i called the day before they came to clean and was able to get an appointment the next day. I've used them before so they were able to quote the job over the phone. The technicians arrived on time, performed the work as expected. and were even able to get a couple stubborn stains out of my carpet that I wasn't sure would come out. I've always been very happy with the service and the pricing provided by Bolden's. This time is no exception.

Our dog had been sick and had many accidents in one of the rooms that was cleaned. The carpet came out looking as good as new. The service and professionalism was excellent! We have used Bolden's before and have never been disappointed in their service.

It was our first time to use them but we will probably use them again this summer. They are really great. They came out first to give us an estimate and look at the stains we had. They were very professional. I saw my neighbors use them. It just smelled so fresh afterwards.

Service surpassed my expectations in every way. Four individuals emptied all boxes and furniture in our basement including dripping carpet that was bagged before being carried upstairs. The three men and one woman were friendly, patient, respectful, efficient and professional. Prior to the service, James Porter met with us to explain the process and to provide the estimate. He was the first to arrive at our home the date of the service. In more than 40 years of hiring service providers for work at our home, James Porter is the most professional, knowledgeable and caring provider with whom I have had the privilege to work. He deserves a bonus. Our basement has never been this clean. I then hired Bolden's to return to clean the wood paneling and sectional sofa. Everything is like new now and smells great. Price was more than fair for all the work. Bolden's is the only company I will hire for all cleaning needs at my home.

Removed all stains and spots. Contacted me before setting up his equipment. Was on time and did a great job. estimator was very professional.

They were here twice and both times they did an exceptionally good job. They also got out a coke stain out of my carpet. Reasonably priced. They go above and beyond to please the customer.

Everything went very well. Carpets were cleaned well, walls and hardwood floors were protected. There wre a few aeas where they couldn't remove the stains, but they tried! I am very pleased with the results.

We have used their carpet cleaning service, also their mitigation service in more than one occasion and their quality, professionalism and even cordial interactions make every job with Bolden's just the best!

If I ever have a restoration problem... water leak, etc. I will call this company first! They are great! I have high expectations for an honest company that will not try to lead me astray. They are all that and more! I would have no reservation calling them for any estimate for cleaning and restoration that needs to be done... I WILL be calling them back for the carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning that needs to be done after all the other work is done!

Joe Burris, the estimator, was prompt, professional and thoroughly explained the process and how Bolden's is different than other carpet cleaning companies. It was very easy to schedule our service and the office called to confirm the day before. James and Taylor, were on time and respected our home. . They answered my questions and went right to work. They were careful of the walls and hard wood floors. They made sure that the furniture that we could not move was protected from damage. A chair that was ruined by another company (soap residue)- was brought back to 100%. I would highly recommend Bolden's. I've used other carpet cleaning companies, but I now have one to rely on and refer to others. The office staff is friendly and responsive. If they do not have the answer to a question, they will ask the technician.

They do a good job and we are satisfied with them. They are priced just right. There are usually two people here doing the work and it takes about half a day to complete. It is easy to get an appointment scheduled.

They do a good job. They're a little bit more expensive but the carpet is nice, clean and dry. They're pleasant and responsible. They're awesome.

We had several inches of water in our entirely fiinished basement after an extremely heavy rain when the sump pump burned out.. They took out the standing water and set up about 27 fans and couple of dehumidifiers to dry out the basement. We had extension cords running ALL around the house. I had to even surrender my dryer as they ran out of outlets, but they set that up so I could turn off the fans on that plug and use the dryer. They came daily to monitor progress and were easy to work with on the times for the daily appointment.. It took 12 days to dry out as they ended up taking out about 2 feet of wallboard all around the basement in order to avoid mold development. They were very professional and courteous. We only lost 2 small rooms of carpet which was the original carpet in our 25 year old home. The majority of the carpet was salvaged. I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.

They spent a few hours and really gave our carpet much attention. They were able to remove some tough pet stains caused by our sick dog. This cleaning was the best we have ever had with Bolden's.

I spilled a gallon of paint in the well of my mini-van on Thursday, July 18. After crying over the spilled paint, I cleaned it up as best I could and then called first an auto detail service who couldn't see me until August! Then I called my carpet cleaning company that I use on a fairly regular basis, and was informed they couldn't get to me until July 28 which, by then, the paint would have dried and been impossible to remove. At the advice of my painter, I kept the paint wet as it was latex-based and called Bolden's on Friday morning. After explaining my dilemma, they graciously offered me an appointment for 10:30 THAT morning to bring my van to their warehouse for cleaning. I arrived at 10:30, and Brian, the technician, got right to work. Forty-five minutes later, it looks brand spanking new! I am speechless - a feat in itself! Bolden's has my business for life. They were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs top notch cleaning performed. They are the best!

The lady's are alway pleasant to deal with. Drop off is always quick and easy and I love being able to pick my clothes up through the drive thru.

They arrived on time, got to work, didn't try to up sell me anything and removed several stains that had been there for years (other carpet cleaners couldn't remove said stains).

We were in somewhat of a hurry to get the carpets cleaned in an older house that we were moving into. I called Bolden's on a Tuesday, explained the situation, and asked if someone could come on Thursday or Friday that week so we could begin moving in furniture on Saturday. The lady who answered the phone said they were pretty well booked that week, but she would see what she could do. About 15 minutes later, she called and told me they could have someone at the house on Thursday in the late afternoon. At 3:15 on Thursday, the technician called me to let me know he would be at the house in about 45 minutes. He arrived almost on the dot and began the process. I went through each room with him and we discussed exactly what needed to be done. We had a limited amount of furniture in the house so he was able to move it all out of the way by himself when needed. It took about 2 1/2 hours to clean and Scotch Guard approximately 1,100 square feet of carpet. There was only one spot that he was not able to remove which I think is commendable since the plush carpet is probably 13-14 years old. At the end of the process, the carpet looked almost brand new and certainly make the house look very inviting. Before leaving, the technician turned off the lights and closed all the curtains and blinds; and he left on the ceiling fans to help dry the carpet. Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend Boldens to my friends and will definitely call them for any future cleaning.
