian.. The constrcution went very quickly and was installed board by board, not prefab panels. After they had left I noticed that in some areas due to how my yard is .. that some of the gaps on the bottom were a bit higher than I needed due to my dogs and my neighbors. They did a great job with stagering the top as my sloped which is what caused the issue with the bottom . I called Rod on Friday and he said no problme give me a count of the boards I will bring 8ft boards and trim them to fit for you. On Monday his crew showed up and replaced 37 boards. I was not charged for the longer boards or for them to come out. Rod did not say a word about the issue other than I will make it right for you. Which he did !! I would recomend this company to anyone looking to get a fence. Everyone was on time, returned calls in a timely fasion if I had to leave a mesaage and they did a great job. Also Bull's eye gives a 2 year guarantee vs 1 yr from other companies.

Went excellent. Worked with Ryan on sale/price and Rod on installation. Both brothers are stand up and do excellent work. They are responsive and flexible. Fence looks great. Like that they do all cedar. Very upfront about price and issues. Gave good advice on style and look.

Met with supervisor to examine prefabbed gate and posts and to set location. Received estimate for work. Agreed with estimate and scheduled work - two days - one to set hinge post, second to attache gate and set latch post. work performed by supv and crew of 2 (first day) and 1 (second day). Provided 10 yr guarantee on the work done. I met crew at site both days of installation to provide any guidance and answer any questions. Installation went according to plan with no subsequent problems.

When noticing some areas of our privacy fence had warped since it had been installed during the winter months, we called Rod and he immediately came out to look at the problem. That same day he and his crew replaced the problem boards and told us to be sure to call if we weren't satisfied with the way they weathered again. There was never a question as to whether or not he would make the repairs, he just did it. Dealing with his company has been a great experience.

Excellent. The salesperson, Ryan Smith, came to our home. We didn't really want a privacy fence, we wanted one for our new dog. He worked with us and provided many suggestions. As a result, we finally were able to make a decision. At no time did he force a certain type on us. He wanted to make sure we would be happy with our decision. Once the decision was made, a property surveyor came out (which Bullseye recommended and arranged to have come out) and then Rod Smith discussed in detail and we walked the property as to where the best location for the fence would be and ran string. Next day, a crew came out and set the posts in cement and the following day everything was completed. It was effortless on our part. They took care of every detail. We are extremely pleased with our new fence!

Ryan Smith was very helpful and gave a very fair cost estimate. I needed some guidance about decorative touches and different types of fences. He did a good job explaining our options. I was very impressed with Bullseye overall. In the end, we decided that we want to fence in a larger portion of our yard (the back yard AND our entire side yard, which would double the feet of fence needed). Because we want to double the amount of fence in our yard, we can't afford the cost this year. We will plan ahead and hopefully get a fence in 2010.

It was a great experience. We got an consultation and estimate. The rep brought a book with a lot of pictures to review with different styles of fences they could make for us. Although we had a general idea of what we wanted, it was nice to see our options. They drew up a plan for us to submit to our homeowner association and gave us an estimate pretty much on the spot. We had to wait several weeks for the work to start due to bad weather (this was when it was raining all the time). The posts were set once the weather was dry enough and about a week or less later, the crew arrived to build the fence. They showed up early and worked quickly. The fence was built in a single day and was done custom (board by board, and the decorative scalloping done by hand). They did a nice job of cleaning up and the fence looks great. We noticed a loose board a week or so after they were done and it was fixed the day after we called to report it. This is our second fence with this company. They built a fence at our previous home in 2006 (6ft shadowbox privacy fence made of pine) and also did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering adding a wood fence to their yard. The company employees are nice and very easy to work with, the price is fair, and the work is excellent. They will treat you right.

We had a specific look in mind for the fence which is highly visible from our patio and are pleased to say it looks just as we had pictured. If a problem or question arose, our questions were answered quickly and any problems were taken care of. The crew was professional, left the work area clean and removed all debris that was left after working. We would definitely use Bullseye again if we should ever have any need for anything else.
