Great service. I would definitely use this company again!

The painters came over on the second day smelling of alcohol. I had to leave it was making me sick. The painters did not cover 2 and 1/2 feet from wall, entire condo had paint splattered there. Boldens called 4 1/2 days later to clean up mess and put furniture back. Which I had done since I was living there.

They never fail me. Always a good job

The guy did a good and excellent job. Very thorough, the carpet was almost dry when he left. Its looks like it was restored after 2 years without cleaning.

I had water damage in the laundry room, so I called Bolden's Cleaning & Restoration Service. Jason was responsive, professional, and punctual. He arrived the next morning to assess the damage and provide a written estimate. However, their estimated cost was way too high, so I decided not to hire them.

They did a much better job than the company I had used previously and got out dirt the other company left. They did an excellent job.

Christian came right on time and explained what he would be doing first, then got right to work. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant. My carpet looked amazing when he was done! My chair that he did looked brand new! I would HIGHLY recommend Bolden’s to anyone wanting to have any kind of work done. It definitely explains all the amazing reviews!

They called the next day to inform me that they do not to that type of work.

Jeremy Abbott from Bolden's was great to work with on the restoration. He got his crews in and out of our house and restoration was completed within a week of approval by the insurance adjuster.

They were phenomenal. They came back to check the process. They were courtesy and put on gears to walk through the house. They were really great.

5 star service. So glad I reached out. I had a flooded basement and wasn't sure what to do. I claimed a deal on Angie's List for members to get a $15 service call to assess the damage and give me a game plan. A rep called me shortly after and was happy to setup a time to come out and see the place. The guy arrived promptly and was very friendly. He took the readings and reviewed the damaged while making sure to check every nook and cranny for any possible issues. He then provided me with a solid game plan of what they would do, as well as what I could do on my own if I wanted. I was very happy with the knowledge and feel comfortable hiring them if I needed. In my case, it looks like I can take care of most of this on my own, but if it was a little worse I would be hiring them for the restoration. He didn't charge me a dime for the service call and was happy to provide me with a lot of information that I can use to get the damage cleaned up. I'm very happy that I contacted these guys.

They are very responsive and they do a fantastic job. I feel sorry for anybody that does not use them.

It was a really great experience from start to finish. Even with the influx of calls and business they were receiving due to the extreme weather we were having, they were able to come to our house the same day we called and provide a quote and get started on drying out our room. They always called ahead before arriving at our house and would arrive when they said they would. Everyone we came into contact with at the company was really nice and friendly. Also, the cost was more than fair. I would highly recommend them!

Great from initiation to completion. On time, polite, informative, efficient

Tony Jackson came out to help diagnose my water issue in my basement 2 weeks ago. He was prompt, professional, honest and very kind. He explained that my issue could be solved on my own by renting a turbo fan to dry the area. Not only did he move 3 large metal cabinets out of the way for me so that I could get started on my task, he even removed a dead mouse. I would definitely call Bolden's for any future cleaning or restoration services and highly recommend this company to my friends. I would give Tony and his staff a 5 star rating for their great customer service!

Very pleased with the results. We had several pet stains that were completely removed much to my surprise!

Very pleased with the experience from the estimate to the completion of the work. Very professional in how they looked and performed plus they do great work. We had one room where we thought we might have to replace the carpeting but they made it look like new. Other high traffic areas where we had some concerns also came out great as well. We were very satisfied with the two couches we had cleaned. Well worth the cost of the work.

My basement flooded due to heavy rain and a broken sump pump. They came promptly to give an estimate and then came back promptly to start work. They vacuumed up the excess water, dried the basement with large fans, and then cleaned the carpet. I was very pleased with the job they did. The only issue was that a couple of small items I had sitting out disappeared.

Tech was very professional and did an excellent job. I thought the price was on the high side for the area cleaned.

The problem I had with them was that the technician was prompt and did a good job. However he smelled very strongly of tobacco smoke. He was efficient, pleasant and effective. I will recommend their cleaning service.

They were absolutely awesome! The girl is so good, I've work with her 18 times!

I discovered my basement had flooded on Saturday morning. I called Bolden's to have the water removed and cleaned up. Tony Jackson the owner called back right away. He came out to my home at no charge and told me I really didn't need them and told me how to clean it up myself since it was unfinished. I do have some wood framing the stairway and a small amount of drywall at the bottom of the stairway. I will most certainly call him back on Monday if I do need their help with that. I really appreciated his timely response and professional manner.
