The company was superb in giving me the estimate for the work. Reeta did an excellent job at providing the review. I was really impressed and she was very prompt. The dollar amount was right on. However, I had some other work that I needed done by one contractor so I ended up using a different company. I would not think twice about hiring them but this particular round of work I chose a different company.

Overall the process was very smooth and professional. Reeta came out for the estimate promptly and returned the quotation within a day. Their price and timing estimates were much more reasonable than what I had received from another contractor. The installers did a very good, professional job installing and finishing the drywall. The total length of the project was 4 days, and they even came in and finished the work on a Saturday (with my approval). Overall I was very satisfied with their work, especially at the price. The only minor complaints are that the installers did not always show up when they said they would (they were within 1/2 hour). They completed the whole job in six working days. They were very timely, professional, and easy to work with. They were working all day the first few days, and the last few days they were only here for a couple of hours sanding the drywall. They did a great job and I recommend working with them.

They retiled the shower and shower floor. First time they did it, they didn't put a slant and water stood in floor basin. They re-did it, but the tiles were not matched up evenly. Took more time than they'd said, left scraps by driveway, and tried to buy us off by offering a gift certificate to dinner. What an insult. I don't recommend and would not use again. I do take some blame in this because I didn't have more time to invest.

Overall the job went well. While there were problems with the general contractor on our job, these guys were a sub and did a fantastic job! They even came back just to make sure everything was right.
